I have my suits dry cleaned here frequently and they return super clean. I have my pants hemmed here and as expected they did a perfect job. I dont want to leave out the customer service as that is spectacular as well. I was notified when complete and have no problems, look forward into continually doing business with them! I enjoy doing business with a place that always seems to exceed my expectations. Keep up the good work!

Ive used this company for various services and have had varied levels of experiences. I had some tears in a suit jacket that they adequately repaired. I had a few zippers replaced on pants which only lasted after wearing them a single day. Their dry cleaning prices are fair, but it takes awhile to get them back which is probably due to really high volume of sales. Overall their prices are fair, their quality is adequate (except for replacing pants zippers), and theyve always been friendly, so Id recommend them.

I am going back to work, so I decided that I needed to get some jackets dry cleaned and some pants shortened. Despite the mixed reviews, which nowadays seems inevitable, I decided to test and try the LaFrance Dry Cleaners in North Port. I gave them one suit jacket and one pair of pants to hem. All of my questions were answered at the store, and I had moderate expectations for how the clothing would turn out.LaFrance-North Port exceeded my expectations! Both of my articles of clothing came out lovely. The jacket was very gently cleaned and pressed, and the pants were hemmed perfectly and professionally. I received a text notifying me when the items were ready for pick up. Because of this experience, I will continue to be one of their customers.

Had a dress altered for a prom . The alteration was done so bad that they had to order another dress. And now won’t return money on the alteration. Won’t be doing business with them again. When I was there picking up my dress there were several people complaining as well.

My parents brought their king sized $200.00 bed spread in to be DRY CLEANED. It was washed instead. It has now been shrunk to a Queen size. And while we know things can happen, there was never an apology, any offer made to recompense them, nothing. This is unacceptable. Dont bring anything you care about here!!!!

I am not one to review companies, but I dropped off 5 items to be dry cleaned July 1st... was mad and concerned it would take a week to get back, done date July 8th...but ok holiday is near... I show up a day late july 9th and they say not all my pieces are back... wait??... I gave u a day longer that my scheduled return date and its not back...lady responds I did my job, I sent it out its the cleaners that didnt get it back. Ok lady no your job is to make sure all items get back on the scheduled time... so no you did not do your job. Never again will I use this company... plus my usually place near my job does it in 24 to 48 hrs max. Same day if needed... but I sadly picked close to my home...big mistake.

Waste of time and money. Brought a comforter to be dry cleaned and I was told to come back in a week. I came back the following week and I was told it wasn’t ready yet without any heads up before wasting my time going there. It finally was ready almost 3 weeks later without any explanation or apology and I was charged the original price of $45 to get it back looking exactly the same way as I dropped it off. Piss poor place and service

La France Dry Cleaners rescued me today! I forgot to pick up my husbands uniforms before the store closed at 1:00. Cora at the Cocoplum location met me after hours so I could pick them up! I am so grateful that good people and good business sense still exists! I cant thank them enough! Highly recccomend!
