I’ve been coming here for years and always been recommending this place to all my friends. Today I came here for the 1005s time and got refused service for not having a mask (even though I don’t have to go in and ENTIRE FLORIDA STATE IS MASKLESS).Horrible and heartbreaking

Best place in town: very affordable, service is great, the people are so friendly, nice, and respectful. They always vacuum my car after my service. I like have get my car service at rapid oil change because their price are very good for me. They really do have the best price in town.

Super helpful! I needed a place that could fit my RV and they took the time to measure it beforehand, which I really appreciate. While it was being serviced they were very communicative and super fast. Would definitely come back again.

I don’t know if I went to rapid oil change or nascar speedway how fast the service was. Wasted no time, very professional and respectful. I put clothes in the dryer for 40 minutes, it was a 10 minute drive there (give or take) and and 8 minute drive back. When I got back to the laundry, it still had 5 minutes left… that’s an oil change in less then 20 minutes… Highly recommend. Great Job!!!

I came here for oil change and was surprised with great service they offer. They checked my vehicle: tire pressure, vacuum drivers carpet, checked my lights, breaking pads, all liquid levels etc. And they charge me the same price as another shops but with a great customer service. Definitely this shop will be my base. After 13-15 minutes I was on my way. Extra fast and professionally

Very fast, but VERY EXPENSIVE... I would only go here if you didnt have time and didnt mind spending the additional 40.00 over Jiffy/Other fast place.

I usually dread any car service because i often feel like I’m at a swap meat getting haggled. I did not feel like that at all when I went to Rapid Oil Change. It was surprisingly very chill. The guys were working really fast and communicated with me throughout the whole process and I could visibly see everything being done . 10/10 . Great job

I’ve been going to Rapid Oil Change for several years now with 3-4 of my cars. These guys are pros. They do excellent basic maintenance and have a very good mechanic in the shop for the more complicated maintenance. They did a transmission fluid exchange and a rear differential service today on my Toyota 4Runner and I am very pleased. They are all knowledgeable car guys who understand great service. I’m happy to give them this positive review, they deserve your business too!

Rapid Oil Change delivered exemplary service for me. My car wasnt starting and I had the car towed to the dealer because I didnt know of any other place to tow it that late in the evening. After the dealer had the car for 1 day, they called and quoted me $1800 to replace the starter and the battery! Because Im not a moron, I refused to pay that exorbitant price for what should be a simple repair. I remembered that I had my oil changed at Rapid Oil Change and that they do other types of service other than oil changes. I called them up and spoke to Sebastian. He took care of me from beginning to the very end. He called me every step of the way to make sure I knew what was going on. Because of the confidence that he instilled in me over the phone, I had my car towed from the dealer to Rapid Oil Change. They even pre-ordered the part for my car so that it would reduce the downtime that Id be without my car. Within 48 hours, they had my car back up and running and saved me more than $1300. Ultimately my car only needed the starter and didnt even need a new battery. I cannot recommend Rapid Oil Change more. Not only do they offer affordable, speedy and reliable oil changes for all sorts of cars, but they also do an exceptional job of auto repair.

Its a good place to go. Just dont get tricked by their mechanics. Did they have to change oil and fluids. And they will clean and vacuum your car inside for free. Remember to leave tips. But dont fall into that trap. When they tell you that you need to get this and that fixed immediately. Always good at sleeping advice. Quick Service. Remember to bring coupons. Be prepared to pay twice the cost of other oil change places! Nothing like a $92.00 oil change! It also took as long as other oil change places. I will not be going back.

Came for an oil change and they also cleaned my windows, vacuumed the inside of my car, and put air in my tires (included in price). They also recommended I change rear break pads, something that I need to get done. Very good customer service.

Ive been going there for years now, theyve always taken care of me, prices are decent but most importantly the service is great.

It was the worst experience in my life for an oil change. I’m only putting 1 star because I can’t put zero star. First of all, the mechanic guy drove my car with the brakes on. Then he pulled so hard on the hood release that my hood won’t pop open anymore. They broke my car, they told me that they will not fix it, I have to go to the shop and pay extra of my own money. Before I went there my car was working fine and after I left, my car has all types of issues. Never going back there and am not recommending this place to anybody.

Went here because of all the good reviews.. Big mistake.. Was in for an synthetic oil change for my BMW, which certainly wasnt cheap.. But do to the positive experience of others and the friendly employees I decided to go ahead figuring they knew what theyre doing.. They changed it fast and even let me know other issues I needed to tend to, like leaking radiator.. About a day after I left I heard as if something was dragging under my car.. Checked and saw half of the engine shield ripped and was dragging .. Took it back to them and immediately they said that it wasnt their fault.. are you kidding? They forgot to fasten the right side and now they blame me? In the end they fastened it back in place acting as if I was a nuisance, mind you not once did I yell or act crazy, just pointed it out to them and asked what should I do.. Avoid this place, they dont stand by their work and are crooks, and did I mention theyre not cheap either..

