I recently came into get my wife’s Elantra’s oil change I also had a recall I wasn’t aware of and they took care of that too. Considering other surrounding dealerships where booked out over a month the young lady got me in about a week. I was really pleased to have gotten in that quickly since I was planning a road trip.Cam helped me out and was great I didn’t really have any questions because everything was explained. She was friendly and informative. Highly recommend trying Country Hyundai to get your car serviced.

Horrible place. Wouldn’t let my enemies go here. They call you every single they until you make a purchase, when you have a question you have to call 15 times. It literally took me 8 days, 21 phone calls and 5 emails to get some 1 document. Unfortunately this was not a one time thing either. Going through the same process again. Wish I never leased a car from them. Once my lease is up I am Never ever EVER returning here.

We had a great experience purchasing from Country Hyundai. Another dealer had invited us for an appointment only to sell the car 15 minutes before our arrival. We did a quick search and found that Country Hyundai had a similar vehicle on their lot. It was late on a Saturday and Taylor was extremely welcoming even at the end of her day. Frank worked with us via phone and email on Sunday to make a deal. When we came in for pickup the whole team walked us through the steps and Jasmine took time to walk my wife and I through all the features of the car and answer all of our questions.Thanks to all for your help making the purchase of our new suv as easy as possible!

I normally give out five stars in all my purchase experiences. But for Country Hyundai, I will definitely give -5 or the lowest possible scoring rating if possible. I am not referring to all salespersons in this dealership. But the dealer I walked into happened to be the worst. The past few weeks had been a nightmare. I bought a Palisade but he made me do every paperwork by myself because he was downright lazy and rude. As soon as I signed the purchase agreement, he shut down all communication, so I had to walk into the dealership store to tell him in-person the insurance agency sent the document he requested. When I was so upset and talked about not picking up the car and refund, the head manager THREATENED me by alluding a legal action. WHAT AN ***! Because the sales did not pick up my text- message nor looked into the paperwork that I already had, I had to make hundreds of phone calls. (He actually lied to his head manager, making me a liar). Guess what! Every time I inquired why I wasnt able to pick up the car after I paid it all, the salesperson and the head manager kept saying they are at the mercy of RMV, it was a pure lie. So after I paid in full, I had to wait more than a week to pick up the vehicle (only because I went to RMV to do it all). Because I could no longer wait, I booked a reservation at RMV and went there by myself. Guess what? it took literally 5 seconds to complete what they said it was impossible to do. Worst was the part that I did all the vehicle registration myself but they made me pay for it! Can you believe that? If you want a humiliating and belittling experience when buying a car, go pick Country Hyundai.

I got to the dealership as they were getting ready to close. I felt bad about having my salesperson, Shane, stay late to help me, but that was the only time that I had available. He was really nice about it all, and I appreciate how helpful he was answering my questions. It took a little longer than I expected, be he was patient with me the whole time. Though I ended up leaving in a different vehicle than the one I came for, I am happier with the choice I made.

I recently purchased a brand new sonata, it was a limited model and very expensive. When I picked up my new car it was pouring rain out so I wasnt able to get a good look at the exterior of the car. A few weeks later as I was washing and waxing it, I noticed there were a few indentations in the car. I immediately brought it to the dealerships attention and to date they have not fixed the car or attempt to make it right despite numerous requests. I am very disappointed and disatisfied in the customer service Ive received at this dealership

Love the vehicle I got ..did not appreciate the experience...maybe it was a bad few days...only one finance guy who was backed up...had to wait hours to finalize paperwork.The only accessory I wanted was a roof rack.. my sales person said no problem but as it turns out it was a problem because they dont make a roof rack for the Kona EV. Was handed a paper to find it online and do it myself. When arriving to pick up my vehicle I had to meet with a person who was supposed to show me how to use the EV vehicle. Our appointment was for 10:am and they were almost 30 minutes late and then they could not answer my questions which was incredibly frustrating. The final blow when I was ready to drive away was being told I had to get it inspected next door at the VW dealership which would take another 30-45 minutes....i expected better so was disappointed with the process. Time is a valuable asset to some people and when you get strung along or left waiting it can leave one feeling frustrated. When I relayed my experience to the manager (3 days ago) I never got a response to my email so have to wonder if they really care ...I love the car though so enduring the experience was worth it but dealership left a bad taste.

