Good place to get party goods and costumes. Plenty of inventory with many different ideas to choose form.

Ordered my balloons over 24 hours ahead of time to be delivered. Got the email confirmation that they were out for delivery at 9 am to be here by 11 am. Never came and the store couldn’t call driver to see where they are at since they were a 3rd party delivery service. I asked for a refund and they said they think I have to go in to get it which was not helpful at all. If you’re going to order from here go get them yourself.

Waited 45 minutes for a curbside pickup. Finally security guard at the front door was able to get in touch with the manager and straighten out the order. They were busy, but they have to get it together. Kudos to the manager and security

Nice store, but I came for one big birthday balloon. It was not sealed properly, and it deflated on the way home.

We held a double surprise party for mother and my son got everything I needed even though the Halloween costume rush was on They still had everything else and a great selection of it.

There’s always a long line of people and one person checking everyone out. None of the employees ever seem to be bothered and always have an attitude so good luck if you need help with something. This is all besides the fact they’re incredibly over priced.

Surprisingly this is not one of the locations they are closing.I’ve been here 3 times for different party needs in the last month. No one ever tries to help or make eye contact. Staff usually clusters at the register for socializing and ignoring customers.

Treat place to get your party stuff and I love to get 10 pieces of candy for a $1

I love the fact that it’s such a big store but they don’t sell to many costumes or costume related stuff during the year. The stuff they do have is quite pricey and the quality not so great.

The store had a nice selection of gift bags and the cashier was very corteous.

Horrible customer service! I called 5 times to ask if they are open and five times I was placed on hold until I hung up!!!

Love this store they have everything in every occasion just a bit pricey but very nice choices of wanting different characters and having everything that one needs in one store .

They have tons of stuff, candy and masks and decorations. I was disappointed I couldnt find a face painting kit (plethora of makeup/kits) but I found Laffy Taffy and Lemonheads though, so it was worth it

This is by far the worst staffed party city location I have ever seen. It literally took 2 hours to get 20 balloons inflated. Go to the nearest Dollar Store imstead!

Horrible customer service..In the store and over the phone.Today oct 23th, waited 30 mins for someone to help me find an iteam i been searching for.They gave me the option to place those iteam on hold which i gadly agree since i was traveling from NYC to CT. Drove 1 hr, got the place.. waiting in line for 20 mins to find out the iteam were never place on hold. They send me to the back, they were sold out.. the manager offered me 20% off on w.e item i purchase instead of my originals.Denied, im so upset. Pently more customers were upset, this isnt a good place to reley on.. i will never go there again.

Their web site says they are open until 10pm on Fridays. Drove over there from Stamford, and the place was locked up when I got there at 9pm. One star for wasting 25 minutes of my time.

This place gets INSANELY busy during party times like Halloween and New Years, so be sure to go early. Its a pretty big store but it will sell out.
