We recently moved to the area from out of state and originally planned on living here. We dealt with the landlord on the phone, signed the lease electronically and finalized our move in date before driving two days to get here. When we showed up the apartment manager had no idea who we were. After a bunch or miscommunication they refused to rent to us. We had to stay a month in a hotel because of it, which was honestly way better than staying there. The whole place smells like weed and wet dog. The hallways and stairways are caked in animal hair. The apartment they showed us was disgusting. The bathroom was covered in urine. On top of all that the landlord tried to keep our deposit after refusing to rent to us. He’s a huge bully and is extremely rude. He is always talking down to everyone especially women. If I could give negative stars I would.
Wasted my time, twice. Scheduled two appointments to see an apartment. First time pretty much turned down at the door. Second time had to wait for the office manager to get the key to the apartment that we already walked to. We left. I don’t have time for that in my life. Get it together. Next.
I set up an appointment to tour an apartment and when I showed up I was informed that there was no apartment to see because they were all rented out and they forgot to inform me, even though I scheduled my appointment just days before. It was a 30 minute drive each way to not see an apartment. I was very disappointed with their customer service.
Ive lived here for 3 years now. When we first moved it, it was great. About a year and a half ago, the building was sold. The new management is absolutely AWFUL. They dodge calls and refuse to do repairs (massive water damage, serious plumbing issues). Both the new owner of the building and the new manager have horrendous tempers. They will yell at employees and tenants and take out all their anger.
My god, possibly the rudest owner/manager Ive ever come across. Stay far, FAR away!!!!
Im very happy living here! Quiet, clean, great parking and perfect location! Ive also had a pretty good experience with the staff here. Theyre hospitable, and responsive. Something I had an issue with at my last apartment!
Beautiful and wonderful community to live in. Staff is extremely personable and attentive to all and any concerns. Property is constantly upkept and renovated to high standards. Excellent facilities to take advantage of; tennis court and gym. Highly recommend everyone to consider this location.
Thank you for the great service. Your fast processing really made it so smooth to find a place. I am happy with the location, the price and building.
Pet freindly mostly everyone keeps to them selves
I lived at this apartment complex for a year. The management staff is not very responsive. We ended up waiting three months plus for an issue with our fireplace to be fixed. The landlord is often not in her office and seems to have too many issues going on to effectively manage the needs of the tenants. When the management changed, the new owners claimed that they did not have any record of us paying a security deposit and did not contact us about the deposit or send a damages claim until 60 days after we moved out and constant phone calls and emails to management to find out what had happened. We left because we were given 18 days to either move out or pay an extra $200 a month for granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, which we did not want. Its an apartment, not a home. The walls are very thin and we lived next door to a very loud neighbor who neglected her child and management didnt do anything about it in spite of two or three calls to the local police department. First impressions are very deceiving - you can find a quieter, cheaper place somewhere else.
