I am very happy with my full set done by technician Tony Lee. He took his time and was very friendly. The shop is very pretty and they have a lot of services to offer. I will definitely return.

I just moved here and I am looking for a good nail salon. I have been to three already, I am still searching. Not sure how to rate this place so I gave it a 3. The salon was clean, she gave me a fast pedicure, no fanfare. A fast (very fast) leg massage, she put no effort into it at all. No smile, did not pick up her head once. It is hard to judge the whole salon on one worker. My toes look nice though.

I loved my nails so much! Me and my family got our nails done and were so pleased!

I have never been so pampered in my life. I had heard great things but did not expect feeling like I full body spa. Extremely clean and nice atmosphere. I will be back. Im going to have to find a way to chip my nail polish so I can go more often!!

Waited for an hour, was then put in a pedicure chair, waited more, watched others that signed in AFTER me be seated and have their pedicure started, when I asked what was going on I was told “oh, your girl is on lunch”. I guess because the area is a lot of tourists in the summer they feel this is acceptable, however today you lost a customer that would of been a regular.

I got acrylics and they are very sloppy; the nail polish is uneven and my nails are different sizes. Also the woman got nail glue on my fingers.The only reason I am giving two stars is because the staff was very nice. Dont waste your time.

The place was clean and people were friendly and speak great English but didnt do a good job at all. Polish was old, hands and feet were suppose to match but didnt! I spent almost $200 for 2 people and neither of us were satisfied. Wont be back!

Ive been going here since 2008. Theyve updated and changed over the years. The owners are great. Their staff is as well. Highly recommend.

The best nail salon on the grand strand hands down

I went in for the second time for services and after the first experience I shouldnt have gone back. I signed in the nail tech acknowledged me and I picked my polish and waited. Another technician came from the back to the waiting area and checked the sign in sheet and asked the gentleman who was waiting for someone if he was getting a pedicure and she took him back and did not say anything to me. I followed her to the back and told her I was next and she skipped over me. The first technician said I would need to come back at 4 pm because they were busy and short staffed. When I signed in they should have told me that and 20 minutes of my time would not have been wasted... GET YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TOGETHER.... 1 star was selected since I had to pick one, but 0 stars is what you are getting....

Service was very friendly but it was my daughters 8th grade social and I wanted my daughters design on her hands blinged out the lady told my daughter that takes too long and drew my baby some squiggly lines down her nail and called it design something similar to what she had on her hands ugly also the lady who done my nails must have rushed because all of my paint is chipped and I Know I paid for gel nails and they completely over priced me I would have went back the same day but I didnt want My daughter to be late to her hair appointment so I just decided to come here

I went to this nail salon because I saw all of the positive reviews. I expected great service. I got white gel mani pedi. There were no massages AT ALL. Very rushed. I was out within 40 minutes or less. My nails were sloppy as seen in pics taken right after I left. Based on the reviews I expected a lot more. First and last time here. Waste of money.

Went to this nail salon while i was on vacation, i made an appointment but when i arrived i was asked to wait for 40 minutes. usually this would be fine with me but when i called to make the appointment, i asked what time would be most convenient to them and the responded with 3:00 but when i arrived they were very busy and very obviously not prepared. when i was finally seated it took the lady about 30 minutestotal to do a full set of SNS. not only did she not compare my nails to the other side to make sure the lengths matched but she also didn’t even bother filing them down right and the top of my nail is chunky and not smooth at ALL! very very very sloppy work. i was then charged 45$ for clunky, uneven, unnatural nails. the only plus was the people were nice & they had a nice color selection.

Literally the worst nail salon ever! I went in for a fill in and wanted to get gel polish over my white tips. After being interrogated about why I wouldn’t just get white tips again, I was rudely being rushed to pick out a polish. I picked a color I liked and the guy was mad because he grabbed the wrong color that I did not pick and blamed it on me. After paying $40 I walked out with terrible looking nails and not even a week later a lot of the gel polish is coming off and my nails are absolutely hideous. I will never go back and give them my money again!!!

A beautiful girl by the name of Lily, did an absolutely fantastic job on my nails ( Steelers racing stripes with logo and all ) and im amazed!! Ecstatic!!! She is AMAZING!!

Went in for color change on toes and mani. While there, a woman came in complaining her new set had a nail raising, means fungus. She wanted a refund. Next day, I too have cuticle swelling. Means they are not sterilizing their utensils. I will not return, and am now soaking my finger in salt water to health this swelling and stop the infection.

Called and made an appointment. Due to Covid nail salons have been closed. My appointment was spot on, Services were great for me and my granddaughter. This salon along with others has NEW requirements. No more than 6 in the lobby. Plexiglass between chairs. Great job opening up after the pandemic. Ladies...tip a bit better they have been out of work for 2 plus months.

Tommy was amazing! Hopefully I got his name right, but it was the best pedicure Ive had in years. I highly recommend him. My moms pedicure was very good too unfortunately we didnt get her name. But both pedicures were thorough and relaxing!

Have gone there about 5 times last time I had my eyelashes done which shouldve lasted 2 weeks... it did not! Then was refused by the girl who does them who I was paying another 40 to have them redone because she didnt want to do them because she said I had issues with them. Which I did.... themnot staying! After explaining to the gentleman over the phone what was going on and told to be there at 3:30 I get told no she wont do them to wait 30 minutes which I could not due to having to go to work. Then I ask about my French powder manicure and why that was starting to come off after a week? The man said omg did I do that and I said no but one of the ladies here did, and is that normal? He says no it should last 3 weeks! They didnt care about fixing my nails, or my appointment and the girl was mad because an eyelash fell off as soon as I left the week before and asked her to fix it then and was told it was fine. Since when am I the customer paying and tipping generously getting told no and treated like garbage. Ill never go back they ruined 2 expensive things didnt fix them and acted as if I did something wrong!!

