I went here and got acrylics. The lady doing my nails hit my skin on every single finger with her nail drill, so bad she even hit my ring I was wearing one time. I went home and my fingers were bleeding. The next day they’re all red and inflamed. I called the owner Nancy and all she says is “your body changed” because I told her in the years of getting my nails done this has never happened. She also said that it’s my fault for picking at my nails, which I don’t do. I saw the drill hit my skin multiple times. I asked for a refund and was declined. I will never go here again. Very painful and unprofessional experience. Also the design looks awful on my nails.

I have never had such a bad and sloppy job done in my entire life! Someone named Tim did my acrylic fill and pedicure if that’s what you can call it. I’m not ever one to even leave reviews, but the job was so bad I feel compelled to say something. I had a French paint gel on my pedicure and had to literally go to diva nails to have them clean up all the white polish on the skin around my toenails and clean up my hands as well! He went through the motion on my pedicure of pushing back cuticles on my feet and acted like he was cutting but I saw he was not really trimming my cuticles or even pushing them back since his tool was just barely touching my nail! And I could see nothing was really done by the end. He would rewet my feet to make it appear he did something. I got charged 86$ for something I could have done far better myself. I got one thin coat of clear on my hands, the acrylic fill was done so super thin it was like water and my feet were chipping within 4 days which is obviously because he didn’t used more than a single light coat of clear gel polish . I got my nails done only a week ago. I’m really upset and will never step foot in This salon again.

My mother and I went to this salon yesterday. We were early for our appointment, and taken back immediately. The staff was friendly at the front desk, but that is where it ended. My mother had a pleasant lady doing her gel manicure, but it has already started peeling after only 24 hours. I requested a basic gel pedicure and was pressured multiple times to “upgrade”. I politely declined, and that is where things got bad. My pedicure, including gel polish removal, lasted less than 20 minutes. The gentleman doing my pedicure answered his phone NINE TIMES while working on me. Each time moving on to the next step, prior to finishing what he had started. He managed to grind the skin on multiple toes, and didn’t even acknowledge it. He offered me acrylic nails because I have short nails, to which I again politely declined because I only wanted a basic manicure. He then offered liquid gel, saying that my nails were “bad”, and I needed a barrier to protect them. I again politely declined because of my line of work. Once we moved to his manicure station he again pulled out the liquid gel pressuring me to use it, and I blatantly told him I was not interested in any upgrades. He proceeded to answer his phone twice while doing my manicure and then told me I was done after soaking my nails, clipping cuticles and big chunks of skin to the point that my fingers were bleeding, and filing them. Neither my toenails or fingernails are even or straight, and the gel polish came off of two toes within three hours of leaving the salon because he was in such a rush to see other clients that he didn’t even let the timer finish on the light before moving it. I went back today to have the two nails fixed that had lost the polish, and they gave me a hard time because I did not have a receipt. The man did not give me a receipt, so I showed them the charge on my card. They did fix my toes, But with multiple verbal complaints. I will never go here again.

Walked in with daughter for a pedicure. They were well staffed and put us immediately in chairs.My daughters pedicure was over in about 13 minutes, mine about 25. Shortest pedicure we have ever had. Then they dont have dryers either but was shooed out of my chair as soon as done.Very clean and nice inside, would love to love this place but just cant.

I have gone to this salon several times this summer with good experience. This time, the guy tried to get me to upgrade to include a callus treatment. I politely declined. However, he then did absolutely no scrub treatment that was supposed to be included with the basic pedi. It was obvious from his communication with his co worker that he was not pleased about it. Very disappointed.

If you want quality pricing with superb service…Hannah is your girl. Incredible nail specialist! So attentive and takes her time to make sure they look the best! Also, got a pedicure and she took her time with massaging my feet and legs. Best pedicure I have EVER received!

I usually go into this salon every two weeks like clock work, but after my recent experience, I will not be back. The person doing my nails was in such a hurry that he burned me with the drill TWICE, and finally I had to tell him to stop being so quick and rough or he was going to draw blood. He also left polish all the way around my cuticles and didnt finish filling in acrylic in some places. Then when I went to get my brows waxed, I couldnt even get my head all the way down on the table before the woman was slinging wax all over my face and in my hair. She didnt ask me how I liked them or what I wanted, so of course she took off WAY too much. I only wanted them cleaned up, but she didnt even take the time to ask me or brush them out before she just started ripping away. Therefore they came our way too thin for my liking. I refused to pay for the brows, but they offered me no reparations for what they did. Everyone is just in a rush to get you out the door and collect your money. Very poor customer service.

