And get this, they gave my car a wash, tidied it up for me, and they vacuumed before they gave it back to me! This is such an amazing dealership and the environment is absolutely beautiful too! Wonderful customer service at Lexus of Northborough. After two other mechanics, Lexus was able to diagnose the electrical problem that complicated the transmission issue. I felt well serviced, treated with prompt care and attendance . You truly feel good when you are there . You definitely feel special to own a Lexus. The loaner car they gave me for at least 5 days was not only a magnificent ride but the convenience of having it at my fingertips was the component to seal that deal . I was from out of town and they made it so very easy and stress free .

I went into Lexus for my 30,000 mile service and oil change and had a wonderful experience. The staff made me feel very comfortable as I waited for my service to be done. We were able have our car serviced same day and were provided a loaner car so we would not miss our normal routine. Lexus staff was awesome all the way around.

I was having an issue with tire pressure in one of my tires and needed and inspection sticker. Come to find out there was a nail in the tire and my alignment was off affecting my two other front tires and was told they needed to be replaced or I would not pass inspection. Thinking that all of this was covered with my coverages and it being a new car with only 12k miles I was really upset thinking all of this would be free of charge. I paid had the work done, spoke with Bethany about it didn’t ask for any sort of refund. She said let me see what I can do. She was able to talk to the manager and waive the cost. She is incredible without even asking she went above and beyond. You are lucky to have Bethany as an employee for your company!

They are always very professional and courteous. I get updates often and a loaner without any problem. My car comes back washed and vacuumed. Highly recommend.

Ive had my car serviced by westborough Lexus three times. Every time was an excellent experience. Phone calls were picked up immediately, scheduling appointments was simple and there were a variety of times available,. The customer facing service staff was consistently courteous, professional and friendly. I am usually very critical but there really isnt anything bad to report here.

The actual work was very well done, and Joe was fantastic. Very friendly and informative and great follow through. I was very disappointing to discover that somebody took $20 that I had in my license holder. I am very unpleased with this. Lexus has always been loyal to me and I have been with them for almost a decade. This is unacceptable. Joe was very sorry for this experience and reimbursed the $20, but I still have a sour taste in my mouth, and unfortunately will not feel comfortable bringing my car in for service in the future. Again just to reiterate Joe was fantastic, it was just an unfortunate occurrence that happened.

Service found a mail in my left rear tire. They wanted to charge me $265 for one tire. I declined. But they rotated my tires and did not tell me where they put the tire with the nail. I called back to find out where the tire with the nail was placed but could not reach anyone that knew. Frustrating.

On my way out, I mentioned some crud that was on the fender that I dont know where it came from but was tough to remove.