I have come here quite a few times and last year left a 5 star review. However, several visits since then have been disappointing at best.Very little customer care, I did not see any greeting of patrons. Sub standard manicure and rude young man.No longer worth the patronage ..Its too bad but I feel it has declined since last year. Disappointing .Have to find a new salon .

I showed the technician a picture of a design I was interested in for a gel manicure. She said she couldnt do that with gel despite the fact that Ive had it done before. I asked her if she could just paint it instead of doing gel and she said yes. She turned the service over to another technician who painted my nails a solid color with gel and did not do the design. I feel like I paid for a service that was not requested.

I have severe nerve damage on both hands due to a auto accident and It’s hard for me to control my fingers to stay completely still. They have portable UV lights to dry but my manicurist simply plopped it over my hand then seemed irritated when my thumb nail caught the edge and dented her work. I know enough “Laos” to understand she was telling the manicurist next to her I was causing her to miss out on clients. She was very standoffish and rude to the point it made me very uncomfortable. It was ao dly shop but the true value was less than 1 in my book. I won’t go back there. If I’m paying good money for. A service then treat me with respect and talk in a language we cN s understand!

1st time to visit here, on vacation. Kevin and his Mom were wonderful! A great place to get Happy Nails! The pedicure and hot rocks massage was the Best ever. I love my gel nails. I will return.

The pedicure was great but I did the dip powder for my nails and it is a complete disaster. The first time I went, it was awesome and a woman did my nails and they lasted for a month. This time, it took forever and I couldve done my nails better myself. I dont mind spending 40 dollars for a manicure, but when it looks like this its unacceptable. I would go back but it took way too long. Im upset because I loved this place my first time and now Im so disappointed.

My mom and I have been coming to this nail salon for YEARS, and have grown to know and love the staff here. But i went in a few days back to get a pedicure, I wasn’t even greeted, then I sat with my feet in water for almost 45 mins. no one started my pedicure or payed me any attention. It took so long that eventually I had to ask for a towel and leave because I was straight up not having a good time.

Went for an eyebrow wax, the wait was very short and im super pleased with how my eyebrows are done! Mine are really hard to wax due to scars but the lady who did mine made them look perfect. Highly recommended

First, I was ignored walking in. I had to ask someone to help me. Then they told me I had to keep choosing different Polish colors because they were not showing up. 4 TIMES! I selected from their options, and then after telling me they didnt work, they put them back on the shelf! So someone else will have that problem now. I chose a color that finally would work, they ignored me and started working on another customer. Left me in the pedicure chair with my hands and nails incomplete. RUDE RUDE RUDE! Great experience here today for a pedi! We are in town for vacation and I will definitely come back next visit. The staff was very friendly, the salon was very clean and the massage chair were fantastic! They were very busy (on this Monday @ 12pm) but the wait was short and I waited in the massage chair which I would have waited in all day!

Dissapointed with my visit. Staff is pleasant but service is lacking. Staff seems to hurry through service and does not pay attention to details. Worst pedicure I have had in a while unfortunately. So I had mani pedi today and it was phenomenal. I dont know the guys name that did it but he was great. I got my nails done there and everyone was so nice they took me in after waiting around 15 minutes (walk in no appointment) and they did my nails in under an hour and this is probably my favorite full set of acrylics ever!

There is no Zero star option, but if there was, I would give it to them. Young guy had a smart response when I asked a question. I walked out and went to Regal Nails in Wal-Mart. People there are friendly. I refuse to give my business to someone so rude.

I rushed from work to make it there by 5:15 because they said they were open until 6:00 so I had plenty of time and when I got there the doors were locked and nobody would answer the phone but you could clearly see the workers inside! This is rude and unprofessional! If you’re going to close an hour early then change your hours on your website!!!!!!!

I was rushed from the moment I walked in the store. The tech gave me no time at all to pick my color and he made me pay before my nails were done. The job was so bang up and ugly that I had to go have them re done and fixed two days later. Not only did the tech not clean my nails and hands or do any prep, he never even picked up a file and only used the auto grinder. He did one coat of polish and walked me to a dryer. Their polish selection is extremely limited and I wouldn’t be suprised if half the techs in there weren’t certified. This place is sketch and I’d give negative starts if I could. Just go to Regal Nails in the Walmart up the road. I was charged nearly 40 dollars for a mani that looked like a 3 year old did it.

Asked for pink & white nails. Lady said no too expensive too hard to do. Do acrylic. So she did sloppy acrylic work. Lumps under the nail. Terrible work.

Went in the day before valentines day to get a full set. Didnt mind the wait at all. Done in 15 mins. My polish on my nails were thick and messy. I sat under the fan for 30 mins after trying to make sure they were dry. Got home the same day two nails on the same hand broke off. And two days after that my thumb nail cracked right down the middle on the same hand! Needless to say quick job poor quality. Ill make sure next time I go get them done Ill go somewhere else and pay more for better quality.

Ive been here twice and had to come back twice to get my nails fixed. Two different nails broke from doing every day tasks. The people here put the acrylic on way too thin and Im to the point where I believe its on purpose so I have to come back and get them fixed. Wont be going back because of this issue.

Wont go there anymore. Had a full set of nails put on and the guy did a terrible job. Really awful and insisted I needed gel polish on my toes and my hands. I walked having paid more than I ever had for a terrible job.