Bad first impression. Guy was short and abrupt. Dremel tool hit my cuticles a dozen times. No apology. Looked at me likeIl I was the problem when I flinched. When I was not cooperating as U should when he was dipping my nails into the powder, he asked do you want to do this?. Quick and not good quality. Cuticles look awful. Pay too much for service like this...

An out of towner and they absolutely did an awful job and charged me $80 for a full set. When we all know its $35 . Every nail is is a different length, sharp, no buffer used, lines arent straight and even have the acrylic bumps on some sides! I will either get them redone or dispute charges I have a list of their pricing as well so I was charged $45 more for nothing but an awful set of nails. Wish I could post a picture of how badly theyre done!

Was in town for my wedding last week and made an appointment for my daughter and myself to get a full set of gels on our nails & a basic pedicure. I had checked the prices online prior to making our appointments. It said a full gel set was $47 & a basic pedicure was $31. I had my maid of Honor and her daughter with us as well, who got a full gel set and a basic pedicure for both of them, as well as a regular manicure for her daughter. The site said the mani/pedi combo for her child would be $23/$33. My nail technician talked me into a pink/white ombre nail for my wedding, which I thought would be pretty and agreed to. She was extremely rough and ended up making my cuticle bleed. I was charged $290 for mine and my daughters manicures and pedicures. My friend was charged $180. The math doesnt add up and less than 2 days later, my nails looked terrible...no pink/white ombre effect anymore and the polish on one of my toes has come off completely. Would NOT recommend. Will be disputing charges on my card as well, since I have screenshots of the pricing from the site.

We selected the deluxe pedicure. I feel we got the regular pedi. They rush you from the time you come in. Ill admit they have a nice technique ( leg massage, stones, wax etc) however the bottom of our feet feels like we never even went for a pedicure!! $136 for 2 pedis and a mani.. They can be a lot nicer also. never again!! Please read the reviews. I actually try to avoid nail salons and stick with an individual nail tech thats in their own space because they take way more pride in their work and they are appreciative of your services. Unlike most of these salon chains that could care less, with an attitude and your spending your money, Unfortunately my nail tech was out of town. I wish I would have read the reviews!! Choose an individual nail tech or another high rating salon.Ooh and they threw in the hot stone which we didnt ask for thought it was included but we were charged extra for. My opinion go somewhere else

Had full set done acrylic with regular polish. Not a good job. Hardly any filing/shaping. They are more concerned with up selling instead of doing a good job and greeting people properly at the door. The tech started trying to push gel polish(upgrade) on me from the moment I sat down saying it stays on longer, looks nice etc. After I told her NO I didn’t want or like gel polish about three times she stopped. Then the nasty receptionist strolls by and asks my tech about what I’m getting done, because as soon as she left my nail tech started with pushing gel polish on me again and I said no again. Then she said my nails wouldn’t dry because she didn’t have a table with fans etc. I said that’s fine just polish them and I’ll pay and leave. Lol. Seems like a great majority of these salons nowadays are just a bunch thieves. Years ago most salons posted pricing at the door.

My manicure gel set turned out good. However I was displeased. I showed the technician a picture of nails where each nail was a different color French tip. He was clearly not thrilled to use 5 colors but he told me it was going to cost 66 dollars. After I showed him the picture and said this is what I want.. I simplified it after too for him.. After they were all finished the total somehow became 91 dollars. I tipped anyway because thats the kind of person I am. But it was hard to be happy with the result after being lied to about the price. No work was done to my cuticles and there was old paint left at the top of my nail that I had to scrape off. Wont come back, I can probably find a more willing technician somewhere else.... from technical light difficulties that I cooperated with, to my nails literally feeling like the were burning from the gel under the uv light? I just thought the increase In price was rude and im. Im not going to embarrass myself my arguing price with a line of people behind me.

Disappointed. Was rushed, she did not listen to what I wanted, did a very sloppy job, and didn’t even touch my cuticle although I was charged for a manicure. The nails were so uneven and sloppy that I was tempted to ask them to remove them right after.

It was 30 minutes before closing and they took care of me and my husband. They took there time even though it was time for them to get off and we went to Diva Nails and they wouldnt get me because it was 6:30 and they close at 7. So not only did they lose one sell but 2. 126.00$ lost and a 20$ tip.

