I went to Ari this week to get a pedicure with my best friend for my birthday and we had such an enjoyable experience. We haven’t been to a nail salon since winter due to COVID and their predictions made us feel very safe and well taken care of! For the pedicure we did the $40 to include the foot/calf massages/ exfoliation (etc) and it was soooo relaxing. Great quality and such a pleasant experience. Can’t wait to go back!

The gal and guy that worked on me for my mani pedi had just the right touch! My fingers look a tiny bit sloppy, but super great overall! I would totally recommend this place as long as you know what you want them to do!

I love this place. I have been going for almost 2 years. They are very thoughtful and the facility itself is clean. They always take good care of my daughters and I. Tina is lovely.

Me and my friends went in to get a acrylic refill, and we werent told how much it would cost. The sign says refills are 25$ and I was told that designs are 10$. Mine took a hour and the man doing my nails cut almost every single one of my fingers. My hands were bleeding and he didn’t even say anything about it. My total was 50$. I called afterwards and the lady on the phone was sassy and rude and didn’t even apologize about the cuts. One of my fingers was cut so deep that it is still bleeding. It’s safe to say none of us will be returning

I loved my nails I have gotten them done here twice before today and they where good but not as good as the ones I got today this set of acrylics where by far my favorite I love the way they did the shape they tried to get them as even and as similar as possible which I really liked definitely will keep coming here

Got me in as a walk in while they were decently busy, for a deluxe pedi & full set. Maybe a 10 minute wait, if that.Pedi was LONG overdue, and he was amazing!The nail tech was sure she understood what I wanted before she started. Very nice and engaging.I found a new nail home!

Very nice and beautiful clean shop. The techs listen to what you want. Always pleased. Although the price for a fill is a bit much almost the price of a set.

I dont love the atmosphere, the first time I got my nails done I wasnt impressed. But I went back to give them a second chance and Ive been going back since. Very good work. My nails last like they should. They have plenty of options for gel, dip powder and regular polish.

Moved to Northfield and tried the other nail salons in town and was disappointed. Went into Ari Nails and knew it was going to be my favorite place. Each person does an amazing job, so you dont need to request a specific person which is great! Theyre quick, friendly and reasonably priced!! Highly recommended!

I had very good service the nail tech did a great job with my acrilics although they did miss a few spots while painting my nails It was overall a good experience. I plan on going back

I walked into the salon tonight to get a pedicure and a manicure. I am new to the area. This place was recommended. I called ahead to make an appointment. As I was getting into the pedicure chair a nail technician walked by with the entire paraffin wax container-she walked to another person getting her pedicure and dipped her foot into the wax. I have never seen this done before. Every place I have visited before has placed the wax in a bag and then placed the bags on the feet. I told them that I was leaving and that was unsanitary. They should be using bags. They offered to use a bag on me. Which still doesn’t change the fact that other people’s feet have been in the same wax. There were no bags in the foot tubs. Are these normal sanitary practices here in MN, Northfield, or just this establishment? It made me wonder if they clean the instruments properly. They really didn’t understand why I wouldn’t agree to it if they used bags on me. I am sure that wax is not hot enough to kill any bacteria or it would be too hot to dip your foot in.

Nice people, got me in quick for dip polish. Unfortunately it only lasted just over a week before it started to chip.

I have been here a handful of times and they are fantastic. Great customer service. Great pedicures.

This use to be my favorite place. The last couple times I went there they treated me like just another number. They did not take their time. When I asked for a design they were rude to me. They did not ask what I wanted for a design and gave something I would have declined. They over charged my friend I brought with me as well.

They do not know how to do nailsMine are not done right, shaped funny and ring finger nails stick up in the air. I will not go back or recommend them to anyone as I was.

Worst service i have ever had ..... She did not ask me what pedicure I wanted she barely said 3 words to me ... i asked for her to re scrub the bottom of my feet she did not even understand what I was asking for ... i will not be going back

I stopped in to get a fill and had to wait 25 minutes with three employees standing around just talking playing on there phones, very rude!!!!!
