As I was sitting there getting a pedicure, a cockroach came out of the chair and fell into the water. I discreetly mentioned it to the technician, who scooped it out of the water, but nothing further was done about the situation (new water, move me to another chair, an apology).I live down here so I understand how common these bugs are, but it certainly ruined my experience and made me question the cleanliness of the place.

My mother in law Angela, got her nails done here with Eric. He is extremely meticulous, gives great customer service, and very nice! Highly recommend!!!

This is the best place to get your nails done, they dont rush and take their time with you even when they are busy. Those chairs were new and really comfortable. I almost felt asleep on those as the lady gave me drink and hot towel to relax. To be honest, with that reasonable price, this place was perfect.

Cindy is great her husband is great as well however I went there for years and very happy with their service however I just started going there a few months ago again because I left the state and recently returned. Upon going the first time great experience great customer service however the last time I went it was $35 for a fill and a gel polish I went in approximately a week later to see if they could just change the Polish and they wanted $25 thats not okay. When I did go back for a fill and a gel polish it was $35 however when I went to pay they said we went up $5 and Im like oh okay well I wish you would have told me prior to that. Then I went back for a fill and keep in mind that I cut all my own nails down and filed them no polish just a fill $30 thats unacceptable so I called her and said why was I charged $30 she said if I got a fill in a gel it would be $40 but I got no polish so it should be $25 long story short Im not going back. Were all trying to make money in this world however dont try and take advantage absolutely unacceptable that I was charged $60 for a pedicure and just to fill no polish on either my toes or my nails

I went here while on vacation and as completely satisfied. They did a wonderful job for a great price. I will go back next year for sure

Will not be coming back. Made appointments and had to wait an hour before being seen. Over charged lately, and all I get is black gel polish and it keeps peeling off. Will be going somewhere else. Personally you need to update your services and add more for nails especially the bling factor.I can not believe I had to pay 85 dollars for a fill in and toe nails painted.

Cindy is Amazing!!!! She is fast and efficient and a very sweet woman!! I wont go to anyone else for a manicure with gel..Tom does my toes and he does a Fantastic job!!! I love this nail salon..very relaxing and quiet for the most part..my husband found this salon for me..Thank you husband!!

I love the ambiance and how friendly everyone is. I LOVE CALVIN!!! he takes the time to find out what I like and how I like it. And his pedicures are heaven. I dont feel comfortable letting anyone else do my nails. Thanks Calvin from shannell that works at crown reef.

Hands down the best nail salon I have been to in the area. The decor is fabulous, the staff is very talented and professional. I had the pleasure of visiting Huong, and she was phenomenal! She was very detailed and did a wonderful job on my manicure.

This place is awful, I chose the Champaign & Rose pedicure for $35 somehow on my way out the door my total is $57 she told me the gel polish was an extra $12 that she pushed onto me like I was suppose to know its extra AND demanded I pay for nail polish someones kid broke sitting next to someone else I was with absolutely unbelievable. The quality was awful they didnt paint the edges and sides of my toe nails I left not even looking like I got a pedicure ..

I was able to walk right in and get both services i wanted...a gel polish manicure and a spa pedicure. My tech did a great job and I will be back when Im in the area. Everything was very clean and they used the liner in my spa pedicure tub.

They were very slow about to getting to my groups pedicures. Our water in the pedicure tub went cold in 10 minutes. And the nail tech cut our nails and left them jagged causing ingrown toenails.

I waited over 30 minute to be seen then when I asked how much longer I was told another 30 minutes. Went for an appointment and waited 45 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. This place is horrible with timing and I don’t recommend

The picture will put to words what I can’t I couldn’t even believe how disgusting my toes turned out, my toes weren’t even fully polished and my nails were cut so crooked SAVE UR MONEY AND DONT GO HERE so disappointing.

All staff is very nice and the place has Beautiful decor. Loved my set. Definitely will be coming back

I LOVE this place omg I hate Im from out of town... came in for black bike week... I been getting my nails done for 20 years, and never had my nails done soo perfect to my liking. I believe my nail tech was Tom I have his card and will edit his name if I have the wrong name. My nails last for over a month this pic is 3 weeks in.

I went here a few days ago to get a pedicure and manicure. now currently sitting in the doctors office with a foot infection. this place doesn’t clean their tools properly. would not recommend this place.

2 of us went in for pedicures and one manicure, It was the bens Pedi we have had they took their time to give a great Pedi with wonderful foot and leg message. I have been coming to MB for several years and have uses Nail 2000 for the past 3 for nail fills/manicure all ways good service. This year had the Pedi and was the best I have had, They were very clean as well will go again. Wish they were in MN.

We just moved to the area, after going to 5 deferent nail salon and dissatisfied. I finally found this place Nail 2000 that I am very comfortable and happy of having my manicure done. Kathy my nail technician was really good and very happy with the service. It was nice clean and properly check my nails to make sure all nails are even and not crooked. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

My first time at this salon, I left more than happy with the way my nails look, especially after being treated so poorly 5 days before today at a different nail salon. I think the nail techs need to understand that focusing on your clients nails is ok and to make sure they get exactly what they want! Thank you Cindy! They are obnoxious and rude and talk about their customers so don’t think we don’t know !