I loved my experience at Country Hyundai with Shane. I had been to several dealerships before this one and they were all very aggressive. Shane kept the conversion light and easy. Although they didnt have the exact color and trim level I was looking for, Shane and the management team worked hard to make sure I was well taken care of, and even offered to buy the color i wanted from another dealer just to make life easier. 5/5 would return again

Three years after purchasing my vehicle, I can honestly say I would rather eat an entire car with a knife and fork than visit a Country dealer ever again. Sales team is awesome....but will sell you cars with dry rotted tires and brakes in need of service. They’ll sell you Platinum warranties, but then charge you $50 and say “go to a Kia dealer.” They’ll let you drive for weeks with seven lights on your dashboard and never return a phone call. Working with Country Hyundai was, without a doubt, one of the biggest mistakes of my life. Now could someone pass the ketchup? I still have half a car to eat.

Terrible company, at first they refused to cancel my extended warranty after I asked multiple times, then they finally “cancelled” it and I have yet to receive any sort of refund after almost 6months. I have been a returning customer at Country Hyundai but unfortunately my experience lately has been so poor that I will not be returning to this business after this. I was sent a large incorrect bill after my most recent car purchase that Country Hyundai has fully admitted I should not have been sent and is the result of a discrepancy between Hyundai Motor Finance and Country Hyundai. I was forced to pay this bill to avoid having my credit score impacted.There was a miscommunication between the two companies when I purchased my recent car, which Country Hyundai fully admits, and I have been caught in the middle. Despite admitting that I am not responsible for that payment, and assuring me that I am entitled to a full refund, Country Hyundai has done little to nothing to get me a refund. They have even admitted to me that there are several other customers who have also been billed incorrectly due to a miscommunication between Hyundai Motor Finance and Country Hyundai which is completely unacceptable. They have been telling me for nearly three months that they are working on getting me a refund but no progress has been made. I have sent dozens of emails, showed up in person, and called many times and yet no progress has been made towards getting me my money back.I am very disappointed as I have now done business with Country Hyundai twice, so it is extremely disappointing that they would treat their returning customers this way, especially those who have just spent an enormous amount of money buying a new car from them. I will no longer be doing business with a company that incorrectly bills their customers, admits it was a mistake and they will be refunded, and then dodges their calls and emails.

I’ll never buy a car again from these people, and when I wanted to be loyal and service our 2018 Santa Fe we bought there, every time I go in there was always a problem, so the last straw was when we usual get a synthetic oil change and was given a regular conventional one. So you would think we would be prioritized when we they messed up? Absolutely not took over an hour of my wife sitting there taking time out of her schedule to do this when it should of been done the first time. And then when she tried to explain how dissatisfied she was with everything to people in service, they didn’t even care! How can you run a business like this and be successful? We even tried sending a response to a higher up person with country, and no response. I’m through tho period, I’ve already told a lot of people who were thinking about buying a Hyundai, and it completely turned them off. Enough is enough

I was a returning customer for years loved going here I even referred people. Now I will not be going back after the way they treated my niece and my son. My son was in a really bad accident that totalled his brand new only 2 weeks of having it. So of course called country to get new one talked on phone made a deal and they went back on it. So I will not give them my business any more after treating my son like this and not doing their best to give him what he needed. Im so upset about this. They have lost lots of business from me now. We had a great conversation about the different types of oil available [conventional versus synthetic] and I never felt rushed. If you need a new car, definitely pay a visit to Scott. Hes different - hes kind, understanding, and he doesnt try to push you into something you cant afford. If you tell him what you want in a car, he knows how to find it! Even if you arent sure, he has great recommendations. The process was straightforward, quick, easy, and full of surprising perks.
