Im a mom of 3 athletes and when I saw the improvement in my daughters weight, speed, and overall well being after going to Method, I wanted to try it for myself. I started in January 2021 and my weight is down and my muscle tone is the best its been since high school and Im in my late 40s. The hours are very convenient so I can get my workout in before getting my kids off to school and starting my workday. I love the flexibility of schedule and being able to do both strength training and PACE the cardio class and its fun! The trainers are awesome esp Anna and she puts together great plans to help you achieve your specific goals and checks in to see if you are on track. I have never been committed to a gym but the positive impact on my health and visible physical results these last 8 months keep me coming back.
I absolutely love method. The coaches are amazing and always positive. They are always pushing you to be your best and to get you stronger and better. The personalized workouts they make for you are very beneficial for helping you achieve your goals no matter what they are.They are a very fun group of people to work with. The facility is very clean with plenty of equipment for everyone to work with. Going to method is my favorite part of my day!
Method Sports is second to none! They have worked with my daughter to enhance her strengths and build up her weaknesses. It has provided her with confidence as a by product of the tough but nurturing environment of the gym. She looks forward to her workouts and comes out with a sense of accomplishment. The staff has become an integral part of her world and they truly care about these athletes! They come to games, they provide encourgement, and they help to direct their clients when they are challenged both mental and physically! We are so fortunate to have found Method!
We signed up during COVID last year to give our family something to do. Place was clean, very clean. Never worried about that at all. Our family loved the atmosphere and the coaches are amazing! Our boys, 14 and 12 love the personal one on one training they get. We will continue to use method when our boys aren’t “in season” with their sports, but without a doubt would recommend to anyone looking for the individual training!
Method is a very clean facility with plenty of equipment for athletes working out at the same time. The environment and qualified trainers push athletes to get better everyday while still enjoying their programmed workouts. Every athletes has a program specific to their goals to help them achieve in their sport such as to gain muscle, get faster, be able to move more quickly, jump higher, etc… I highly recommend student athletes and adults to join method seeing as such and impact it has made on my life.
I joined Methods Sports and Fitness on 02/07/2020 to better improve my overall health and gain a stronger, more fit body as I had just turned 50 a few months prior. I had never done a squat with weight, let alone used any of the equipment in the gym so it was all quite intimidating but the coaches made you feel at ease. While weightlifting was out of my comfort zone, I have steadily improved my form, weights, reps, etc. Anna, Kyle, John, and Jon have been wonderful coaches and truly listen to what each person needs and helps them obtain their goals by creating a workout geared for each individual. They are all very friendly and extremely knowledgeable in their field. Rhonda works the front office and is always cheerful and helpful as well! If you are thinking about improving your overall health and strength by upping your game, give Method Sports and Fitness a try; I am so glad I did!
If your looking just to get back into shape or have a student athlete serious about preparing for High School athletics or preparing for the Travel Team season take a look at Method. Anna & Kyle have been outstanding in working with our son after an injury and preparing him for his baseball season along with getting my wife & I back on track with adult workouts.Thank you Method!
This place is the all time best place ever. I’ve been to many workout place and nothing else compares. Great big gym with amazing specialized workouts and great great trainers love it there!!!
Training at Method has been a game changer for me. The office staff is very cheery and helpful. The trainers are helpful and friendly and know what they are doing to help you get healthier, and stronger while making it comfortable and not intimidating. I love working out at Method.
My daughter Emma works out with her basketball team! They always give her positive energy and she really enjoys it!
Ive been a client at Method Fitness for about a year and a half. Fantastic facility, excellent staff - any and all who put in the work here show noticeable progress you just dont see at other gyms
I am a student athlete, and i have been going here for a few weeks now, and the trainers are helpful and fun. i enjoy working out and these workouts aren’t too intense, but very helpful.
If you want a clean and friendly environment to reach your goals, method is the place to be. The weight room is always pristine and the coaches are helpful and knowledgeable.
Method is an amazing place to workout and learn. Everything the trainers do there has a scientific reason behind it and they really take into account their clients personal needs. As a swimmer, finding a dry land trainer who knows exactly how to train a swimmer is very hard to come by. Ryan and Joe went above and beyond any trainer Ive ever had in finding practical exercise that were applicable to my sport. I put back on all the muscle i had lost... and more!
Great facility and trainers! I trained at Method this past summer before entering my freshman year at Ashland University. It made the transition into my softball lifts much easier. Very friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable trainers to work with you. Ryan not only helped me build more muscle, but he helped me increase my throwing speed as well! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good place to become a better athlete or get fit!
One very early wake up at a time, Ryan has helped me reach my fitness goals by training me in the early mornings before work.I highly recommend him and the Method Sports and Fitness program for anyone looking to make a wellness change in their lives in the Cleveland area.While I didn’t feel like one at first, he’s trained me with their athlete’s approach to fitness. As a company leader, my time is tight and my days are stressful. Their individualized approach has challenged me and helped me quickly see change.