This is not about the business itself but the owner.I was in line at Starbucks purchasing food and coffee,the man seemed nice I asked about his business and offered him some of my fruit.He told me that I ate alot and asked if I worked outI told him firmly but mildly that he was rude.He went on to look at my hair and asked if it was real and then put his hand out to grab my hair, then told the cashier my hair was weird.I jerked away and sharply expressed that he should not touch me.He seemed extremely ignorant.I wanted to give this place a try, but at this point, absolutely not.The Starbucks employees that heard and saw him were mortified and came to me directly after he left, they apologized on his behalf.His name was Andres.

Was taking my Tundra here for years UNTIL I decided to change my oil myself 1 day. THEY WERE NOT CHANGING MY OIL FILTER!!! And I know this because they had cross threaded 1 of the bolts on my protector plate. No way to get the filter out without removing that plate!

Always show you repairs needed and never pressures to fix here. Always feel like Im being treated fairly. Always quick. Never rude.

I took my car in recently thinking that I had an alternator problem because of what another auto repair shop told me. After they ran another test on my car it turned out that my alternator was fine. I like the fact that they did not try to cheat me out of a lot money. Will definitely be taking my car there again for everything.

BEEN GOING THERE FOR OVER 8 YEARS AND WONT EVER GO BACKAndres the owner is a fine example of horrible customer service. i have taken my cars and my employees car for the last 7 years today 9/21/18i dropped off my nephews truck to get an oil change, and a quote of what a (tune up) oil change, air filter change and spark plugs. he told us that he would have to take a look to give a quote of how much it would come out to. we told him to just go ahead with the oil change, and call us for the estimate. After 2 hours we had to call them back and ask about the status. they had yet to look at it. after yet another hour Andres called back and said that he hooked it up to the computer and saw that it needed so and so done to it..I told him that i had not asked for it to be hooked up to a computer, just a quote about how much a tune up would be. He quickly got upset and said that he had to pay the mechanic to do the work (how hard is it to connect it to a computer?..) and that he is gonna charge me for the oil change and for a diagnostic test (which i had not asked for) and that i was ignorant as to what the mechanic had to do... so instead of a normal $40 oil change, i ended up paying close to $80 for a damn oil change. Andres is a sleeze ball and a scam artist. do yourself a favor and STEER CLEAR!no stars awarded, and im contacting the Dept of Prof Business regulations on vehicle repair and unfair business practice

Must be new owners. Dont understand the reviews of family owned and reliable. Had an oil change done on a Friday morning and when they checked my car saw that one of my tires was really bad. I knew I needed new tires and the owner have me a quote and I placed a deposit. Called them in Saturday and he told me the tires will be here on Monday. I had to call on Monday because he never called to let me know the tires were in. Had to come on Tuesday morning. Got here before they opened and he wanted to charge me $50.00, more because he was not going to make enough. He couldnt even remember what he had quoted me and I had to show him the paper work. Horrible will never come back.

Great service! Just like a pit stop, took me less than 15 minutes for a full oil change. They also inspected other things and checked the tires pressure. I will be back.

I read the reviews before walked in so I hesitated a little but the little guy was super nice and honest it was almost hard to believe. They changed my oil, vaccumed my car checked all other problems and tire air and bulbs and I was very happy it was quick, super cheap and also got a free soda from the owner :) definitely recommend this place ! I came in with my 2003 Sierra 3500HD had no problems changing diesel oil. Everything was done in 10 minutes. Would reccomend them and will definetively will be bringing back my other cars! 👍🏻 They also cleaned my aftermarket air intake!

BAD EXPERIENCE I never have had any problems with my brand new car. They did not put the right amount of oil and failed to secure the bolt properly. You can have your car completely destroyed if you dont pay attention and double check their work. Buyer beware.

Please dont go there.Have your personal mechanic change your oil. I spent 1000+ fixing my car just to have them do malicious work and have my engine blown. Its a shady business.They told me i had a leak. But i knew i didnt have any leaks. So they gave me a leak with the thoughts that i would return to fix it but it ended up crashing my engine.

Customer service at this location is terrible. I arrived 20 min prior to closing to get an oil change. And waited patiently for those 18 minutes. To be told I can not be served....they are tired and want to go home ( this is straight from the owners mouth) I’ve been coming to this place for years with my cars....NEVER again

They did not tighten my oil filter and all my oil leaked out of my truck, my truck takes six qts I had to add 4 and a half when I noticed it, Im so lucky It didnt destroy my motor, plus i had to pay them for the change then go rebuy oil to put back in, lucky thats all and Im not changing my motor or buying a new vehicle, screw this place

STAY AWAY!They work really fast, so fast.... they changed the oil on my honda and didnt tighten the plug properly. I had to call AAA on the way to work for a tow cause my car shut off, now I am being told that the motor is bad. The owner, Andres has a horrible attitude. Go to a certified mechanic that knows what hes doing even if they charge a couple dollars more. You get what you pay for!
