One of my favorite Sixt locations for travel and pleasure. What really makes it special is the agent that always assists us named Anthony. He’s fantastic and always goes above and beyond to make sure we taken care of. Anthony has been so amazing that we now recommend this location to all family and friends.Thanks again!!!

Be aware of some types of discrimination from some employees there. The reason why I said that because when I got there to get a rental car, one guy told me….that’s the most expensive location and told me I needed $ 1000.00 deposit no luxury cars available while I saw more than dozens in the parking lot. Told me they got e few bmw but they rented already.When I told him I have a BMW he started to come up with a lot more options for me even offered me a bmw ...second of all when he saw my CDL license I no longer needed $ 1000.00 deposit, he did $ 500.00 and gave a luxury car that he didn’t have any…..!! what is that???? They need to stop judging the book by its cover and I hope he learns from his stupidity.

We flew into Florida and used them for the first time. They gave us a new ride for a bargain price for the week. We will definitely use them over the big name rental places from now on
The staff was great, but all of the cars they offered me were dirty. Aren’t you supposed to clean them when they’re returned? The few he showed me were dirty. He did offer to get them cleaned up, but I didn’t want to wait. He found another car to give me. Overall, the selection is small, but the staff are nice. It looks run down from the outside, but the inside is nice. I usually rent from Sixt at MIA. This was my first time at this location. I may rent again.
So typically, when you encounter a disgruntled guest in front of you, the customer service experience will tell you that there is always a better way to approach, a better option to try and troubleshoot the customers experience or lack thereof. Mr. Luis, is frustratingly a sad example.Primarily, it is not the first time the wife and I have a questionable experience with Sixt’s despotic intimidation tactics. Our last pickup in San Francisco was handed to us almost an hour late as they only had one clerk tending to a “line-up” of vehicles that was quickly growing beyond his reach. Credit to the young man as he remained determined to smile much the same way Nick greeted me in Aventura, Fl upon my pickup a few days ago. Sometimes a generous greeting and a genuine smile is enough to reassure your customer base. Upon returning this San Francisco vehicle in Seattle, the wife encountered the same issue. Backed up vehicles with no one tending to them. She was told to leave the car as all returns are now “digital”. What she wasn’t told is that the porter clocked in the return when he finally was able to get to the car, approximately 45 minutes after drop off, automatically generating a whole days worth of additional charges. Not the most sustainable way to run a company that prides itself on its spiffy fleet of cars.Enter Mr. Louis, who failed miserably to address my assertive attitude to a phone call I had just completed with a Sixt rep on the phone as I was stuck in traffic on my way to drop off my rental. The rep informed me drop-off wasn’t a minute more passed 11 am. When I informed her I had a screen shot of my pickup at 11:17 am she quickly retorted very robotically, that she had just updated the drop-off time to 11:17. So when I challenge this woman that the very agreeable Nick had shared with me, I had a 30 minute grace period, she quickly obliged but not without letting me know that I was perhaps too thorough, judging by the aggressive tone in her voice. Shady to say the least.So instead of trying to address my frustration, Mr. Luis made it personal when I pointed out that the wife and I had felt extremely “Bullied” the last few times we gave Sixt business. Clearly an option since there are cheaper car rentals out there. But Mr. Luis wasn’t having it and quickly reacted with a decibel tone enough to give my grandpappy a coronary on the spot; “ SIR, I AM JUST DOING MY JOB HERE BUT I AM GOING TO HELP YOU ANYHOW”!!!!!!. This is like telling your wife to “CALM DOWN HONEY”!!!!! When you should be listening more carefully. So Mr. Luis storms out of the office, clearly indignant that someone with a name like “Escobar” dare approach him indifferently. So two minutes later storms back in and in the highest pitched tone I’ve heard since “cavemen”last walked the Earth he yells “ESCOBAR”!!!!, to my dismay, as only Nick, myselfand another customer were in the room. You would have thought we were at the DMV, full of patrons waiting for their turn to be called. Don’t know what he thought he was going to accomplish with what could be interpreted as a “slur” of sorts but I’m sure he’s finding out right about now. Regrettably, this reactive attitude quickly brings to mind the Gestapo marching in to pacify those who question or protest.But we are not done. Turns out, he shouts; “YOUR VEHICLE HAS A NAIL IN IT”!!!!!!, trying once more to bully me publicly into incurring additional charges just because he was not taught the skills to deflect an honest but disappointed customer. I mean, who hired this guy? He’s a mean person. Definitely not the same individual who hired Nick? I quickly tell him I have video of the “low pressure” signal shortly after pickup. So now he’s using a very dismissive attitude as he continues to inspect the vehicle in military fashion. Creepy!!!!😱. Clearly, Mr.Luis had been carrying a “chip on his shoulder”, long before I showed up. But you lead by example. Mr. Luis’ superiors have much to think about and re-evaluate. Tyranny and despotism no longer have a place on this earth. Even in Florida😢
On the 6th of August 2021 my mom and I went into Sixt Rental in Aventura to rent a car and the reservation was already made in advance. Looked at my moms choice of paying for the rental like it was not the appropriate type of payment to pay for the rental when it was a VISA, next the clerk accused my mom of cussing him out and they denied her the rental when weve rented from them since 2011. I was a terrible experience for both of us and Im contacting me a lawyer.
I have been using them for years, to a point Im a gold user. I love the services they give especially how Ms Guirlande take care of us whenever we pick our car for our trip. Never had a problem in any cars Ive rented. Keep up the good work!
Worst customer service ever.When you call and request a car that is on the lot while you are in there lot. they state they do not have that vehicle. and when i said that i am looking at the vehicle they reply they have other “Similar “ vehicles for rent. I will never refer or do any business with them i would rather pay a little more for what I want and a “CLEAN “ rental than to spend my money where i am not treated as a valued customer.Customer service should start with the management. I guess it’s true you get what you pay for if you want cheap you pay cheap. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎and let’s not even get started on their “Customer service line “ they are just as bed.

