Megan Klein has been a wonderful provider for my teenager. She is respectful, thoughtful, and engaging. Its not easy to get a depressed 14 year old to open up but she has succeeded! The office staff seems a bit overwhelmed at times, but are still helpful and I can tell they are doing their best during this challenging time. I cant recommend Megan highly enough. Shes a wonderful provider and we feel lucky to have her on our team.

I personally had a very poor experience. Definitely in with Big Pharma. More interested in pushing heavy doses of medications verse properly treating their patients. Basically a pill mill. Hopefully this gets investigated sooner than later. Ironically I posted this review about two years ago. I was reviewing my Google reviews and it had been removed. I guess lets see how long it stays up this time with the new cancel culture. Apparently they reached out to Google and the review was pulled.

After years of going to doctors and licensed professionals from this group, I feel like it was more time wasted than well spent. My most poignant memory was from Candace O’Brien to whom I mentioned concerns about a med she prescribed that my local pharmacist brought up, and her response was and I quote “That is a load of happy horse (expletive).” She then proceeded to say that if I was uncomfortable with her choices, I could look for someone else. And sure enough that’s what I did. Mahmoud and his son Shariff are at least courteous and up front all things considered, but I still feel that my needs and problems weren’t really met. If you seek help from this group, my only advice is to be firm and advocate for yourself.

This place claims to be doing good for patients, giving quality care. I have not seen someone for almost a year. Within that time I have called numerous times trying to see a provider and they just keep taking my info. someone will get back to you. when? For those that are looking for a clinic this is not the one. Stay far away from this clinic as far you can. Far far away.update: I am NOT a new patient, I have been an established patient for at least two years (if not longer). My provider is no longer there and regardless of how many times that I call to get set up with someone else I get nothing accomplished. So it is not as simple as clicking a button on the website. Thank you for the input though.

I saw a med provider here for 2 years and now that the provider has left, I am no longer using this facility. After trying a number of therapists out, I have found the clinicians techniques to be outdated and not-gender affirming. I had one therapist deny me care because I am non-binary and when I brought this problem to my med provider, the med provider apologized that this therapists words hurt my feelings. At best, the front office is disorganized, outdated, and frustrating to deal with... any blood work the doctor orders requires for them to send a paper slip to you, and it never has the diagnosis code on it. This leads to billing problems with my insurance for that blood work.Additionally, your website advertises for services that you do not offer (group therapy) and when I have asked about this service before, I was rudely told it doesnt exist even though your website advertises for it (and still does). If you are trans/non binary, and/or expect for an up to date front office, Id recommended keep looking.Edit in response to the Owners response: My recommendation would be to update your site to reflect that the groups are not currently operating. When I asked about the groups, it was long before COVID and the front desk person told me that they do not exist. I was looking for a group at the time, which is why I wanted to see a psych at your practice so I felt like I was drawn in by false advertising.

My original doctor left the practice and i got stuck with renee who repeatedly called the wrong number to contact me and would not work with me on how to get ahold of me as where I live has no service. Her last message was giving me an attitude and then kept listing me as missing appointments. I ended up being discharged and they hung up on me. Now i have no way to get my much needed medication and i do not want to continue attempting to work with these people.

We have been involved with CPC for a short time and have grown to deeply respect the Dr.s and clinicians as well as the support staff. They are kind and caring individuals. In my opinion they treat their clients with the utmost of respect. They are compassionate to our concerns, and listen, (I mean really Listen), when we have any problems. They do whatever is in their power to assist us in solving problems. As far as we are concerned we have in our corner what we refer to as the Dream Team. I highly recommend these people if you need help.

I choose to write the review on my own with no prompting from the CPC group. I found them to be kind, patient, good listeners, helpful and very sincere in their attempts to help me with both my anxiety and depression. My time waiting in the reception room was brief and I received my meds as directed and as needed. I found them to be exceptional professional and each staff associate was in my view fabulously wonderful !!!! I would highly recommend them for your mental health care.

I came to CPC more than a year ago, after an almost tragic fight with depression. Today, I am here, and am able to write this review because of the passion and care of the folks at CPC. They are the first that ever truly listened to me. They have never made me feel uncomfortable, or less than, like previous experiences. The multiple modalities all work together. I feel like I have my own personal Army that is fighting with me, to win over the enemy of depression. Therapy, medicine and TMS treatments are the weapons. I trust these people. I would not be here without them, and I cannot say Thank You enough.

Ive had some problems with Dr. Okashas capricious prescribing habits, including random medication changes, writing Rxs for meds I havent been on for months (despite having his laptop in front of him at all times) and several...disputes over his prescribing habits, which has caused me some serious problems including seizures, panic attacks, and severe, unprompted medication changed that left me in agony; however I cant deny that the staff at CPC have been enormously helpful to me over the years, especially Shelley Chenevert, who has been an amazing therapist that I actually trust.

I’ve been receiving treatment here for about 8 months and as of my last appointment, my practitioner started getting extremely confrontational. She verbally attacked me in regards to me supposedly being rude to the receptionist about waiting for 30+ minutes my last appointment. *note that the appointment before that I sat there for another 30+ minutes after being told that the receptionist Phoebe forgot to check me in, and I ended up having to reschedule and go home after waiting all that time*. She acted extremely unprofessional calling me disrespectful, rude, and basically implied I can’t be fixed because “any medications I prescribe aren’t good enough for you.” A week before this I went to the Emergency Room with a sharp pain in my stomach around midnight, which I believed to be correlated to the meds she prescribed me. I called to make an appointment with her the following day. Keeping this in mind she told me I have no common sense because I went to the emergency room instead of calling her first, but it was hours past closing time for them when the incident occurred. But when I tried explaining this to her, she just kept attacking me and continued to repeatedly gloat that she’s dropping me as a patient and making verbal jabs at me. This woman is Catherine Girard, one of the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and she is extremely unprofessional, and I’m disturbed that someone so crude and unethical is in a position to treat people with mental illness, let alone prescribe them medications that change the chemical composition of their brains...

I have a brain injury called organic brain syndrome. In the beginning I had to undergo 18 months of rehabilitation. Dr. Okasha helped me set up this rehabilitation. I did not want to do this. Dr. Okasha and others in his office guided me through this very difficult time. At times I felt life was not worth living. Dr. Okasha, his therapists, and office staff, worked as a team to support me, encourage me, and keep me safe. I could reach out to Dr. Okasha at any time day or night. Though my treatment was difficult, as my medications needed to be changed many times, to the point of being hospitalized to do so. Dr. Okasha never gave up, and never let me give up. Though there are no magic pills or cure, and I still have symptoms of memory loss. I have learned through my treatment with Dr. Okasha that this does not begin and end with medication. There is a lot of work necessary on my part as well. I need to come to therapy as scheduled and listen to the input I am given and do the work that is necessary in my daily life. This would not have been possible for me to accomplish with out the very strong support I have been given. This is a life long illness for me, I have accepted that, but without Dr. Okasha’s expertise in the beginning, and his 30 years of support, I believe I would not have been able to achieve they quality of life that I have now.

They cut me out of the practice after I lost insurance and ended up on State. Left me with a 500.00 bill at 26 years old. They cut me off all medications as well with no referrals.