I spent $35 on a gel manicure that should have lasted me up to 3 weeks according to the nail techs. It started peeling off after 5 days, and i called to make an appointment to get them fixed. Was told they would “take care of it”, but when i got there they would not redo my nails, or give me my money back. They said i could have them redone again for $30, but would not honor any timing. The man sat there, and just stared at me; was so rude, and finally I had to ask him to take off the rest of the chips of nail polish - then he just left me sitting there. I left in tears, So humiliating and disappointing. I’ll never be back.

My first time experience was horrible!Paid 120 for my nails and pedi and daughters nails.The man rushed thru my pedi and my feet were just as rough on bottom as when I walked in.Couldnt tell any difference at all.The paint on my toes looked like a baby painted them.I went in next day to show them and they were very rude to me and did just another bad job on them fixing them.CC nails is where I have always went before but was riding with my daughter.I have learned my lesson to never visit Nails 2000 again!!!

I started going to nail 2000 in January 2019. My old nail tech couldn’t service me with all the things I need. Nails, eyebrow wax, and pedicure in the same location. I have been going every since. I love Nail2000

Wonderful nail salon. I have been to others in North Myrtle Beach and they r the best! Cathy and Cindy do a fantastic job. I am employed at one of the largest resorts and I send all my guests there. They recently re-modeled the salon and its beautiful!

I went to get a refill and I was very upset. I asked the guy if he can draw some kind of flower on my nail and he said he couldn’t which I understood completely. He asked the other two girls that on two different occasions had already done my nails with flowers I might add. Today they were extremely rude and no one wanted to do flowers all of a sudden today they didn’t know how to do it. You walk in and they talk about their customers to each other and to other customers! I noticed this today I will not be going back to this place! I recommend if your looking for a nail place that does design DO NOT GO HERE!! They are very obnoxious to their customers!!

I have always been pleased with my nails when Cindy does them. I never have to wait more than 3 to 5 minutes with my appointment. My nails never lift or break. Cindy is very pleasant and friendly. Have gone to nail 2000 for over 3 years.

I never been more pleased with a nail tech before in all the years Ive been getting my nails done. I get at least 5-8 compliments a week on my nails. I always recommend Nail 2000, and the new beautiful interior makes the experience even better!!!!

Cindy has been doing my (American) Gel Nails for over 4 years - she is terrific and my nails stay on and look great.The entire store has been remodeled in Nov/Dec and looks terrific

I went Nail 2000 in hopes of getting a full set of SNS and a pedicure. Upon walking in and making my request, a nail tech told me to go to the back to pick out my color. After selecting my color I went back to the front to wait for a nail tech. The same nail tech that told me pick my color then told me to go to station 0 so that I could soak off my nails. There was no one at station 0 and no one came to the station to begin the process of soaking my nails. After about 15 minutes a male tech came to the station to look for something but said absolutely nothing to me. I asked him would someone be coming to start my nails and he said, “One moment”. All while I’m patiently waiting, 4 customers that came in after me were seated and were promptly attended to. After waiting about 10 more minutes for a nail tech, that never came, I got up and left. I’m truly disappointed about the lack of customer service and the time I wasted in Nail 2000.

This nail salon made me feel unwanted the first time I went was a bad experience I said to myself maybe it was me! I went to go get my nail repair 4 days after I got my nails done by them and the treatment was so horrible I just picked my things up and went to a whole different salon! I was disappointed someone recommended me to come here 😡 I will never give them my business again!

Been going 2 yrs. Never had bad experience. I get pink n white gel & pedicures. Fingers are done with thin coat as I request to look as natural. Sterile utinsels. Comfy chairs I do suggest appt cause they get busy at times.

The tech punch the bottom of my heel during massage causing pain to heel spurI’ve never had a tech punch my foot/heelI left limping and was in pain for 2 daysWill never go there again and won’t recommend to anyone

My husband and I had the jelly pedicure. The nail technicians were excellent and really took their time to give great pedicures!

Went for a GEL pedicure and had an appointment and still with an appointment waited 45 min to start my pedicure. I went on July 12th and by July 30th the GEL polish peeled on my one toe so I found out I was able to peel all of them off without a problem. It seemed to me that they get a lot of vacationers so maybe they dont care about quality or their customers but I would of been a repeater but now the only repeating I will do is how bad my pedicure was!!!

I refused service after watching them mutilate my poor husband with a simple manicure. Had to treat him at home with antibiotics to prevent an infection.

Ive been coming to this location for over 10 years and never once had a problem until I came in for a fill in like I usually do and my experience was very different. I asked for two different designs which I got but it looked horrible (looked nothing how the picture was) I asked them if they can just use solid polish and forget about the design and they basically told me no to come back next time and theyll fix it. I felt rushed out the door as well. (they shouldve told me to wait instead of rushing people in and out). I immediately went to divanails and they were happy to fix them. Tom, Cindy, Don and Lisa are very friendly, it was the two other males there that were very rude. Needless to say I will not be back to this location. DIVANAILS is amazing!

The lady doing my nails was nice but the nail polish that she put on me was old I sat for them to dry and she said they were good I paid and left and within 5 minutes all of my polish was coming off in chunks, very disappointing to pay money for terrible service!
