Customer service is great. They went through so much to help me with something I needed printed. I ultimately paid less than a dollar for what amounted to almost an hour of their work on the computer, putting up with me asking for changes. They seemed very willing to please. Prices always reasonable here.

This isnt a shipping place, you have to have everything ready, packed and labeled. This is just a drop off place. They have no packing materials and neither can they quote you different shipping options. Useless! I wish Google would not show this place if you search of shipping center.

First and last time i ship here. I lost my tracking number and i called to seen if i can somehow retrieve it and the only employee that works there had no idea what i was talking about. Bad customer service. This one and only employee has no idea what he is doing. I don’t advise for you to ship here. Only reason i shipped here was because this was the only place opened on sunday after 4pm .

Went here because it is closer to my house for UPS drop off. They charged me to ship what suppose to be free. Few days later found out the package was never shipped and presumed lost. Now how do I file a complaint? The only guy there is unprofessional and clueless. Do NOT GO THERE EVER!

Went in to fax a document. Quick service and the male staff was kind enough to pin my documents because they were flying off from the fan haha. Will definitely be coming back!

The owner seems to be clueless about shipping overseas. I had twenty cards to send to various European and UK destinations. Having a bad experience at one shipper I went here. He took ten minutes to look up the information on each of the six destination countries, even though i repeatedly told him the post was the same flat rate. (Has been for the past several years and I looked it up at USPS.) I guess Ill just brave the long lines at the post office next time.

Shop is less than 2 min from my house, so I went in to mail a small package. I REPEATEDLY told him I didnt care how long it took, I just wanted the cheapest rate. He refused to budge from a minimum of $17.48 to ship. I finally said never mind, Im going to the post office. When I started to walk out, he calls me back and gives me a price of $8.93 via usps with no guarantee of delivery date. I say ok, fill out some paperwork and ask if I could add tracking to it. He said, I dont know. He inputs the info in and askes for my phone number, I ask why, he says the post office wont deliver without a number. I know this is a lie so I ask for the paperwork back, took my package and walk less than 1 mile to the post office. I was in and out, sent my package through priority and got tracking for only $4.34. This place is a scam and with the post office so close by, there is never any reason to voluntary be ripped off here.
