I am agree with the last review. James Robinson was the best this company had. A woman by the name Ebony did my taxes and with the app communicating back and forward and by phone was the most horrible experience. On top of that I received less money back and she charge me so much for filling.My friend got his taxes done for $50 and got more money back than me and we have the same amount of deductions in our by weekly job check. . Before me going to this location I had problems with another lady and James Robinson help me.This is my last year going to H&R Block. They want to take advantage of charging you so much and not giving you what you deserve.Do your taxes somewhere else.

I would give James Robinson a five-star rating because he helped me a lot when filing my taxes but this particular location is just bad in so many ways. If you decide to come here, my suggestion is, only ask for James Robinson or Steven Mayo. Dont risk yourself by choosing someone else.

My family has been going to this location for years under the care of Mr. Belen and then Mr. Ku. However both have left this location and I refuse to come back here.I had a confirmed appointment with Teresa and she was a no show. We sought out the help from Mr. Meyer who was very unpleasant and told us they would contact to reschedule. No one has tried to contact us or apologize for wasting our time.Finally found the new location of my old advisor Mr. Ku and will be going to his new location.

I am currently an employee at this office. I can tell you that Victor Meyer has not done anyones taxes well since Ive started in November. Weve had multiple cases where clients have had compliants, notices from the IRS, and one client was so mad he threated to come back with a gun.The new manager Ladan Pritchard acts high and mighty and in charge but allows Victor to keep working at this office. God knows why..but I myself will advise you if you read any reviews let it be mine. Do not trust anyone at this office, we are the lowest rated office, the advisors dont know what theyre doing, the management is terrible. Do yourselves a favor find a new office or file your taxes using turbo tax. This office should be shut down they take pictures of your personal documents and email it amongst themselves there is no respect for client confidentiality.Sad but true from a current soon to be ex employee. File your taxes else where.

They didnt do my taxes correctly. When I went back with a letter from the IRS, Victor Meyer did very little to help. I usually dont complain or write bad reviews honestly, but since they cost me having my taxes done twice I believe they deserve it.

I have been coming here for 4 years and seeing Victor Meyer, this year the state of Wisconsin said I owe them money, well I called my Mr. Meyer 3 times regarding this he never once returned my call just kept saying he would look into, but never did, 2 months later now the State of Wisconsin says I owe them even more money for late fees, so I call the main office and they say they will call me back later that day and never do, call back a week later and they said a Manager Peter will return my call and he doesnt. Forget their guarantee its not worth the paper its written on, and forget Victor Meyer hes only helpful when hes taking your money, not after he does your taxes wrong, his word aint worth the paper its written on either. Going to Jackson Hewitt next year.

The combination of Helenes knowledge, experience, diligence and energy make her an extremely competent tax advisor. I had an very completed return this year including such things as: retirement, sold one house, bought another house, did an indirect short-term rollover in my IRA, had lots of medical expenses, and a much reduced income. Helene very patiently and with an extraordinarily pleasant demeanor elicited all of the necessary information from me and formulated in my return to minimize my tax burden and maximize my refund. This is the first year in over forty years that I got a refund instead of owing additional tax! In short, Helene is a gem!

I highly recommend working with Reyna Jovel. Not only is she friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about what she does, but she is a person who clearly CARES about what she does. I prepared my taxes with her and had several questions, and she took her time in answering everything completely and made sure that I understood. She is very easy to relate to and doesnt make you feel like youre just another sale to her, which I have felt at other accounting firms in the past. Block Advisors? BLOCK HEAD ADVISORS.Our Blockhead advisor did not file our S Corp taxes or our personal taxes for 2 years, ending us in BIG trouble with the IRS. IRS was threatening to levy on our accounts, our BLOCK HEAD did not contact the IRS and kept making excuses and put me off. I finally contacted the IRS myself the day that they were going to levy and am working with them by myself! DO NOT TRUST ANYONE BUT YOURSELF TO GET YOUR TAXES FILED. I also felt theatened by the BLOCK HEAD. He shouts at his clients and claims Who is the Tax Professional here? After my experience, it is certainly not Block Advisors.
