The crew that i had did a WONDERFUL job.they wore masks, gloves, and booties as soon as they came into my home. they cleaned my apartment so well, it still smelled good the next day. these women were professional, only would speak to me if there were any issues or to let me know they were leaving. one of my dogs ran out into the living room, to sniff them and say hello, and the girls just laughed and kept working instead of getting distracted or scared. 10/10 would recommend to any friends or family members. the women who work at the office are very informative and helpful as well. thank you, Kulas Maids!!

This is a wonderful cleaning service! The team that came to my townhouse was outstanding, friendly and very thorough. I noticed one girl cleaned the bathroom so it sparkled. The kitchen and rest of home were cleaned beautifully, too. Also, the main office is extremely helpful and friendly!👍

Ive been using Kulas Maids for 6 months now and each time is better then the last . The girls always come in a group of 4 and are very respectful and make sure everything is done properly and always ask me to walk thru the home before they leave to make sure everything was done. I love that they use green products in the home as they do not give off a chemical smell and that is important to me as i have children in the home. They are also amazing at getting me in last minute for cleaning .All the ladies are wonderful and very understanding when taking my appointments i couldnt have asked for a better service !! I recommended to all my family and friends !

I had a very good experience with Kulas Maids. I partly contribute this experience to Susan who worked with me on setting up the dates and time for my post construction cleanup. Susan was helpful, patient and informative. My house is 3000 square feet and it was so dirty from construction. Susan suggested to do the windows first and then Clean. Robert the window washer was wonderful.The crew that Susan sent to my home was fantastic. There was one thing that they forgot to do. When I called, Susan said the crew would return by 5. They did. Everything was perfect.

Great service. I would only call in when I needed cleaning help but they do such a great job I decided to use them on a regular basis. Every crew that I have had has been exceptional. Great customer service, great cleaning, Kulas is the way to go.

I have used Kulas maids for several years. This is the best cleaning service I ever had. Team of 4 goes through my house as fast as tornado but everything is spotless and shiny. Great ladies and service.

I have been using Kulas for 9 years now. The owners REALLY care and they are so amazing. They wore masks the last time they were here and they truly are exceptional. My house is spotless when they leave and they are so respectful of my belongings and if I am in a meeting, will work around my call for me. I cannot say enough. Would be happy to tell you in person! I was very disappointed with their service. We used them for a full floor to ceiling move in cleaning. They didn’t wash the floors, clean some of the toilets or showers. They were supposed to clean the inside of all kitchen cabinets since the house was completely empty and there were still crumbs, etc. I called to let them know about this and they offered to bring the team in again to clean those specific places only. I was in the process of moving into our home so I asked if they could wait a few days. They said no because the house will be dirty due to normal living by then. So I asked for a refund because I paid a lot of money to get my new house cleaned. They said they can’t do refunds. So then they finally agreed to give me a free cleaning service when I was ready for it. I called and left a voicemail to schedule the cleaning and no one ever called me back. I called back again a few days later and no one answered. I didn’t bother to leave another voicemail since they never returned my first call. So if you want a reliable cleaning service that will actually clean your home, I do not recommend them at all. So disheartening because I see so many good reviews.

I tried Kulas Maids based on the recommendation of a friend about a year ago, and have been using them ever since. Ive tried other cleaning services in the past and was never thrilled with the job, nor with the scheduling. Kulas calls you the day before your cleaning with an approximate arrival time. Love! The ladies (they send four) are very professional, efficient, and on time. They always do an outstanding job. Kulas also won me over with the use of green products! Excellent service all around.

We used a one-time commercial service floor cleaning with Kulas Maids. After compiling several quotes to strip, clean, and wax our Church Hall floor, Kulas Maids gave us the best deal. We were on a tight schedule to complete this project as the Hall was to be used within a week for an event. A team of men came in and they were done in 5 days! They truly did a wonderful job cleaning, and the floor is now white again.

Mind your pricing! I have a townhouse -2 floors. 2 bdrm, 1.5 bath.And they charged me $212. For first visit! I never would have them back!

Glencoe - Kulas Maids arrived like the Marine Corps. They worked quickly and thoroughly. Everything was perfect... Better than perfect. They were also very pleasant to have around. I plan on using the service more in the future. My only suggestion is that you make sure that the office completely understands your instructions as the case may be and communicate is specifically to the workers. In my case, the workers were not instructed to clean the coach house apartment in the back only, not the main house. I had been in the coach house working while I awaited their arrival. I walked over to the main house to find that in short order, they had already cleaned most of the main house... better than it has ever been cleaned... but wrong house. I found out later that they had not been instructed to do the coach house only. So no fault to them... They were terrific. The coach house apartment is in move in condition. Landlords: This is an opportunity to get your moneys worth.

Their quality varies greatly. Sometimes very good, sometimes a rush job. One time they used smelly cleaning products.

The Ukrainian girl that they sent to us was nice verbally, but didnt actually do all the work we hired her to do. She only cleaned where she saw cameras were present. She complitelly ignored cleaning stairs! For months! And she kept leaving after just 1 hr... So $100 per hr? And not complited work?So we finally contacted the Kulas Maids office and complained, and yet she came back 4 × since then and each time left after just one hour and contined to not to clean whenever she knew there were no cameras... leaving literally mess behind carelessly.Thank Kulas Maid- But no thanx!!

Had Kulas cleaning both our home and business space. Much was ovelooked in the house on a continual basis. Kitchen floor not clean, light fixtures not dusted, etc. At the office, it was determined that, again, the kitchen floor was left untouched and the bathroom rug never lifted to clean under.They had the key to our office to let themselves in. When we discontinued service, they were to drop the key back at the office. ITs been a few weeks and an envelope from them arrived. It appears that they tried to mail the key back. There was no key; a hole in the envelope and the envelope was taped shut. Either it worked its way out of the envelope or someone removed it. We will now have to have the door re-keyed to secure our office.Bad service and bad customer service.

Im impressed. We have been using Kulas for the past few months for our offices, and their price is unbeatable for what they do.

Had them twice and they are great at what they do. Just scheduled my third visit from them.

Going on 1st just pasted north Ave under construction. I had to merge over and this gal was honking even tho Im showing my blinker and waiting for room to merge into her lane safely. After the lanes open up she speeds around me and brake checks me multiple times.

I have someone who comes in my house to clean regularly but on 2 occasions I needed Kulas to come in and clean. The first time, they did a great job with a supervisor on site making sure everything was done well. The second time 4 women came in to clean for one hour and 15 minutes ($148). This was one of the worst cleaning jobs I have ever experienced. They broke my kitchen drain and in their haste to get things done, they barely cleaned one bathroom and didnt dust a couple of tables in a bedroom. They did send a repair man to fix the drain, but that was 2 afternoons I needed to stay at home to wait for him. It was more aggravation than it was worth. I do like the idea of in and out service and that they bring their own supplies but I will not be using them again.

Garbage. If you put your stuff like a toy say goodbye because you never will find it againI will one day sue this company
