Unbelievably unprofessional. I called requesting help and the person who answered said Dont you have an accountant? Can they not do it for you? Truly in awe and disbelief at the lack of professionalism that transpired within a 30 second call.

In a few weeks I will be moving 5 hrs north of Miami, and STILL plan on coming back to Kim Marks next year to have Stephen do my taxes. Extremely professional, warm, great with communicating and personable. I look forward to bringing more business back to this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
