Kyle and Kim did an excellent job cleaning 2 area rugs and a recliner. I’ve had the recliner for 16 years and they cleaned it with absolute attention to every detail; got the smell out as well, and I was very pleased. Excellent work, and they were both courteous and professional. Thank you!!

Making an appointment was efficient. The one man, one lady crew were on time, but I was terribly disappointed in their service! I was told to remove items on tables so they wouldn’t be damaged during cleaning. Well, that was a joke! My coffee table and one other table was moved and placed on drying blocks. Only one of my nearly side by side recliners was moved for cleaning underneath it. Why was the other one left? The small chest at the foot of my bed wasn’t even moved, but most disappointing...my sofa wasn’t moved, and I had just previously had a different furniture arrangement so carpet definitely needed cleaning under the sofa! They didn’t even have the courtesy to replace the sprayer attachment on my hose after removing it to use my water source. I will NEVER call Stanley Steemer for carpet cleaning again, nor will I recommend them to any of my friends. I feel they basically cleaned where I can use my vacuum. Another example of “taking advantage of a senior citizen.”

The company did a great job,the two men were very professional. They came to my door unmasked and I asked if they were vaccinated. I have a very bad immune system and asked them if they would wear a mask.They both put on mask and did there job.

Hired them to clean our sofa cushions and dining chair. Two weeks later the spot resurfaced. I called and they told me they only guarantee their work for 10 days

We usually have our carpets & floors cleaned every year by Stanley Steemers. I have to say that Ben Ursu & Ed Murgatroyd are the best! They were very detailed & went above & beyond to make sure the job was done right! Their customer service was impeccable! I will be requesting them from now on.

They came on short notice to our parents home, and my parents (and we all) are thrilled with their service. Both guys were thoughtful and considerate and handled the obnoxious crowd of us gracefully. Everything looks great, especially dads chair. High praises from our family!

The cleaners were pretty quick and efficient with our carpets. They told us how to maintain the carpets after cleaning as well. My only issue is that they left a large blue stain on the wall at the top of the stairs.

Very nice job on carpets and also had tile in kitchen cleaned and grout sealed. Very pleased. They were on time. Polite. Professional and helpful. I will be calling them back to have the rest of tile cleaned and sealed and I’m sure I can count on them to do an excellent job!!

They did about 450 tiled square feet for $255.00 dollars. There was still a couple of stains left after they got done. (Rust and ground in dirt) I just thought theyd have some super duty cleaner with abrasives to get these stains up left by previous owner. Ill do the rest of my house myself...I didnt feel the value in this company today.

It is unfortunate for us that there was only one cleaning representative to clean carpet. Bedroom Furniture was not moved. It was no fault of cleaning person. Not really complaining but if I decide to have other rooms done I will ensure job is done correctly.

Some stains near the front door didn’t really look that much better when they were finished cleaning. I was a little surprised that the technicians didn’t wear booties. The company should supply the workers with booties to put on their shoes like other companies do. I also had to go over some areas with my own carpet cleaner.

I am very happy with the service I received. I was given a 30 minute call ahead telling me the names of the two gentlemen that would be arriving at my house. Kyle and John did a great job cleaning my Leather Furniture. They both came wearing face masks which gave us an extra since of security from the COVID 19 Virus. They explained every step of the cleaning process to me before beginning. They were both very thorough making sure to even clean and vacuum out the cracks where crumbs and Pet hair were deeply trapped.They were both very nice and pleasant to chat with as they worked. I would highly recommend them and will definitely call again for future cleanings.

I had them clean my tile floors because the grout was very dirty and stained from the previous owners. The grout came out great! We were very happy. I will be having them come back to do our bedrooms in the very near future so all the grout color matches up!

I needed three rooms cleaned 12x12 on average. They were at my house in Gone in less than an hour include setup and teardown. They left two big stains that their technician claimed was wear and nothing he could do about it. carpet doesnt grow back is what he told me was wrong with my 3 year old carpet.Before they were even out the driveway I had my Hoover carpet cleaner out. Professionally vetted technicians arrive ready to work. They offered suggestions for my gross grout and I accepted the staining grout product. What a difference! It looks like new. Also, for the first time I had them do my lanai. I am so happy to have that done as well. I am a very happy customer. They definitely care about your home.

They cleaned 1 area approx 12 x 20 which is charged as 2 and a small office. The office looks ok, but not clean. It wasnt very dirty, looks better, but not clean. We has a one man service come out 6 months ago and the large area cane out really clean. It took him an hour and a half to clean that one room. Stanley steamer went over both round in 45 minutes. Way too fast and the large area looks a little cleaner, but not as clean as it should. They took 20 minutes to clean it. They went over it faster than I do with the vacuum cleaner. The traffic areas were still filthy. I took area cleaner foam and got the traffic areas cleaner after they left. We spent 139.00 and the money was wasted. Dirty, dingy areas now where there was no dirt before. They left the dirty dog hair on top of the carpet in piles and said that I should vacuum that up the next day ? They must have used dirty water when cleaning it. NOT HAPPY WITH STANKWY STEAMER AT ALL. I used them in Illinois a couple times and they got the carpet like new. Nothing like what these guys did.

