When you walk in the store the greet you right away. Every girl that works in there is very polite. Taken care of me right away. I really feel comfortable when i walk in there.

Most reviews given by people who have taken loans from CiC seem to be positive- maybe theyve been paid to leave reviews, but that wasnt the experience I had. Small clerical error leads to a payment being a few days late? Prepare to be absolutely bombarded by a slew of harassing communications by a vindictive staff who have no problem attempting to disrupt your life to let you know a payment is late. I was told by my boss that someone from this store called looking for me, and when they were told I was unavailable, threw a temper tantrum and proceeded to call back every 5 seconds for 15 minutes, even after they were instructed not to call again. They even looked up his information online and said she then asked for him by name. God only knows what she was attempting to do by speaking to my employer.Really professional stuff.

Listen to us when we said is the worst place for a loan. I am not talking about the staff. Their policies are the lowest ethical possible. They check your credit score and leave history into inquiries(of course that damage your score) They keep all your information for 5 years, even if you refuse the loan. And if that is not the worst, they share your information for their every day business. Becareful, I dont recommend this place, is the worst place I have ever been with these unethical and harmful policies.

The lady was very rude and she didnt believe where I worked. She thought I was lying about it. Honestly its no ones business on if I get anything.... the worst place I have ever been.
