I found I had become a real couch potatoe during covid and decided I needed to do something about it. I have been working with Joe for about 2 months and feel I have regained a lot of strength. Joe is very knowledgeable and his positive attitude encourages me to keep going. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely helpful and professional.

This gym is the best around. Anthony gives great advice and I always see the personal trainers working with people. I’m definitely glad that I made the switch from Planet Fitness.

Management apparently not customer service oriented. With Covid raging there is no hand sanitizer anywhere in the gym. When asked I was told to wash my hands. Management is not open to listening to customer concerns. All I hear is excuses. I continue to go for now because I have an excellent, caring trainer!

Ellipticals seem broken/make noises and the owner doesn’t fix. There’s also only 4 ellipticals and they were not all 6 feet apart during the pandemic. Same with the bikes. Made a complaint and nothing changed. For $40/month, barely any equipment, unresponsive management it’s definitely not worth it. Esporta Fitness is less per month with a pool and sauna. I guess the one positive is that since it sucks there’s never any one in there.

Worst experience ever tried calling to get info ahead of sign up and I can’t even describe the experience tried calling back to speak to a manager they answer and don’t respond. Then I’m pretty sure the front desk associate texted me off their personal number and just said “can you not”

Its small so it doesnt have a lot of equipment options. Other gyms are cheaper and better, but its 1 of 2 gyms near me that are 24 hours.

If you want to pause or cancel your membership make sure you talk to an employee and have them do it while youre standing there. DO NOT send a message through their website. I lost $140 because they said they could not find the email I sent (thru contact us on their website) 2 months ago.

Great place to workout whether its with weights or an elliptical anytime you want

Excellent Fitness Center! Staff is very friendly & organized and facility is kept clean. Genuine and affordable service charges. I would definitely recommend their service to all without hesitation.

Open 24 hours! I love going to Anytime Fitness. The building is well cared for. There are free excercise classes everyday. It has all the equipment I need.

Gym was fine while I was with them. It was when I went to cancel my membership that I began having a lot of problems with the staff. Nobody really knows or follows the rules and they are unable to speak to the main points to allow you to cancel a membership. When I asked to speak to Pete, the owner, who I signed up with, I was told to email him. So I did, and never got a response. Meanwhile, the month I cancelled just happened to be the 1 month of the year where they charge you a Gym Maintenance Fee, and even though I was cancelling that month I was still required to pay it. When I came in to cancel, I asked to see my contract, and was informed that Its not here, and that It may have been taken home by the owner. So the owner just takes all of my personal information home with him - just because. Bathrooms are not cleaned on a regular basis. The small garbage cans are constantly overflowing, which makes for extremely unsanitary conditons. Dirty paper towels and wet rags are constantly left on the floor. A better cleaning strategy is definitely needed.

Ellipticals are great. Sorry for the original less than stellar review. Love this place I was confusing it with Avon. Avons ellipticals arent great.

Over priced over crowded in the mornings and weekends. No room for additional equipment, or upgrades. Save your money and go to planet fitness they have more to offer.

Lol...Planet Fitness! Only if your budget is super tight. Cant stand all those stupid rules! But, to each his own. I believe its a fair price. And, each Anytime offers a little something different. I primarily go to the one in Elyria in the am as its close to the highway for me. And also the Amherst location. But, now that my 30 days are up, Ive been to this one this am and love it! Extra stuff that Elyria or Amherst dont have. Gonna go to the Rocky River/Lakewood facility tomorrow. I work in Beachwood so Im checking out all the locations. Sign up price was steep though. But, Im a gym rat and Ive been to a lot of gyms. I just really love the 24 hour access! When other gyms are closed, I can still go to this one!