The crew did a fantastic job on our very dirty carpets. From having to figure out how to do it from 3rd floor without any mishaps, they made it happen, were efficient and timely also, reaching our location even before we did.I would recommend them to anyone. Good follow up instructions given.

SS professionals are dependable, hard working, extremely helpful and are there when you need them. No booking weeks ahead with SS. I have always worked with Kevin and he also is very special. He explains what he needs to do and shows how he does it with a huge smile.

Very impressed! Our elderly dog had a severe reaction over the weekend and I thought destroyed our carpet for good. I called on Monday and was able to have someone here by Tuesday morning. When the techs (Daniel and Austin) seen the mess (we made it worse by trying to clean ourselves) they let us know up front there was no guarantee on results and I honestly didnt have high expectations, but when they finished I was blown away! They got everything!

They were in and out in unbelievably record time. Did not find the high traffic areas cleaned sufficiently. Plus no furniture needed moved, just wanted a thorough cleaning in the open walkable area. For the ease to them felt carpets were way too quickly cleaned and not properly cleaned.

Second time I’ve used Stanley steamer this year for carpet cleaning. Communication is great. You always know exactly when they’ll arrive. They always send two people so if you’re alone, like me, that might make you feel better or safer. They are also fast and thorough.

Pretty disappointed on the cleaning of the couch i thought i was getting a deep clean not a sponge bath only on top surface of the leather .We will see if it works to remove the pet odor that was the only reason of having it cleaned . If it doesnt will you come back and do a deep clean between the cushions & behind them .ThanksBob Miller

The guys called ahead of time and when they arrived in the driveway, just like I asked. They did an excellent job and were in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

It seems the effectiveness is lacking for the high price. After they came and went, I used my own carpet cleaner over an area they cleaned, I was shocked to see a significant amount of dirty water picked up. Since they were here 30 min at most for 3 rooms, for $110, it’s not a bargain. Maybe they just did a rush job or missed areas. Once left, they sat in my driveway for 10 min. Not impressed

Rob and Ed were prompt, professional, courteous and did an awesome job cleaning and deodorizing our furniture, living room carpet and area rug this morning. They explained their process, noted areas that they worked extra hard to clean and why the area would not come clean. We have cats and so there was a lot of cat hair. Although they mentioned not all cat hair would come out, they did their best to work the areas to extract the hair. We are very satisfied with the results of their efforts.

Chris was very professional, and he and his partner did a phenomenal job! I could not be more impressed, and my husband had to talk me into it. They cleaned and sealed our tile floors, and I am blown away by how great they look! I did not think it would have been possible to clean them up they way they did.

I have had them about 4 times now and the time before last I had them clean the whole house, carpet and tile as well as seal the grout. I could not have been happier with the job they did. Plus it doesnt cost an arm and a leg. The guys have all been very pleasant and have been here when I was told they would plus all called about 15 minutes before arriving. Wonder service. Highly recommend.

Although I was told by the main number I dialed, that a water stain I have on my couch, could be removed, the crew which came to my house explained that statement was incorrect. They apologized and asked me if I was still interested in the service, which I was. They also explained that it is better to call the local office directly, rather than the central number. Both gentleman were friendly and professional. Both the couch and chair look great. And yes, the water stain pretty much disappeared.I certainly better understand why this service is somewhat pricey. There is a lot more work that goes into this than I originally thought, and when you add a level of quality, costs add up.I am very pleased with this experience and will use this service again.

Making the appt was a long and frustrating 1 star experience. The agent rambled on and repeated himself.The 2 cleaners had no personality, verily spoke creating an Awkward silence.I asked them to go back over a couple spots, which they should have done on their own.First time ever that I did not tip carpet cleaners.I just hope the carpets dry within 24 hours and look clean. I feel that 5 minutes per room is not a quality job

They did a bait and switch on there ad, 3 rooms for 99 dollars. Instead when got to my they said it would be 225 dollars, and they did a bad job to boot!!

When our techs arrived we explained that we needed to move our bed in order to clean under it We were informed that we dont move beds So my husband and I both 68 yrs old moved our bed and 2 dressers so that they could clean half the room and they informed when they were done with half so we could then move them again to where we wanted them Theyjust stood and watched us do it Stanley Steemer advertises that their people are trained to move furniture We will go back to having local companies clean our rugs !!