Not only did they demonstrate the lack of care regarding my experience with Sixt Rent a Car they overcharged me without any acknowledgement to me via in person email etc. Not only will I report this to the BBB I will share on my social media page about Sixt Rent a Car and how they treat there customer.

I truly love this company. The quality of service and the customer service has always been on point! Ive rented from them 3 times this year and each time has been great. Never had an issue and Luis who works at the N Miami branch is the BEST/AWESOME!
They overcharged me and when I complained they added made up charges for damages. Worst experience ever.
The service was excellent. Arrived at the location at 9:15 (for a 9:30 reservation) and was on the road by 9:32. Luis was very helpful and quick. Everything was explained thoroughly including the deposit. Ended up extending the rental an extra day easily on the phone. Drop off was a breeze (Luis excellent again) and the deposit authorization was returned the same day. Very convenient location as well. Will rent from here again, thanks!
My personal vehicle ended up getting towed, because I couldn’t leave it on their premises. So I parked it across the street @ Advanced Auto Parts. Ended up costing me $180.00. Also, the vehicle group I was supposed to be receiving my rental from (VW Passat, Camry or Subaru Legacy) wasn’t the car they gave me. I received a Corolla.
Love going to this location, the staff are always friendly and do everything they can to provide great customer service. My #1 go to location. Thanks Luis and the rest of the staff for making my visit such a great experience.
We rented a van through Sixt for a cross country move for our mom who is on hospice. After completing the rental transaction we waited 45 minutes for the van to be brought out. It was dripping wet from the car wash and it made it hard to see the “damage” we were told to inspect. We wereLiterally handed the keys and did our own quick walk over the van. Upon getting home and opening the back and sides we realized this car was not cleaned, there were visible crumbs and food debris all over the seats and floor mats, chips on seat, food wrappers stuffed in cup holders, it was filthy. Not wanting to waste more time my brother took Lysol disinfectant and wiped the entire car and sprayed it with Lysol aerosol spray, after about and hour of letting it sit he took it to the car wash to get vacuumed. I immediately called the 800 number for Sixt, after about 15 tries of a busy signal my call went through, I reported the problem and was given a “ticket” number to which I was told I would receive a call back from the pick up branch within 48 hours. It’s been 8 days, van has since been returned (different location/state). We made three additional calls during the time we had the van, all to no avail or solution, this place is a joke, given the current situation with COVID-19 and the cleaning measures car rental companies are supposed to take they are clearly not in compliance. Their cheap prices were not worth it, this was the first and last time I will ever rent from Sixt.

