Nice little store. If you need help transferring your info from your old phone to a new one, they arent helpful. Pretty good selection of phones. Nice folks. I didnt have problems transferring my info, so it all worked out.

Omg I was so pleased with this location!! I didn’t like the merge between my old carrier and was price shopping when I stopped in at AT&T north port in the coco plum plaza. The ladies put out wonderful energy and more than convinced me with the awesome prices and knowledge of equipment. I love how easy it was to sign up and can’t wait to try my new service.

This is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE STORE-and an AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS SIT HERE. The two women that were there are completely useless- rude and obnoxious-would not want to help at all. As terrible as ATT IS IN GENERAL THESE TWO REPS ARE EVEN WORST. Do yourself a favor a NEVER COME HERE -don’t get ripped off and don’t waste your time.

My experience at north port was more than satisfying. The three young ladies were so friendly and knowledgeable. They made switching from a old flip phone to a cool smart device simple and showed me some basics to help me adapt.

Sales associate at this store was exceptionally helpful with addressing a issue I was experiencing with my cell phone. Outstanding demonstration of great customer service.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased an AT&T TV. Carissa set it up and made it so easy. Just had to plug it in. Everyone in the store was helpful and made the purchase easy and enjoyable. I will always chose this store in the future.

Worst store experience. I walked in December 23rd around 4:00 pm and the employees were unbelievably rude. It was like I was bothering them and they meant to make sure I knew it. I don’t think I’ve experienced this level of unprofessionalism of ATT. I’ve been a paying customer for over a decade so I was pretty hot to be treated this way.

Went in there, the manager was BEYOND rude. Absolutely no customer service skills at all.

I needed support to activate my new Iphone XR purchased from AT&T and one of the girls there told me that they didnt do that, and to go home and read the instructions that came in the box. I would give them [ -5] if I could.I will never go back there!

Friendly staff very helpful. My phone was having issues girls went over my options and transferred everything from my old phone to my new one. They even went over some of the new features of my phone and made sure I knew how to use it. These girls are great!

Went in was greeted nicely. Ariana went over several options and told me about several sales that they had going on. She made the whole experience quick friendly and pleasant. Definatly a better staff then the port Charlotte location, would recommend this store to anyone who wants AT&T service and treated right.

Originally just had a question about my phone they quickly answered my questions and then asked me about services. I was paying I’ve 200 for Comcast showed me a deal that would cut that in half. So I took a chance and went for it. In less then 24 hours they had a tech install my directv still waiting on the frontier part but they warned me frontier was gonna be a little longer. The girls were very nice and knowledgeable and made this so quick and easy and the tech they sent was on point had me up and going in no time. Save time and money go here!

Very disappointing experience… Once I was a waited on, she instantly made me feel like I was bothering her! I needed to convert a Samsung phone to my new iPhone I asked her can you do this, she said yes. All she did was switch the Sim chip and sent me home to do all the transferring of everything myself which is the reason I went there to have somebody take care of that. Don’t waste your time there go to a different store!!!Also I arrived at 11 AM it was only one person in the store present and three customers that’s ridiculous.

My phone suddenly had no service and when I called AT&T they gave me some BS about line provisioning and told me I have to wait for them to research it. No telling how long that would take, I went into this store just before close. Lamar had my phone working in less than ten minutes and was very nice! Thank you Lamar!!!

Omg the staff takes their time to set up your device correctly to auto sync so you never lose anything again. Always buy your phones from the north port store and you will be taken care of and not rushed out. Awesome staff

Venice store was busy stood around for 25 minutes no one said anything. Drove over to the north port store was greeted right away girls were very helpful seriously save your time go to north port

Good service, not quite good prices

Change my number and the manager offered me a better deal on the unlimited interned instead of 15GBI asked if this number and account change is going to coast me anything and she said NO. I have been customer since 2005 and they charge me $36 for changing my number $69 for changing my account.I walked out with nothing to pay. Next month my bill was $396 it took me 1.5 months to get only $117 back.I went back to the store after I received that bill and they said we can not give you any information on your account.Save all the headache you will have in the future and choose another store.Very unknowledgeable.Never going back there.

Horrible service, horrible prices! We are moving to Verizon. I cant even use my AT&T Service in my home! I have to pay for high-speed internet to use my phone at home. That totally SUCKS.

It is 10:10 am and there is still not one employee at the store as all the lights off. Its suppose to open at 10am, as this is the 2nd time this has happened in less than 2 months. Finally at 10:15 the employee shows up dressed in sandals, jeans and t-shirt. Coming from couple stores down where they apparently were getting their toes and nails done. I am sure the company is proud of the way they are respented at this north port location.

I heard the manager yelling at one of his employees about something and then went in the back and said he was busy while there were customers waiting when he did finally come out he sat there and had attitude with the customer he was helping.
