Shocked to find reviews identical to ours!Thank goodness the company I ordered from sent me an email telling me package delivered. Went out and looked at the front door, back door, garage, bushes, anywhere in the vicinity of the house! NOTHING! First I panicked, was it delivered to the wrong address? Then I thought just check the mailbox..... Bingo, there was our delivery sitting in the middle of the road! You can tell it was attempted to be thrown under the nose of our mailbox and must have rolled into the street as he drove away! How did it not get run over by traffic?Is there a reason the driver couldnt have thrown it into our driveway out of the street? Better yet is there a reason the driver didnt drive INTO the driveway to the house or garage?Seeing other reviews with identical issues clearly this is how this Hub delivers customer packages! Complaints filed by us all yet management still allows this behavior! Management is as incompetent as their employees!If you are expecting a delivery keep an eye out because who knows where your package actually ends up!
I dont mail out packages often, mostly for work. That being said, I usually have no clue what Im doing. The couple times ive been here, usually around 5pm, there was a really helpful woman working the counter who makes everything a breeze. If the shipping center is close by to you, id skip Walgreens and go to the source. It will save you a headache, trust me.
I avoid using FedEx if possible. The drivers are rude and rough on the packages. The clerk in the store was snotty and unpleasant. Give me UPS any day.
Staff is very helpful. It would be nice if you could call the actual center instead of an 800 number.

If your looking to ship something need boxes for your shipment need it professionally packaged up need to print something fax something .. this is NOT the right place for you. It’s so very confusing trying to find a FedEx Office. I think these pods were created to anger people. Don’t bother contacting customer service. The calls get routed to someone in India. Who have no idea how to really help. I asked several times if they could help me find a fully serviced ship center. I was on the road when I made the call. He assured me this location was what I was looking for. NOPE! Had me driving 46 minutes in the wrong direction wrong location. I don’t know about anyone else but my time is valuable. And this was un-exceptable! Honestly if your not going to be a fully serviced location why do you exist! I hope all these little places close down. Who needs this aggravation.
Did a pre-paid return. They had a drop off spot inside the 1st hallway but not where the workers were. Therefore, no personal interactions. Easy drop off. The hallway is monitored by cameras for security.
Hannah is an awesome front worker, the other girls close ans lovk the doors earlier then the store hours. My boyfriend went there last week and they are supposed to close at 630pm and the doors were locked at 615, I went there the night before and they were locking up at 620

I have had nothing but poor experiences.with FedEx in general. They seem to care more about policy than helping. Theyve refused to hold packages for me before. They wont reprint labels for customers. If you dont have something taped down well, thats the end of the world and they wont help. UPS and USPS has none of these issues. Use them
I must first state I rarely use services such as fedex maybe couple times over years. I had a document requiring overnight delivery, the company gave me a shipping label. I walked in the lobby area it was empty no clerk. I waited about 5 minutes the clerk entered. I go to hand the envelope to her and the first thing out of her mouth is that goes in the hall. It was rudely spoken, no hello no kind of greeting. I asked for a proof of mailing and she acted like it was a burden!!! All I can say is that employee would have been written up in my business. I was a supervisor in a customer service based industry.
Roommate literally saw a driver throw a box from truck onto lawn and drive away, expensive electronics left out in the rain,, uncovered when a covered porch was right there, packages left at busy road in front of house (Willimantic), not at house, never follows delivery instructions, multiple complaints never addressed by a manager, never a callback, not once. 0 stars, total garbage
Believe it or not that was the easiest thing Ive ever done. If youre returning and it has a label and its attached to your package take a picture of that as your receipt put it on the gray cart and walk away.
Went to drop off package that stated must have a recipe for this item. Upon entering the drop off enterance, the employee screamed all drop offs on the cart, get out. Then asked her for a receipt for which she rolled her eye and handed me a receipt. Horrible customer service!!!!!!
Service at this Service Center has always been excellent. Today, staff assisted with labeling and ensuring the correct packaging. Staff though was unable to assist in tracking a ground package that had not been received. Staff could not assist in tracking any Ground.
For the second time in a month, the driver left an expensive package at the top of my driveway next to the road. No notice and my driveway was not blocked for access. These were large packages that were readily visible to anyone driving by. Not impressed.
Pick up the damn phone! Its so hard to find out when on Saturday the pickup is at the box located at the shipping center. It takes forever to get someone on the phone. Id have to give a separate rating for going inside because its a breeze in there. Staff are very helpful.

Incompetent Delivery Person - We must have a new driver as he/she keeps delivering packages to the vacant house across the street. I called Fed Ed Cust Svc last week and brought this to their attention as I had an order of meat arrive spoiled from Harry & David. Driver delivered it at 12:30 - set in on porch in sun - was there for 4 hours before I tracked it down. Well, it happened again today. So frustrating!
I was supposed to get a package from a family friend for Christmas which had wine it so they needed photo ID and came twice saying to call. I called to set up time I would be home. They never showed up. Then I get a phone call saying they missed tried delivering to me three times which only was twice and said I needed to pick up the package which is 35 mins away. One customer service representative said it was already delivered which it was not any other said they had no record of it in their system. Definitely not happy with their service
We live on a small dirt road in Lebanon CT and these fedex drivers drive so extremely fast. I have attempted to file complaints numerous times, but they tell me I need the exact truck number that is driving by. Yet, they drive by so fast, you cant get the number. They are going to cause a serious accident one day.
Funny, it will not let me give them ZERO STARS!!!!FEDEX is the WORST company i have ever dealt with. I cant stand them.Their drivers are rude, leave packages at my mail box on the ground instead of bringing them up to my house, say delivered my package when its no were to be found, and deliver packages to fedex location 30 mins away when its supposed to be delivered to my house! Plus they dont even have a direct phone number to that location so i can call them. The last package they lost on me, im still waiting on a phone call from them from 3 weeks ago. They dont care. I dont care. I try to use ANY other company to ship besides FedEx. This is alway why the company i work for will not switch from UPS to FEDEX. We ship a ton and will never use FEDEX. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The lady that works at the front is horrible, and very unprofessional she needs to be fired ! I don’t recommend going here .
So this is the only fedex shipping place within 20 minutes from my home. I arrived there is plenty of parking. The facility is clean and organized. BUT I had to wait over 5 minutes to be serviced. And was not given any effort of a smooth transaction there.

Wish I could give 0 stars ! Sent a package from one fed ex location to another to be held for pick up by customer . Address label was created by them and was Correct! What could be easier? They delivered my sons package to a random address in NYC and have no idea why! They wont give me the address or the name of the party who signed for it because its not my business! The item shipped was a VERY expensive electronic device. GONE! 5 days later they have not even contacted me to tell me the results of their investigation . This package was shipped overnight and was quite costly . Find another method of delivering your packages if you want them to arrive to the intended address and party .

Where to begin! FedEx has customers as hostages because they have deals with merchants. I’m so fed up with late deliveries no resolution and crappy customer service that I am now telling merchants that use FedEx that I will no longer do buiness with them. I rather have the us postal services deliver my stuff as my postman is the same guy year in year out. FedEx is a new person every time. No care is given and I can not wait for Amazon’s to do their own deliveries

The delivery man came, knocked the door and by the time I came and opened the door he was gone, he didnt even wait for 2 mins or knocked again, second day I kept my door open but he didnt turn up... I called the customer care they said that its in their office and I need to go and pick up where as on the Door Tag it was mentioned that they will make 3 consecutive attempts... they didnt even make... I cancelled all my orders finally and will make sure that I do not order online which is shipped by FedEx
