I absolutely love this place! Cindy is amazing and so personable. Everyone there pays attention to detail while being so quick! Its also so so clean there as well!!

I called after hours expecting to leave a voicemail and not only was my call answered, but I was scheduled for the next day. The salon is in a good location with streetside parking and an abundant (and free) lot around the corner.The salon is clean, has a large screen TV playing, brightly lit space, and staff are friendly. There are window seats while you wait and sets of nails and racks of colors to browse. The pedicure and nail stations were busy throughout my visit.I had a full set - no overlays, on very short, peeling nails due to wearing nitrile gloves at work. The technician created a super cute look and balanced the lengths and widths of the nail beds... Very professional!

The facility is beautiful ...many updates. I had a French tip gel manicure and a French tip pedicure both turned out beautiful.

The staff is amazing. Love going there. Cindy recently did my eyebrows and I love them. She is a perfectionist!

UPDATE: Was there for a fill recently. Cindy was out of town. Decided to get a French gel manicure. The manicurist did not put any type of curve on the white portion of the polish. Filing was square and not uniform in filing. Nail broken within one week. If you do not see Cindy, do not waste your money.Worth the trip to Niagara County.. Professional, quality nail gel fill and gel pedicure. Price a bit less than Erie County.. Found them when Erie County shut the salons down. Was there today, same quality and professionalism..

I went in for a pedicure and during my pedicure the guy cut off my cuticles and painted over my bleeding toes (I could not believe he painted over my blood and put the contaminated polish back for continued use with other customers... makes you wonder how many other times this has happened). All I wanted to do was go home and disinfect my feet. Cindy told me they would give me a $5 discount for the cuts but still charged me full price. Shortly after my toe started to look infected, when I went to the doctor I was told I had a staph infection and the nail would no longer grow because of the damage that was done... he was right, it didnt grow and abscess formed and my nail needed to be removed. I will never go back to Cindys Nails nor would I recommend it to others. Save yourself the hundreds of dollars in medical bills.

I will never go any where else ever again cindy does my nails perfect every place i go is too bulky or dosnt go to the cuticle or they are rude. Cindy is amazing shes so sweet she actually listens to you and she really does have the skill i see her passion when i look at my nails it makes me feel like a better me. I made an appointment for a pedicure and I was running a little late. They called and saved my appointment for me. Im from Grand Island and came here because of the reviews and was not disappointed at all. David did my pedicure and he was great. I got suggestions on lotion (never once pushed me to buy anything) and how to take care of my feet (35 years of running and fitness has killed my heels). There wasn’t a person in the salon that wasn’t smiling, chatting, or happy. Will definitely be a repeat customer here!

Great pedi and super costumer service.

My daughter got her nails done and they look horrible. It only took about half an hour to do and she wanted them long but the woman made them short and then she charged $45 for a job that looks like a child did it! We will not be back!

I tried this place for the first time and Im so happy I did. I went in for a brow wax, mani and pedi. The place is very clean and they are very friendly. Everything I had done today turned out fantastic.

Ive known about Cindys nails for over 10 years but just never stopped in until a coworker recommended I stop in. I went in for a fill, trim and gel color. I didnt catch the name of the girl who did my nails, but she did an AMAZING job. She took her time and you could tell she cared. It wasnt like those places in the mall that just rush you out the door to get to the next customer. My nails looked absolutely perfect.I came back today for another fill. That says a lot because Ive never had a regular nail salon. Cindy herself did my nails and once again exceeded expectations.I do recommend that you make an appointment. In most cases they can get you in the same day, but regardless its worth the wait for the quality of the work being done!

I love Diamond Nails! I always request Cindy, she does flawless work every time! My full sets and fills look beautiful, they dont charge for shaping, and they never chip and break before I have time to get back to the shop!

Absolutely horrible service. Ive been here too many times and have been let down every time. I made an apt to get my mothers nails done. Not only is tomrrow my sisters wedding, the apt was also my mothers birthday present. We had an apt for two people at 9:30, we arrived at 9:40. When we arrived, there was only one lady avilible to do a pedicure and since her 10am apt had showed up early, they decided to take her and tell us to leave.Any ways, we went to TNT nails, and had a much better experience. They took us at 9:45 when we arrived there, even though they didnt open until 10.Dont go to cindys nails, your making a mistake if you do.

Was disappointed that they were closed.Hours they post, doesnt match the hours theyre open.Got here on a Tuesday at 3:45pm and they were closed. The hours posted are till 8pm.Disappointed ☹️
