This is the first time that I actually go to an insurance and I feel that they value where i am spending my money. This Lady Rebecca is truly one of a kind because she takes her time to explain everything from A to z to you so you can understand your policies. I will encourage everyone to go there.

Very unprofessional, we switched from Allstate to State Farm because we heard all the good reviews about this company, but this agency is very unprofessional, they told me they will summit cancellation notice to Allstate for me and they didn’t. Also months after they took our payment, we got insurance cancellation letter because of non payment. When I called them they say my account is reinstated. And two months after that they called me again saying we have a remaining balance due on our insurance policy because our bundle discount has been taken off, and claimed that’s not there fault. No apology at all. Katie was the girl who took us.

My vehicle has been insured by State Farm for a very long time. Let me tell you, I do not believe there is a better insurance company out there that is better than State Farm. their discount is off the charts IT IS REAL (I which I could state my premium in this review but that will not be appropriate) but what I can tell you is this GO SEE JODY from there you will see for yourself.This man is very professional and he knows exactly how to help you save money on your car. I am really glad to be a customer there. He will not sell you something you do not need. He truly cares about his customers.Because of Jody, I was able to go a step further in my life. I have had an issue with my bill the past two months and Nell, account manager at State Farm, has gone above and beyond to professionally and timely figure out what was wrong with my bill. She made several phone calls to the State Farm billing department to figure out the billing issue for me and she was beyond helpful. She made sure to stay in touch with me while she was handling the issue and was very professional the entire time. She called me, left voicemails when I was unable to answer and even text me to keep me in the loop. She was determined to figure out the issue and she did! Jody Jordan branch is a great insurance spot with a great team!

Every employee in the office is very friendly and hops at every opportunity to help you with any issue you encounter. Through my experience moving from a different state, the transfer process was not a fun time and we kept running into problems that this office worked nonstop to fix and always got back to me immediately with any new information. They work towards getting you the lowest cost for your insurance while covering more. They genuinely care.

I have been with state farm for 12 years.they are great

I called many places for car insurance. My own car insurance company was trying to over charge me and I wonder how long they been doing that. I talked with a Katie with state farm and she got me the quote I needed. Asked a bunch of questions. Put down everything I needed and had before with other insurance company and it came out three hundred dollars cheaper. Very pleasant. She emailed everything over. Paid and did quote over the phone. Easy and not time consuming. So far State Farms is the way to go.

To say that my expectations were met is a huge understatement. Katie “really explained” to me and my wife what all of the numbers meant and why we should have certain amounts of coverage etc... We also saved money on the new auto policy. To top it off Jody, was not the typical insurance salesman, because he wasn’t pushy but patiently explained the different types of life insurance policies. He even gave us time to discuss what we were told without out constantly calling us. Katie and Jody made it very easy for us to choose State Farm, and are the reason I will remain a StateFarm customer. I highly recommend anyone just speak to them and you will see for yourself.

Stop to make a phone call in their parking lot and were accused of being drug addicts. When I tried to explain that we stopped to make a phone call she laughed in our faces and called us liars then threatened to call the police. Talk about unprofessional.
