I’ve thoroughly enjoyed living here! Our air conditioner broke right as the heat started but maintenance came and replaced it in less than 24 hours. Very responsive, the property manager Kim is a sweetheart. Rent payments are easy. Package room is organized. It’s out in a wooded area so we get ants frequently but we keep our unit clean so it’s not a huge deal, it’s to be expected. Quiet, nobody bothers you. SO MUCH STORAGE SPACE.

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WOMAN BY THE NAME OF KIM. EVERY TIME I CALL AND SPEAK WITH HER SHE GIVES ME SARCASTIC ANSWERS NOT SURE WHY SHE FEEL SO SUPERIOR TO ME WHEN SHE IS A CRIMINAL SO MUCH FOR PUBLIC COURT RECORDS

I have an up coming visit to view an apt from ( R.H.E ) Norwich and have had the pleasure of speaking to a delightful young lady by the name of Ms.kimberly, If all goes as planned she will be greeting myself and my husband for an apt viewing, and to be honest, she is such a sweet dear person, I am never wrong when it comes to vibes over a first telecom person to person meets, and will put my opinunion in the near future of the viewing and of the location of the unit/units that we are to be viewing. ~ Jean

I personally liked living at Rose Hill Estates, I moved into a 3bd with 3 other roommates & it immediately felt like home to us. It was a family welcoming community with a park for the kids to play on. I don’t have children but I do have a dog and my dog loved the dog park they just recently built. The Management was very welcoming too and helpful with understanding the leasing and concerns.

I live here now. It’s a clean community. I enjoy living here. Price is a bit high but with a lot things included.

Im upset at this time with Conover corporation. I was a care taker for my father and he died unexpectedly after a heart transplant . I notified them after my dad passed. I was told at that time I could get out of the lease. I had alot of details to attend to concerning my dads affairs so I couldnt leave right away. I did try in good faith to get a suitable roommate but could not. Now they want to charge a months rent which I cannot pay. This is very upsetting and bad business. Im not a person Im a unit. Its dispicaable.

Absolutley atrocious management department. They do not listen to their tenants claims and request. There is a leak from people upstairs that had been going on for 5 months that happens about once a week. Mold and mildew was/is forming. You can see it in the ceiling fan. Asksd for someome to come and inspect the situation and to find out why people upstairs cant keep the water in the tub or sink. They have laughed at, ignored and blatantly dismissed their claims. It got to the point where they got very sick and needed emergency services. It is not a very good place to live and whoever runs their office department is an absolute joke. Health board and news agencies have been contacted.

Ants in laundromat, dirty pool, bugs in hallway.
