I asked for short coffin nails and thats exactly what I got (he called it narrow square bc they were short.)So fast doing the full set. It takes me 2 hours to do my nails and he was done in 35 minutes!I asked for matte black gel. I added a gold splash when I got home bc Im particular about how its done (added a picture in photos.)I WILL be back!

I asked for a full set of nails and not knowing because I asked for the tiger eyes color I didnt km now what they went doing. All I got for 35 $ was painted nails. I went outside and cried. My daughter went in and told them I asked for a gulley and they told her I lied. I told them twice what I wanted. Never againn. They were very rude to my daughter.

Picked out the look from a predone fake nail on the wheel but what he did didnt look the same..was significantly different and unattractive. When I pointed it out he admitted ..now that the nails are sonw..thT he could see they were wrong..he redid them..but now they were very very thick. A couple days later..one of my nails just came off while showering. I qont be returning

I go to NT Nails for every manicure and pedicure, Ive never been let down with the quality of the work. My acrylic nails have always lasted much longer than needed, and the nail art is fantastic. Every month i come in with a picture of the nails designs i would like and the great staff at NT nails makes it happen in under an hour, every time. They are well equipped with a wide variety of colors, and the prices are reasonably low. Great place!

I just came from my first pedicure at NT Nails. I went here as I had a gift certificate. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. My technician said her name was Jenny. The pedicure cost was $25, which is average. She offered several other packages that included hot wrap, etc for an additional fee. As my main concern was to remove dead skin and minimal calluses on my heels, I opted for the basic pedicure. She immediately seemed irritated that I did not want to spend the additional fee and proceeded abruptly to say the least. After a very, very quick brush with the pumice, barely touching my heels, I inspected my heel to see the dead skin still there. Jenny then told me that if I had one of the other packages that would be taken care of! She spent more time massaging lotion into my calf than touching my feet! Would not recommend this salon.

I came in with my daughter who called on her phone and asked for prices for gel on a regular nail and toes he said 20 for nail and 10 for toes and no wait we go there and we had to wait for 10 mins and they didn’t have any BASIC colors like yellow and pink!! Then my daughter had settle on the nasty pink. While I was getting my Toes done the gel Bubbled up and I said something he oh it’s not dry yet what!? Then I asked for a Specific design and he said they could do it but when I finished it looked nothing like the design at that point I wanted to leave! They charged us 20 for our toes and my daughter said asked gel we didn’t feel like arguing so we just said whatever my daughter had a Visa card with 25 on it and the lady said it was declined even she just actived in the car ?! And the man said himself the machine usually takes visa !! The pic on the right is what I wanted and the pic on the left is what I got !

I have been getting my nails done at NT Nails for many years! I have never had any issues and no infections! The place is very clean and staff is always very friendly and willing to accommodate you with appointment times! Pedicures, basic or spa, are always a special treat.. :)

Id like to give them no stars but it wont let me.... I will never go here again my nail shapes are uneven and dont match up and I wanted certain colors and they switched my colors out..... and I was rushed out the door and they werent even busy

My husband and I had pedicures. We paid $90 dollars for both of us. It was sort of a spa pedi, definitely a little bit pricey but worth it. The gentleman and the woman who did our feet were very nice and did a good job. Still had some calus after but it was better than before.

Never again. They never told anybody in the salon that they were only taking cash so I had to leave my bag as collateral while I went to the bank. The guy who did my nails was not nice at all. I asked if they had designs I could look at, his response was nope even tho the sign says designs are $5 and up. Told me my nails were dry but they werent so they got messed up, bubbles in my acrylic. Definitely not worth $40 when all I got was French tips and the sign says $20. Idk what happened but Ive spent so much money there and in return I got nothing but BS! Dont waste your money, youre much better off buying glue ons for $3.

I came with my mother and they didn’t have any colors we wanted and these were basic colors yellow, and I wanted light purple they didn’t have those I ended up picking a light pink. The man did my toes didn’t do a great job there was still spots on my toes that wasn’t covered with gel. Also when I called to see there prices the man said 20 for gel on regular nail and 10 gel on toes okay, but the lady said 25 for gel nails what!? How u gonna change ur price in an hour ? Also when I called they said no wait when we got there we waited abt 10mins !! I’m not satisfied and I’m not going back the prices fooled me🤷‍♀️

Went twice. The first time I was extremely happy with my nails. The second time the guy rushed he cut my cuticles open with his grinder. Geound my nail bed nearly almost away. The edges of my acrylic against my cuticle is a huge ridge that catches and snags on everything. You can see that instead of nails being smooth they are all bumpy and jagged. The plastic nail tip isnt even fully covered with the acrylic and is a super sharp corner. Also he charged me 10 dollars more then the fill actually cost. The 10 minutes I was in his chair were the most awful 10 minutes. As a Stay at home mom thats my chance to get 20 to 30 minutes with no kids just time to relax. Ill not be returning and I am definitely not going to even give them a penny more of my money.

Had the nail dip done about 3 weeks ago and nails are still nice and shiny. Am very pleased with nails

They were short staffed and really busy but did it with a smile on face and got it done in a timely fashion..never got overwhelmed or annoyed.. Also did great job..love them.

First visit my nails were done nice.. After iv been there a few times my nails were so thin and shaped uneven they broke the next day.. Went in for repair and charged me for there mistake. Done with them.

Accepts walk in, but throws in extra charges without notifying beforehand.

Pleasant staff, request tour own files.