(Bad customer service)#2) Guests walked in shortly after I did and not only were they greeted but also attended to.After witnessing and experiencing that I chose to be civil and get up and calmly exit the premises. No longer interested in the West Dixie location anymore.
I made a reservation to pick up a car on early morning on Thanksgiving. Rocio was helping me with my rental and she was great. I requested a Volvo V90 CC when I made my reservation in late August, and that is exactly what I got. I was very happy with the entire process.

I was on holiday in Miami for 2 weeks. I hired a Ford Mustang GT for 3 days at a cost of around $300 to go to the Keys. The car was fantastic although I had to go to 2 depots to pick it up as the initial one didn’t have the car I rented even though I was allowed to book it online as if it was there.The main issue I had was that an incorrect charge of over $2000 was put on my credit card. This caused my second week of my holiday to be quite stressful with many emails and phone calls to Sixt. It also restricted the funds I had available on my credit card and therefore limited to some extent what we could do in the second week of our holiday.The money was reaccredited to my card when I got home.
Employee was 15 min late to opening the branch location. Booked a BMW, gave me a Ford an hour and a half later. Wouldn’t even do a discount on the car, just the adjustment from premium to standard. This was the first time I had so many issues. Last two times were excellent.
Very unprofessional. They never have any car available in the fleet. They over charged me 700$ for a Camry for a week. Even hertz does it for 300$. I went to rent a Range Rover. They gave me a Escalade. I went to rent a Jeep they gave me a Camry. Worst experience ever.
By far the WORST Sixt location I have ever been to, not she why the company keeps that location open.. when i arrived I was told the vehicle category I reserved is not available after driving 1 hour away. They were able to provide me a car.. BEWARE, this location closes at 7pm but the reservation let’s you rent & return at 7.. if you are there at 7:01 they will lock the gate & not assist you. I was stuck in traffic and called 15 minutes before to advise I would be arriving at 7:04 just as a courtesy and I was told “if you are not here by 7 sharp I am locking the gate” I arrived at 7:05 and the attendant had an attitude and advised “im lucky he did me a favor by staying” very unprofessional.. next time I will spend the extra money and go to another company who actually wants to help people. Only good thing with this was the Mercedes vehicle I got was in great shape. Thanks for nothing
I have never had such professional business transaction as I did at this Rental. They are absolutely sweet and the cars are in great conditions. I will be back and they have become like family. Attitude is important and when people have bad experience it’s all because we sometimes go in with bad attitude. Jade is a darling and a wonderful young lady. I will be seeing her soon! Weve used Sixt a few times and have never had a bad experience and today was no different. Ms. Guirlande was fantastically professional and a real sweetheart. I arrived early but she was wonderful in assisting me; I had to wait which wasnt a problem...she ensured I knew exactly what was going on. The team at this Sixt are professional and pleasant.
Jade, the young woman that “assisted” me was absolutely unprofessional. I called on my way and asked about renting a car, she told me that there were none available. That was hard to believe, so I checked online and was actually able to make a reservation. Upon arriving, she told me that the car I booked wasn’t available, and if I wanted another car it would be “much more expensive”. I told her I didn’t mind and she proceed to ask me skeptically and rudely if I had ID and a major credit card. When I asked her why I was able to book the car online, she cut me off and spoke over me with attitude. When I asked her why she told me there were no cars available when I first called, she did the same. I decided to leave and take my business elsewhere. I’m not begging any place to take my money. I’ll never give mine to this company again.
First time I rented here they gave me a car with blood stains in the back seat them to top it of when I came to turn the car the guy that attended me was saying that I was going to get charge for gas even doe it was turn back on full and he said for cigarettes smell as well now have in mind I don’t smoke anything. I tried filling a complain he said no manager was in the store they worked very unprofessional and have no type of customer service. Today we tried renting again and has a whole issue as well after they charge the card and took the money they said they don’t accept them cards. And thy we would have to wait 7 days for the money to be returned back to the card all this after I drove 18 hours across town to find this out this place really sucks

I came in the place to return my rental and there were 3 employees each on their phones and didn’t even bothered to respond when i greeted them.The guy that I approached just asked me if gas was full without even looking at me and that was it Very poor customer service.