It was a holiday weekend but we were extremely rushed. 3 people DONE in 40 minutes. But more than that, when we questioned an area that needed to be fixed, the tech was very rude, said if we had done gel, that wouldn’t have happened. I have never had a more rushed, pushy experience in a pedi/mani. This is supposed to be a fun, relaxing experience. The friendliest person there was the receptionist. I would not recommend this place.

My mom and I came in for a pedi on our vacation. We never get our nails done out of town for this exact reason. 2 pedicures done in under 15 MINUTES. They rushed, did not even buff my moms nails before painting, had no drying service. We paid 90 dollars for a 15 minute “deluxe” pedicure. Don’t come here unless you have a T time 15 minutes from your pedi. We should have read the reviews first.

From the moment I walk in I’m always greeted with a smile. The interior is decorated so fancy. I feel like a princess every time I come. I never have to wait when I make a appointment. They are sweet but Nancy is my favorite. She knows new things I’ll like before I do. She gets me! Also highly recommend the milk and honey pedicure. It will rock your world!

Horrible service the lady that did my nails rushed she barely scrubbed my feet when I showed her that they were still rough she scrubbed for a second and put back. I asked if she could turn the water on a little warmer and she did nothing . I chose 2 colors she insisted that I use one. $38 later and i still have to go home and scrub my feet.

Charging her extra to remove the next time because she doesn’t need it.Today they asked if we wanted pariffin wax and mom agreed, not knowing until check out they added a fee for it.We could have gotten the upgraded service that included the wax and come out ahead.Poor poor ethics.

Asked for a gel manicure and it was so bad I almost had the older man stop doing them because it was terrible! They didn’t even put gel all over my nail and the tops were so rough I had to file them when I got home. Not even 2 hours later my entire thumb nailed had came off it just rolled up and was gone. This is ridiculous. So now I have to spend more time going back on my vacation and having them fix something that wasn’t even done well in the first place. Waste of money and my time!!! I would not recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service! As soon as walked in I went to look at polish and they told me they already have the polish colors to look at for acrylic nails at the desk but then later found out they wanted to charge $15 for that kind of polish. He wouldn’t even let me look at the other polishes just so he could upcharge me. Then when we said something about it they yelled at us and were so rude even taking our photo on their cell phones (which is illegal). They lie and don’t have any prices posted at all. So rude and terrible.

My nails chipped in a week

It was clean and it looks like because it’s new, but they don’t do a good job. The guys that did my nails painted All over my cuticles and skin and when I asked him to fix it he cut me all around my fingers trying to. I got my nails done Monday- overpriced gel manicure that lasted 15 minutes. It’s Friday and they are already chipped and I am having to try to take the gel polish off. 45$ manicure only lasted 4 days, total waste of money.

Normally when I come I get quality services. Almost everything I requested the nail tech wasnt able to do. My nails was unevenly shaped and polished. I pointed it out to nail tech to be prepared and nail tech still didnt them fixed incorrectly. I had to keep explaining myself to nail tech and he acted like I was the one that couldnt understand. I ended up having to go to another nail salon to get them repaired because they wasnt done correctly.

They use to be great, but now have become money hungry and not so much a people person. I asked for my 20 deposit, and they refused to give it back. We had called and called them to find out if they had fixed their card part of their register. They said no, some ask for the cost so we could withdraw the right amt if cash from the bank, and said we were going to be late, they said ok over the phone. But when we got there, they changed their toon. And then said they would make us another apt, and to give them another 20 dollars, and that they can keep the first deposit. They also refuse to use regular polish, and said acrylics or gel only! Ibwas stunned at their attitude. They have really changed, not the same people I use to take my mama to. Very sad

I have gone to this salon before, so my son and I went for a manicure and pedicure. The establishment is clean and the decor is inviting. I paid for a therapeutic pedicure for both of us. It was okay but not as detailed work as I have had at other salons for less money. The massage chairs are good quality and they offer you a free beverage. I was asked several times if I wanted even more services. I dont like it when they try to sell you on more than you want but I understand why they do it. Overall it was a pricy but good experience. I would give a 5 star rating but it was not an exceptional value or of exceptional quality just conveniently located.

I love CC Nails!! I have been to so many different salons up and down the strand and these girls and guys are my favorite. They always exceed my expectations and greet me with a smile. If you catch a negative post on here, ignore it. CC Nails is top notch.

