This job addressed spot needs outside and inside our 12 year old house -- addressing different kinds of surfaces and issues ranging from moss on the north sides of the roof and mold on the north side of the house to exterior detail paint restoration, repainting the traffic-heavy indoor rooms and recaulking and painting the bathrooms.Pete Gillen is an experienced painter -- knows products and the difference between brands, and addresses the issues he sees thoughtfully. He comes when he says he will, laid out the job to minimize the disruption of our household, was attentive to detail and was so pleasant to work with. The finished job is gorgeous.Cecy Gillen managed the contract and calendar. Her communications were timely and responsive (as when a sudden rush of company coming to visit forced a calendar change)The price was reasonable. Little extras like arranging to discard old rusting paint buckets from past jobs and advising us on upkeep were much appreciated.We are always looking for strong service providers to support our lives. Cecys crew did the tiling of a bathroom that I renovated. Their tiling and grouting work was flawless. The window in the shower area was professionally waterproofed and integrated in to the tile, as was the shampoo recess on the back wall. I would not hesitate to ask Cecy to help again on future renovations, and unconditionally recommend her and her team.

Cecy and her team completed a renovation of our basement to finish a portion of the space. Her team did a fantastic job and truly tranformed our basement into a cozy space for the kids to hangout. She offered some great recommendations to help design the space to maximize amount of living space while maintaining ample space for storage.
