Where to start. First of all, I dont always write reviews, but when/if I do, its because it is definitely worth it. New Englands Slingshot Rentals definitely blew my mind. I was a bit iffy about doing so but when I started the process, oh boy did I have an awesome experience. Process was easy from start to finish, explained everything clearly and simple (KISS method: Keeping It Super Simple). The rental was clean, fun, and any problem and/or issue, you are a phone away from them. They are very understandable and super friendly. Im already planning my next fun with their rentals and getting more people to join me. Highly recommended. FYI, if it was for any negative reviews, I wouldnt go for it. One thing you have to keep in mind, They are awesome and welcoming as long as you are also easy to talk to as well. Amazing experience from start to finish.Rented for 12 hrs as a birthday surprise. Angel was helpful friendly and very enjoyable to do business with.The slingshot was a blast and a great conversation starter wherever we went .Would highly recommend! And would love to do it again

I had been wanting to experience one of these vehicles for maybe 5+ years now.. I decided to take a shot and rent one with this company.. not only was there great customer service, they want you to have fun!! That’s important to me! Angel helped me and was very genuine and down to earth.. these guys care and work super hard in what they do and it shows!!! 10/10👍

This is our second year renting from New England Slingshot Rentals and we will continue the annual tradition. Our experience with Bobby and his team has been top-notch: friendly staff, great customer service, and a seamless reservation/pick-up/and drop-off process. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! They were able to accommodate our plans and allowed us to pick up a little earlier than scheduled. When we got there, he had everything ready to go for us including a clean slingshot, full tank of gas, digital paperwork ready to be signed, and a quick but thorough demo (including tips/recommendations and an opportunity for Q&A to answer any questions we had). We were on our way in no time and enjoyed an amazing day of cruising the scenic coastline. Bonus: we witnessed and were pleasantly surprised at their cleanliness and sanitizing procedures for Covid-19 regulations.

Bobby and Taylor are great to work with, and the slingshots are a blast! These guys are awesome!

Year 2020 Fun time, great customer service. Bobby was accommodating when I wanted to switch from 6 hours to 12 hours half way through my ride. Experience was awesome and the manual transmission was a lot of fun! I strongly recommend this place!Year 2021 Rented second year in a row. Dope service, fair prices, amazing customer service and transitions. Angel was super cool and accommodating. Can’t wait for next year!

Loved it!We originally going to rent a Polaris Slingshot on Turo but were unsure. Doing a quick search online, I found Bobby and he had one available for us to play with. The transaction and process was super easy and this vehicle is a blast to drive! To be honest, if you’re shy, don’t rent this, everyone is going to talk to you, give you waves and thumbs up’s and think you’re the mayor. We parked it in Hartford CT at night and no one bothered it, all of the compartments were secure to keep a few little things safe.Will definitely rent again! Might ask for green next time to see if MORE people will stalk us - ha!

So my experience with New England Slingshot rentals started about 4 months ago. My dad turned 80 so we were going to bring him to the Barret Jackson auction for an all expense paid trip with his sons and grandson. we thought it would be great to rent a couple of these and go to Cape Cod for the day. i called and spoke to Bobby the owner and explained the trip and the significance of it being my dads 80th. He was great on the phone and things sounded quite promising. He said he couldnt take a deposit because i was from Canada and he wasnt set up for that at the time. i asked him repeatedly and said not to worry he had us booked in. A couple weeks before we headed down i called him again to confirm he had us reserved and again i was assured everything was there and hed see us soon. We kept this part of the trip as a big surprise for my dad and we were quite excited to pull this off for him. I attempted to call Bobby numerous times the night before we picked them up and he didnt answer his phone. this started to make us a bit uneasy but we didnt worry too much as we thought we had covered all our bases and he was so good on the phone. the next morning we again tried to call multiple times and he would not pick up. Eventually he texted me asking what i wanted. I explained who i was so he called me to discuss the bad news. It turned out that he rented out our machine to a buddy of his and there was no way he could honor his agreement with us. Obviously i was quite upset but he would hear none of it. Instead he tried to explain that because we didnt have money down he rented it to someone who paid. i explained that we didnt have money down due to his direction and he still didnt care. the he said we should have contacted him to remind him. I told him we did! He was then like oh ya.... well its gone so sorry. He basically had a S... happens attitude and apparently his buddy who was going thru a divorce seemed to be more important than honoring an agreement made months earlier even tho it was confirmed again and all directions given by him were made. He attempted to set us up with a competitor of his which we ended up using. He wouldnt just give us the contact info tho. Instead he was acting as an agent until basically the competitor wouldnt deal with him and wanted to talk to us directly. My concern with this was when he was on the phone with her he was basically telling her to screw someone else so we could get one. That didnt exactly fly with us and spoke volumes about what kind of morals this guys lives by. As if we needed more evidence than he already provided. The laughable part was he kept trying to tell us how important customer service was to him. Just not important enough to tell his buddy he made a mistake. In a vain attempt to appease us he gave us $50 off the rental. That put him at $250 for the day. The same price i ended up paying at his competitor. The car he gave us was a beat up 2016 base model because his new one was going to his buddy. i asked if we could get that one as some sort of compensation for the huge error on his part and he said absolutely not. The competitor turned out to be Alyssa from Explicit Rentals. She ended up renting to us a 2019 SLR model. Her price was $250 all the time. I wish i found her first. It would have been a way better experience than dealing with this greasy salesman plus we would have had a pair of new models. Alyssa was incredibly understanding and accommodating.Although she only had one available at the time so i had to still rent the old one from Bobby at his special price. You can see in the attached pic Bobbys green 2016 model that he rents for $300 and the red and black SLR from Alyssa that she rents for $250. Better car, better customer service and she actually honors what she says. I wonder how long Bobby is going to be around with his current business model in place?

My girlfriend rented a slingshot for the day. When she returned it the guy Bob said there was damage on the rim (when there wasn’t). My girlfriend felt uncomfortable arguing with an older man and the man only gave back half the deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM this guy who take a advantage of woman
