I rate A doctor based on how personable they are whether they actually listen, and how informative they are. Id give this place 5 stars for some of the doctors there. Unfortunately most of the time you must go through the nurses that work here and their extremely poor attitude and how little they pay attention to the patient here, I can not. I would go so far as to say that some are just down right disrespectful and rude. Even getting paperwork for anything that requires it such as work, school or recreation they seem to do as little as possible and this is even reflected in what they will actually write as well. Call backs are few and far between if you receive them at all. I have not only had to deal with these doctors and nurses for myself but also my children and I will repeat the same for them. That being said the rest of the staff seem to be fantastic. We love Dr. Becky and Dr. Arhin but unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere due to what we generally have to deal with.

I called the dental department for my daughter as she had a dental emergency and was told that she couldn’t be seen for two months! She is a patient there. You mean to tell me they don’t leave appointment slots for emergencies. What a horrible way to care for patients. Terrible service and the receptionist didn’t seem to care despite the urgency.

Made an appointment for 11:00 a month ago. Was not seen until 11:45. What was the point of making an appointment if I’m put into the same line as walk-ins? They also don’t sanitize any surfaces. This place has McDonalds quality healthcare. I’ve heard Mohegan is quick, even for walk-ins. UCFS is trash.

I recently made an appointment at USCF Womens Care office when I opted to switch practices, for travel/time convenience.From the the time of my first call requesting an initial new patient appointment, to the day of my appointment, all the staff I encountered were courteous and friendlyMy appointment was with Carter Fish, CNM who was warm, friendly and professional.Ill be setting up primary care at UCFS for myself soon, as well.

Not my experience but a family member, what right does any Dr or any associate have to belittle/be rude to patient . Time for people to take a stand not allowing medical field to be unprofessional

Primary Care Manager is good. Listens and is helping working toward a solution. How ever the rest of the administration seems to be lacking. Lost original request for medical records transfer, when leaving urgent message for medication issues, no response received. In general very not happy with the front office and their ability to communicate to each other or to their providers. 3 starts is being nice.

At first they were great, but when it came to anything I needed for my sons school (authorization form faxed) it took 4 days for them to send it even with me staying on top of it and calling multiple times, my sons prescription they told me one thing on the phone, then instead put an appointment down on file and said I was a no show and I had to fight to get it filled, almost running out of his meds. Now with trying to get his medical records sent to a new pediatrician because I refuse UCFS service theyre giving the run around. Im aware that legally theres a 30 day window but when both myself and the new pediatrician call to find out a timeline and no one in this office can have the decency to even let someone know, its infuriating. Do not go here when it comes to your children, it should not take almost 4 days to find out whats going on with a prescription, and an appointment should NOT be made without your knowledge just to be listed as a no show. My son almost didnt have his needed medication despite myself AND the pharmacy trying to find out whats going on. Do not go here, your children deserve better. Of I could give zero stars I would

This place is horrible with customer care and they give you the wrong medication. They tell you one thing then turns out their wrong. The doctors make fun of peoples weight and I for one just walked right out. Your services are horrible and I hope no one goes to you guys again.

Great care here. That is at least for where I have dealt with. The providers and staff ate all friendly and caring. You may get switched frequently among providers though.

Please do yourself a great favor and dont choose this place for your physical health. Dentist and mental health services are good, but the medical area is NOT.

Everyone is so nice here. The medical staff and people at the desk answering the phone are always efficient and easy to deal with.

I went in with gum pain. The doctor looked in my mouth for no longer than 1 minute. She said I was perfectly fine and just needed a cleaning. I was pretty sure I had an infection. A cleaning isnt going to make painful gums feel better. Pain is our bodies was of warning us of an issue. I left, and knew I needed to see another doctor as I have an education and work in sports medicine, and knew I had an infection. I get to pequot right after, who confirms I had an infection. Everyone was very rude, and unprofessional. I had one visit which was a walk in, and I will never have one again. This place doesnt deserve one star, they shouldnt be in business.

I had to wait a month after a filling they did fell out (itself a replacement filling for one they did that chipped). I waste time, gas, and had to make arrangements at work to get here on time at the only time they could see me. Then to my horror they look at it and say hey, it fell out. Well need to replace it. Setup another appointment. You mean I waited all this time and wasted all this money just so you could tell me what I already knew!? The best part though, is that I have to wait a whole month before they can see again. Meanwhile Im suffering with an open tooth (literally half of it missing) because of their shoddy work.They also made me fill out the same paperwork during every visit because they kept loosing it, forgetting to hand it in or file it. Did I mention this paperwork they make you fill out asks for your medical history, social security number and sexual orientation. Nice to know its in good hands.

Very nice and helpful staff. I have been seeing Meghan Stone for years and appreciate her knowledge, personally and humor! I would recommend this facility to anyone!

Came In For An Appointment And They switched the Date Without Notifying Me. Took a 30 minute drive and I’m very upset with this place !!!!

I have 3 kids and getting them into dental together is a huge time saver and my son has dental anxiety and staff is amazing. We also have Drs in pediatrics who are amazing with my 6 yr old and my son sees Dr. K who has been such a gods sent for him. We also se a councilor and psychologist along with neuro psych. This staff has saved my familys lives and specifically my sons ...

If I could give them no stars I would . This pace is unprofessional, irresponsible, and absolutely rubbish. We have not seen my daughters original pediatrician since she was 3 months old they keep switching them out on us. They misdiagnosed my daughter on numerous occassions. They also decided to not call in my daughters yeast infection cream in for over three days to the point where it was so irritated it started bleeding, even tho I called them twice a day for three days. And to add the icing on top of the cake they lost all of her god damn paperwork conveniently when Wich called them looking for her blood work

There ok . The docs are married and are good with kids . Good nursing staff .. and great new additions to the building . Its way more organized than it was a few years ago

I lost my job due to the incompitence of a doctor here. Lets suggest i go through therapy, even wtite my job a doctor note stating i’d be out of work due to the rehab for my back! Comes times to fill out the paper work for LOA, and he wouldn’t because i choose to take the time off of work! Lawyer time, i think so! Total scam artists if you ask me!

I spent dozens of visits and hundreds of dollars where nothing was accomplished and random drugs managed to make things worse until the drs just passed off my symptoms as health anxiety.I found a surgeon who identified abnormalities in my UT scan from a fewmonths before I saw Dr Kulkor. A HIDA scan was performed during my first visit with the surgeon and proved that my gallbladder was no longer functioning. Further investigation proved MALS diagnosis.

Excellent clinic, staff member very personal. Great doctor.

The gyn secretary is awful. I’ve been trying to call for three days, she’s hung up and is just rude and awful. I’m always waiting in the waiting room for at least 45 minutes as well. The primary care doctors are even longer waits. The doctors never seem to have much knowledge and are always rushed.

They all were life savers when I ran into having some dental problems and some financial trouble, definitely would recommend this place to anyone in need of some help, they were friendly and very professional
