I was there in the morning and they didnt have the oil filter for my car so I had to go to auto part and buy oil filter. They still charging me full price with 15 dollars off. When I bought oil filter for 25.99$ ??? Service was good and they are very friendly staff members.

Saw this Valvoline location open up nearby from my previous residence. Came in for an oil change. Justin was very professional and worked with a good pace while also not jeopardizing quality for speed. Other co-workers Nick and Vaughn were also able to lend a hand in servicing my vehicle and good display of team work. Justin was even helpful in applying a discount for a headlight bulb that I’ve had out for a few months now that I never got around to fixing until today. Overall great experience, and I’ll definitely be back in the future ⛽️

Had an absolutely lovely experience here! I had the privilege of being helped by Dimitri and his wonderful energy and professionalism really made my day. Its funny because my mom specifically told me not to go to a new location because the mechanics would be inexperienced and that i’m better off going somewhere more established... but I have to disagree! the service was excellent and they have a really great work flow & productivity system set in place. I knew the oil change was going to be a bit pricier at Valvoline, without my normal Groupon discount, as I chose to do it here, one, because it is located in my community, and two, you can sit in the car as the oil change is performed. Due to the pandemic that was safer than being inside of a waiting room with a constant in and out of customers. You enter on the west side of the business. As your car enters you are greeted, and directed into one of four bays. You are then given price options for the oil change, and besides that, you are informed what other checks will be administered, such as head/tail/tag lights, tire pressure, turn signals, air filter, and windshield wipers. It is your option to have those repairs done on the spot if needed, for additional cost, and as with the oil change, they have on the spot coupons they offer. There is no pressure to buy, and within your receipt, you are provided a detail of both the services, and findings. I love the teamwork and professionalism. Being able to see your car as it is being worked on beats sitting at a mechanics shop where your car has to wait in line and you could easily wait hours before the oil change is completed. True to the advertisement, my oil change was completed in fifteen minutes. It was a very positive experience, and I reccomend them for your next oil change.

Its a 15 minute Valvoline oil change place I was there over an hour and a half, the technician had a hard time taking the cap off of my oil filter on my 2015 GMC Terrain they say the threads were missed crossed but I know they were not he must have cross threaded them trying to get it off because they did not have the proper tools because I have replaced that before and I brought the proper tools and its not that hard to take off needless to say I was late for work because I stopped at this place instead of going to the local one that I normally go to by my house I wanted to see their prices and check out their service but I guess you get what you pay for. So I ordered a new cap for my oil filter from Amazon which I should receive by tomorrow and I will put it in since I know how its done.

They do some kind of drill, calling things to make it looks like theyre doing lots of checks on your car. Im gonna have to recheck everything, cause they didnt filled up my tires. I have to fill them up, today. The gauge was still with the light on, for low air. One guy went all around my car like he was putting air in my tires, but he didnt. The four tires were down, and I had check them before I went there to do an oil change, only one was full. Im concerned about having something loose out of everything they touched.

They were very helpful and quick making sure my car was ready for a long road trip.

We had our oil changed here and the experience was awesome! We didnt even have to get out of the vehicle! Its been open about a month and if the service they provide remains the same, there is no reason for us to go elsewhere. We decided to give them a try after being given the shaft by the other guys, and we are very glad we did. The people who work here are very friendly, informative, and industrious. This is one of those places that you can tell Management is probably really good because it all eventually rolls down hill, right? Go here. Youll like it. Youre welcome.

I got an oil change 2 days ago and the whole bottom shield fell off on the highway. I lost control of my car and almost lost my job for missing a C section at the hospital.

It was OK they have 4 bays where they do the oil change but the employees are jumping from one car to another not consistent working just ONE particular car they jump from one car to the other if they to just concentrate on one car it would be great

The guy below who changed my oil stripped my oil plug and now I have a leak that will be costly. Then to top it all off he tried to say it had been leaking before by the previous oil dealer. Never going here again.

I had the strangest experience Ive ever had during an oil change, satisfaction. Valvoline staff were professional and checked things that my dealer never did (like my brake lights). My service visit was a delight! It was quick and thorough. They even checked my high beam lights. Staff was friendly and professional, without being pushy.

This place is the best. Highly recommend you go to any nearest valvoline and get your services done.