I just got a $50.00 pedicure. It had to be one of the quickest ones I have ever had. She did not file my nails nor do my cuticles. I think she was more interested in the massaging and wax dip she talked me into. Will not return a rip off.

While the employees were very courteous, the entire service was rushed and not worth the cost. I had an “upgraded” pedicure which lasted all of 15 minutes, then I had an SNS “manicure” which took approximately the same amount of time. Overall it was hurried, not relaxing, and now I still feel like I need a manicure to fix my nails. And that 30 minutes cost $98.

I was charged $70 just for a fill in and one nail replaced and the gel polish took off my toenails I got a diamond designed and a day later one on my diamonds came off and one my nails broke. I will not recommend anyone to go there

3rd and last time! Tim tried to upsell on the pedicure. When I opted for the basic, he was clearly irritated. He was extremely rough and I have a cut on my toe now that is quite painful from his service. 17 minutes from start to finish! Dont waste your time!

Very pushy with trying to get you to do extra services and getting gel polish. He asked me several times after I explained what I was wanting. While waiting for my nails to dry, another customer told me she dealt with the same experience. It’s fine to offer other services, but once is enough. Willing to ask me about gel 6 times, but did not ask what length or shape I wanted.

Literally had the quickest most inattentive pedicure of my life today. The guy was super nice- but evidently too new to understand care and detail. Said he did my ingrown toenails but he didn’t. Now they say they can’t scrape heels so I literally just wasted 50+ Dollars. Won’t be back.

CC Nails is the best most professional nail salon on the beach! They are always fair with their pricing and you never have to wait very long if you dont have an appointment... although I recommend making an appointment ahead of time. I have been getting my nails done by Nancy for over 6 yrs and she always goes out of her way to make me happy and comfortable! I highly recommend CC Nails!!

BEWARE!!!! My family of 4 all went in for pedicures & 2 of us for manicures. We all specifically stated we wanted regular polish NOT gel. I for one was irritated that I had such a small choice of colors as I was rushed to my seat. I repeated when asked what service I wanted— the $38 pedicure. They charged me $53.They might be kind to regulars, but they purposely rip off tourists.

CC Nails is a great salon! Clean and bright, but still relaxing, the design is elegant. Comfortable for girls and guys. An appointment is necessary if you are crunched for time, but walk-ins are welcome. A variety of services available is sure to meet your needs. The staff is very professional and capable. I am a repeat customer, even though not a local. I even try to match my travel schedule to my nail needs in order to receive the special treatment I get at CC Nails. I definitely recommend you give them a try!

My nails were horrible. They started lifting up the next day. They were bumpy and uneven, but I had already left town, so I couldn’t go back to have them fixed. I paid sixty dollars for the worst nail job ever. Will never go there again!

I had a wonderful pedicure experience at CC nails today! Clean facility, all up to board/health standards with technicians licenses posted up front (you wouldnt believe how rare that is where Im from). I went with just the classic pedicure and I couldnt believe the value I got for $28! Normally, Id pay $50 for amenities such as the sea salt scrub, foot and leg massage, and the hot towel. My technician really took her time to ensure I had a positive experience. After the service, I also had my eyebrows waxed by her, and once again very impressed! From what I saw, I can definitively say that the staff at CC Nails is very well trained, and I would most definitely recommend this nail salon to anyone!!

I just got back from CC Nails. I had a great experience. I have been going to CC nails for a year now. Bridget the receptionist was very pleasant and professional. Johnny did a great job on my pedicure as well as my nails. I had gel nails put on. When asked if he would put on a second coat of the top coat, he didnt hesitate. I like the fact that all the metal tools are put into an enclave for cleanliness. The prices might be a little higher but I believe you get what you pay for. This is my nail salon.

I tried this salon on a Sunday because my usual salon was closed. Big mistake--I let the tech talk me into gel polish and both my fingernails and toenails were peeling after a few days. I had a french tip on both and the polish started turning cloudy and the peeled off. The tech rushed through everything & I spent over $200 getting services for me and a friend. MRSA/staph Infection in my toe from a pedicure two weeks ago. My tips/dip nails fell off less then a week. Mathew needs to learn manners. Regardless MRSA is highly contagious. CC nails not clean

Came here to get my nails done before the wedding. Ended up getting gel nails...AVOID. Place was busy but they rushed through everything and my nails weren’t cured correctly. Nails ended up chipping within 2 days and less than a week later several nails completely came off/ ruined. Too expensive for that level of attention.