Lied to my face. Told me, I wouldnt be charged for the extra day because it was only a few minutes over. Received the invoice two days later being charged for an additional day for 3 minutes over. I went inside, the girl smiled and lied to me as I reserved a Lyft. She said Ill take of you as a courtesy and you will not be charged. Are you sure?, I asked her. If I have to pay for another day, Ill just keep the car another day. Again she assured me that I would not be charged. I could have kept the car another day since I paid for an additional day, the extra driver for an additional day, the roadside assistance for an additional day and all the other fees they dont tell you about for an additional day. Disgusting! LIARS!
A minor concern the car was not clean on the inside when I received the vehicle, I made a complaint and it was taken of once I returned the vehicle, everything else good, the customer service was good

My rental cost was 54.49 per day as you can see on the first photo & my total trip to Miami was 1,416.91$ (2nd photo), then I received another receipt for 2,508.80$ (3rd photo) and today I received another receipt for 3,113.17$ (4th photo)?I really can’t understand that kind of situation.. So you employee in NY told me that I’m gonna pay the amount of 1,416.91$ in total (that I paid) and that’s all and now I got all this strange receipts.. So I would like to know from where all this receipts come from and how they been calculate it.. Thank You!. THIS IS WORST COMPANY WHAT I USED
Very disappointed. I booked a car online and when I was already on my way to pick it up, they called me to inform me that there were no vehicles available. I had to change my plans!!If this wasnt bad enough, I booked a car a few days later for 18 days. I had to leave the city for personal reasons and returned it 48 hours later. They did not offer any (not even partial) refund, despite the fact that when you book, the website states that any changes will incur a fee and you will need to pay for the first 3 days. They claim that everything shows in the T&Cs. Even if that is the case, thats a horrible way to treat (what used to be) a recurring customer.I did not receive any compensation the first time and they took all my money the second one.Dont believe their management responses on Google where they ask you to provide your reservation number because all they do is tell you that we are sorry but this is our policy. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.
**WARNING RENTERS BEWARE**Horrible business to deal with due to totally unreasonable customer service. I took a picture of the car to send to my wife back home to show my trip in Denmark. This was not within the 2 hours (the Sixt agent never verbally pointed out to me) when I signed the agreement. The agent told me to review the car for noted damage and come back in if I noticed anything different than what was referenced. I did not notice anything different in the low-light environment when I picked up the car.However, I now see in this picture taken the day after I picked it up (see date on my Instagram post), that the vehicle that does in fact show the damage to the wheel when you zoom in on the image. Therefore, my complaint was not about debating whether this vehicle had the damage when I picked it up because it did. The issue is that I did not notify Sixt within the 2 hour time period buried in their rental agreement. I did NOT notify them because the agent told me to inspect the vehicle and come back in to report anything. NOT take the vehicle out and inspect it in better lighting and make sure to note the 2 hour window you have to complete this. Im not debating that the policy exists or that I did sign the agreement. Yes Sixt does have a 2 hour policy and I did sign the agreement, Im not debating that. I signed it unknowingly, and I did not see this damage until I returned the vehicle on Monday, 11/12/2018 and your agent pointed it out. Clearly, if I had realized the 2 hour policy existed or that I was signing based on a 2 hour window vs the inspect before you leave verbal direction the agent presented to me I certainly would NOT have taken a picture like this. I understand how contracts and agreements are structured to protect the business, however I also understand how to deal with a customer properly when they present you with more than a reasonable-doubt level of support information to support their position.
This company has great cars for rent at great prices but be careful with canceling your reservation.... If you cancel online or from your phone they will take all your money. I had to fight for my refund and even then they only wanted to give me 60% of my money back. It was only after Several unhappy phone calls that I had to make in-order to get my refund. The stress level that they put me through was totally uncalled for. Do not fall for the easy cancellation on your phone or online if you have to cancel your order is best for you to go in person to the Location where you placed the reservation pick up or The nearest location to you. They Will be more helpful to you than the one 800 customer service associates.

They charge us a significant fee for leaving the car in F Lauderland instead of north mia, after checking with people at the return area that was ok leaving the car there. YOU SHOULD NEVER leave this place without a final invoice.
Horrible service took my reservation online then called when I was almost at the location to say they had no cars. Didn’t offer any solution or alternative just left me stranded. Then there is no way to even get a human on the phone endless automated voice machine. Worst service ever.

