Brady with Alpine Cleaning was super helpful. I had a flood in my home that was not covered by insurance, and he came out, assessed the situation, walked me through the process of what to do, and even returned several days later to check on the progress and help me determine next steps. He was honest and really supportive, never trying to angle for profit at my expense. This was the only remediation company that was able to be helpful without an insurance claim, and he was phenomenal - not sure how I would have navigated the issue without him. Thank you!!

After my house burned down in August and dealing with a shady restoration company, these guys stepped in and are doing an amazing job. Theyre really accessible and responds to request quickly, as well as a direct line contact for your project manager. Weekly updates and willingness to make changes (as long as it stays within budget) make rebuilding moderately painless.

Alpine is so great to work with. We have worked with them 2 different times in 2 different houses. They are professional, friendly, and caring. They care about you they take great care of you. Ken was super kind and more than generous to us.

This company is only interested in collecting from the insurance company. They act like they care, but they don’t care if they can’t get over $10k from your job. For 3 weeks I got the run around. Only good thing they did was board up the home after the fire, and was to refer me to someone else.

We work with Alpine Cleaning a lot in our business. They have always been so friendly and honest. In the restoration world, I know receiving payment can be a challenge sometimes for them but we have never had a problem with them making sure we are paid on our end. We had a similar experience as described by other negative reviews. Alpine was quick to come out; they tore things up, left a mess, collected insurance and promised to come back to do repairs. There were weeks of being put off or scheduled appointments missed in which we took time off of work. When we finally did have someone come out to do work he did very little, left a mess and mostly just chatted away about his life. Promised to finish the following day but was a no show. Had a few more promises to come back but job never completed. Then we get a bill which included services never completed. Three weeks later and four different people spoken to, no apology or accountability, a slight adjustment made to our bill. Terrible experience to say the least.

Alpine does a fantastic job! Quality service from great professionals! If you are looking for a great restoration service then I highly recommend giving Alpine a call. These guys are great!

I had the privilege of having two of their representatives (Mike and Tyler) come to my home. They were very polite and diligent in their efforts to help with the problem we were experiencing. We had a wet spot appear in a basement room that I could not find the source of. They provided an assessment at no charge. I was impressed with their experience and the tools that they had to seek the source of the problem. For example, they used infrared to look for sources of water leaks inside the walls. If you want an honest and friendly experience I would recommend them.

Courtney at Alpine gives a first class service, their crew are respectable, timely, talented. I hope I never have a flood again, but if I do Courtney at Alpine will be the first one I call.

Alpine Cleaning and Restoration is Great! From mold to fire damage and sewer, they flat out get the job done so you can get back to living in your home. They are quick to respond and are friendly and very pro-active. I would recommend them to everyone.

Weve always had Alpine clean our carpets. They always show up on time and are very thorough in moving our furniture to properly clean the carpets. I feel healthier every time they come to our home.

Two months since our bathroom flooded and its still not fixed. Alpine rarely informs of the progress, or lack thereof. Please do not use them as they are irresponsible and unprofessional. Id give 0 stars if it were possible.

I must say my experience with this company was horrible used contractors that did half way of a job have warranty repairs they won’t fix of look elsewhere for restoration repairs 👎

We had a dishwasher leak and initiated contact with Alpine several months ago. Our kitchen is now half way finished and has been this way for well over a month. There are numerous issues with the work theyve done so far - counters were measured incorrectly, scratched stove, missing baseboards, etc. They called and said they plan to fix things but so far nothing has been done. Were still without a fully functioning kitchen - something they originally said would take 1-2 weeks has now taken well over 2 months and theres no end in sight. Very frustrating.

I would not recommend Alpine Restoration. I had water damage caused by a severe rain storm in the late fall to my roof. The water leaked inside the house and caused damage to ceilings, walls and floors. Alpine was prompt to show up and start protecting the roof and drying out the damage in the first day or two. After that they all but disappeared. Despite me calling them every few days they rarely ever returned calls. They never kept appointments or showed up to actually fix the damages when they said they would. This was after I warned repeatedly that winter was just around the corner in Park City and we needed to get the issues fixed before the snow arrived and created further damage. After 2 months of trying to get them to resolve the issues myself and my insurance company finally gave up on them. The insurance company assigned another contractor who showed up the next day and started repairs. Additional water damage has been done because Alpine did not do their job in a timely manner. The new contractor also find water damage to the floor that Alpine never even noticed. Alpine has been and extremely poor vendor to work with. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I am now using 5 Points Restoration who has been fantastic to work with.

I used this company when my basement flooded and would avoid using them again if at all possible. Other reviewers have noted my same negative experience.
