I came here with my 6 year old to go as a special birthday treat. We had a very very nice time! We were the only people there for our appointment. The worker was so sweet and nice to both my young daughter and myself. She took her time and made sure my nails were to my liking! The price is phenomenal and i highly recommend them.

Raven is super professional and personable! She did a fantastic job on my French gel mani and pedi and truly exhibits superb customer service skills. Blu Nails in general is clean and offers a nice atmosphere. There’s a lot of options when it comes to nail salons so you can go anywhere and get what you get or come here and ask for Raven if you want proper nail service.

Got a dip manicure 3 days ago and one of the nails completely fell off today. For $100+ I expected a little longer lasting of a manicure. Going out of town today so don’t have time to get them fixed, really disappointed. Everyone was very nice but I wished the manicure lasted the advertised 2 weeks instead of a weekend.edit: two more nails just fell off. Another edit: 5 days have passed since manicure and now 6/10 nails have fallen off. This looks ridiculous- very disappointed

Absolutely wonderful. Professional and friendly. Took very good care of my needs and my diabetic elderly mother. Very gentle, caring, compassionate. Would use them again and again and would recommend them to everyone.

I got gel nails done last week. Erin did an amazing job on my nails, love how they look and havent had any chip. I work 50 hrs a week at a vet clinic and am impressed they have stayed looking perfect this long. Highly recommend!!

I had 2 wonderful pedicures there and loved it. I talked my daughter out of her regular salon to go with me for a mother daughter day. We both had the most expensive pedicures as well as manicures with gel. 2 days later, my daughters nails started chipping. 4 days later, 5 of her nails were chipped. She went back to have them repaired and they ACTUALLY CHARGED her $20 to repair them. Now I personally have done my own nails with polish from Walmart that lasted longer than that. I called and complained and it went to voice mail. I got a return call and they didn’t even leave a message. And that was the he end of their communication with me. I will NEVER give them my business again. Our bill was over $250 and my daughter and I tipped Emery $30 each.

Not sure how anybody can say anything negative about this salon and the employees. Been getting my nails done for over 30 years been to many salons none even come close in comparison. Super clean and professional nail techs that all speak English. I read two of the previous reviews saying their nails lifted I don’t know who they’re talking about but three different nail techs have done my nails and I get acrylic fill with gel polish every time my nails last from 2 to 3 weeks with no chipping or lifting for the first time in 30 years this has been happening so they must be doing something right kudos to this establishment

Went here for the first time last week for a full set and pedicure. Salon was so clean and modern. The young lady was very professional and courteous. Best set of nails Ive ever had, will definitely be back!!💅💅

Very nice staff. Although, I had acrylics filled and the lady put gel top coat on top of regular polish, this caused the polish not to settle properly and moved completely by the time I was home. Had to go all the way back and have them fix it. They were great about it. The nails ended up falling off in less than a week.

Absolutely amazing. When I walked in I was so glad I made the decision to go there. I had Kelly and she did wonderful on my gel fill. I couldnt be more excited to go back and get them filled. The whole salon is decorated beautifully and the all around vibes are enjoyable!

Employees are very kind, professional, and very passionate about their work. I’ve had multiple pedicures here and every time I was blown away with the service and how relaxing it was. Skyler was the employee that helped me every time and was spectacular! Highly recommend!

Very clean and very friendly staff. Unfortunately my daughter and I were both having a new acrylic set done with 2 different nail techs and both of us starting experiencing lifting after only 3 days. After 7 days of our nails lifting so bad that theyre snagging on things, I reached out to the business via Facebook and was told that we could receive a discount to fix them. I do not feel that we should have to pay to have them fixed. We wont be going back and its a shame because they were nice and clean and close.

You really must try Blue Nail Spa. Its a unique nail spa, very clean, very warm setting, and the nail tecs are the best of the best. As you enter Blu Nail Spa owner greets you with her warm smile and bubbly personality. Its my new nail salon and I hope it would be yours.