The WORST experience in life. Lies and more lies. We rented a car days prior our trip, we go and we showed our printed copy of our reservation which the agent couldnt pull out in the computer. Then she wanted to give us the price of that same day (which was definitely a higher price) and not the one that we got when we booked. When we showed her our paper then she say it was okay that we could get that same rate and that she would take care of fixing the amount in the computer by the time we were back. Never happened. My boyfriend went to return the car and we were being quoted over $80 more than what we agreed on with her saying that we returned the car late even though the car was returned 30 minutes earlier and then this agent had the nerve to pass her own mess to her coworker when she wa she one that caused the whole thing. Talk about professionalism. Manager was called and he was telling us as a courtesy he would waive be late fee after we told him about her lies which she couldnt refute. Of course, it was the least he could do since we were lied to and then all those hidden fees not mentioned in the website and definitely not mentioned at check in. Dont trust this people and the car they gave us needed service since ages before we got it. Not even an inspection. Go to enterprise or hertz!

Very disappointed, I reserved a convertible 2 months prior of my reservation when I arrived no convertibles available in there entire system. There Vehicles look like used beat up old cars. Would not rent from here.
As a frequent renter, this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. This was my first time renting from Sixt and I am extremely disappointed. Let me begin by saying that I booked a same day rental and am fully aware of rental company policy regarding vehicle availability. When I arrived at this location, the luxury vehicle I reserved was not available (no surprise there), so I was given the option to take another vehicle in the same class. I declined and decided to go with a different luxury vehicle because I was attending a special event. The online price for this vehicle option was around $91 for the day, but I was told I had to pay $145 because I was renting the same day or the car would have to go to another customer who has a reservation later in the day. WHAT!!!! First of all, my original booking was a same day rental so not being able to rent the other vehicle at its online price was the most ridiculous thing I had ever heard. Secondly, if the policy is there are no guarantees on vehicle availability, why was this vehicle being held for another customer who would arrive later that day when I was standing right there ready to rent! At that point, it was too much of a hassle for me to go elsewhere, so I paid the rip-off price and rented the vehicle. BIG MISTAKE! The fact that the person who completed my reservation didn’t even inspect the vehicle for damages before handing me the keys was a red flag. She simply highlighted the damages on my receipt and sent me out the door. Once outside, I inspected the vehicle myself and found additional damages that needed to be noted. The vehicle is dark and was parked in a shaded area, so it wasn’t until I reached home that I realized how dirty the car was, both inside and out. It was not washed or detailed prior to giving it to me. As I further drove the vehicle, a message displays on the dash that the air pressure in back tires was low, shortly after, another message said that the engine oil needed to be reduced. Not too long after that, yet another message displayed saying that the vehicle was 9500 miles passed its service date. All of this made me fell very unsafe driving the vehicle. Upon returning the vehicle, the customer service representative didn’t even ask me about my experience. He simply took the key, went out to inspect the vehicle and came back inside with a thumbs up, sending me on my way. A vehicle return slip wasn’t even given to me. Very unprofessional and disappointing. There are far too many competitors in the rental car industry for Sixt to offer this type of service. Needless to say, I will be monitoring my credit card charge very closely to make sure the balance of the ridiculous $500 hold they placed on my credit card is returned without incident.
The worst place to rent a car I do not recommend it to anyone the workers are very unpleasant and the manager nick is the worst of them all. They lie to you to go to the place and when you arrives they change the prices and even if you have a reservation they do not honor it. Do not trust them this place is and scam.

I rented from Sixt this month. When I was picking up the vehicle; the representative told me to return the vehicle at the time I picked it up. I stated I will not be able to and the representative replied that is fine as long you return the vehicle before we close. No where on the contract does it states the sixt has a 24 hour policy and a 30 minute grace period. The representatives do not mention that either. Sixt just charge extra with customers knowledge. Will not rent from this company anymore. It was my first time going with this company. If you can save yourself the headache and money before you get charge extra.

Wish I could give no stars. First, my car wasnt there. They tried to give me a completely different type of car and then tried to make it better by having me drive to another location with the wrong car so I could switch it to the correct car. Service lady says if I switch to another car itll only be $20 more. I agreed due to the fact that she said it was going to be only $20 more from my total. As soon as I look at the receipt it was $20 more per day! The car wasnt clean even though they told me it was. I ended up spending way more than my budget on the car and gas because of this company. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I reserved vehicle at North Miami location, when I got there branch did not have vehicle I reserved. I was told that there are 2 options, they can go to a different branch and pick up car for me and it will take 2 hours or I can take different car at this location and drive to other location 15 miles away and pick up the car I need. I opted to take a car and drive to a different location to pick up requested vehicle. Person behind the desk said that he will make sure I will get a discount for the inconvenience. It took me 2 hours to get to a different location due to traffic. At other location I had to wait another 25 minutes to get a key and was told to walk 2 blocks to get my car on the 6th floor of the parking garage.When I returned vehicle after 5 days same person at first branch said he will make sure he talks to his manager to get me discount that was promised. I received a charge on my credit card and have not received a discount. I have been renting car frequently for past 7 years and this is by far the worst service I have ever received.
Every time I need a car for my holidays, I go to this branch. Great staff
I have rented 3 luxury cars from this sixt location and have always had a 10/10 experience from customer staff to vehicles cleanliness and condition! Great place to rent and very competitive pricing.

Our experience was great. We got the best looking and working white SUV ever! Sixt staff is very friendly and welcoming. Especially thanks to Weentchel J! He was super nice and he gave us the best advice! I live in USA but I dont drive. My family from Europe came to visit me and we needed a rental. My mom has a drivers license from EU but she doesnt have a credit/debit card here. So Mr. Weentchel J suggested us to get a new debit card to my mommy from my bank the same day in order to match with my moms EU drivers license. And it worked! Next day we were on our way to Orlando :) thank you Weentchel! I want to share this advice with everybody who really needs it.
I decided to rent from sixt but that was a bad idea, since when I made the reservation online they didnt tell me, they closed at 7p, so when i returned the car at 655pm on the day it was due, the rep just rushed me off the lot, and told me they would finish the paper work later, only to get a bill the next day saying the rep didnt return it til 1235am and as such they charged me for the extra day, which i didnt have the car at all. So if you are here for advice stay away, they would probably charge you for an extra day after you return the car.
Just wanted to let you know how disappointed we felt with the unprofessional treatment received in your location of North Miami where we decided to pick up a van we rented.Customer service representative lacked knowledge and people skills. Surprisingly when I requested to talking to the manager, I was let waiting for like 20 minutes and could see the manager only because I was determined to talk to him. That was when I went to the cleaning shop and I did see him cleaning a vehicle.I truly would consider not renting any vehicle with Sixt and if I do, definitely would not go to this facility. We would also spread the word about the bad experience to our community and friends since we would not like anyone going through what we went.
Terrible...Last time I used my bank card for a rental...Today went to do the same thing when I went to pick the car up thats when theyre telling me that I need a major credit card when renting a big car...Like I was supposed to know...Why not tell me ahead of you taking off the money from my accnt? That way I could have had more than enough time to have the money available on my major card...So disorganized!!!

Worst, worst, worst rental company ever first I pre-paid for a rental (pick-up truck) like 3 weeks in advance, I modified twice (date and time) then I have a week and like four days left before pick-up so I modify again (Chrysler 300) time for pick pick-up right off the bat I received a Volkswagen instead 🤷🤦😠 (had a lot of damage,like a regular use vehicle) 🤦😠 now its time to pay whats left owe (didnt get a receipt) check my card and saw I was charged twice and my travels was cancelled so I no longer need the vehicle, I ask about the returning the vehicle early and theres a no-refund so I have to go the full course (they couldve charge for the time) I GIVE THEM ZERO STARS AND THUMBS DOWN 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎.

I guess the person who answer the phone is not providing full information of the policy of this company.I RESERVED A CAR an as soon I get there they told me they dont have the car what kind of rental is this.Im giving 2 start for the person who help me in the front desk very patient and helpfull.

This place saved my Christmas travels. The person who helped me was Nicole (who was working by herself and it was busy) who not only reserved a car for me before the holiday travels got me an upgrade for a better price (standard Suv to a Escalade). Truly appreciate it and will rent from here again!!!
I’m so piss of right now I made my reservation since yesterday so I could pick up the car today, today I call the place to confirm that I’m coming to pick up the car the agent told me that the car is not available, I asked him why they didn’t call me to let me know that an advance he told me that they didn’t have times, this is really unprofessional now I can’t travel.
