Let me tell you something! I’ve never dealt with something quite like this. My poor Whitley got smacked in the face by another vehicle. Didn’t think it was possible to even fix her. Look at this pic down below and tell me Heat Collision isn’t the G.O.A.T.?! I barely recognized her. I’ll be back anytime I need anything done to my car. The staff were not only knowledgeable but extremely professional when it came to handling this situation. They were upfront and made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. If you’re looking for a place to have your car fixed you can’t go wrong at Heat!

Took my car for some repairs in February after a collision since they work with my insurance and at first it was all great, they treated me really good and the place looked nice. After I got my car back I saw there were some things either out of place or not properly put in, since the repairs were guaranteed I told them and they didnt have a problem with taking a look at it and fixing it. Up until this point I was extremely happy with the place.When I took the car they fought me on the scratches to the point where I just gave up and left it at that but the parts that werent set tightly they just told me that that was the best they could do and it would just stay that way. Now, a few months in, I saw that my front bumper was opening up on one side, called them again and took the car there. They checked it and told me they would fix it but the plastic that was below it they wouldnt touch it because it was cracked and thats what was opening that part as well (I havent had any crashes or bumps since the repairs were done, the fact that the paint is intact on that bumper is testament to it), so they basically just ended up applying pressure with the hopes of setting the bumper correctly and it barely worked (looks better but it can be seen). To top it all off I asked for an estimate on a repair and they guy acted almost annoyed at the questions and refused to do so basically, he just told me that if the insurance was paying for it then he would need to wait and open it to be able to tell me instead of just giving me a number for what he could see right away.Definitely wont be coming back unless for the repairs they performed and that are guaranteed. Only reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1 is because they do at least stand by the guarantee even if just by name because they check the car but wont touch it to fix the actual problem.

They took a month to repair $8,000 in damages The repair so far it looks good but I did not receive any warranty paperwork with the service. And the TPMS light is on I drove away from the shop them knowing that this caution light was on It is still on I have not received the call back to a message that I left Three days after I picked up the vehicle.I was contacted by Heat and told to bring vehicle in to fix Right the caution light, I will be visiting soon

Living in Miami you need a good, honest body shop. Some one dinged the bumper of my new E43. I’d heard good things about collision so I stopped by to see if they could help. I was greeted with a smile and offered coffee. I rep immediately checked out my bumper, took it in and had it perfectly bugged out in 15 minutes. Free of charge. I never expected this! I recommend 100%!! I hopefully won’t be back soon, but in Miami, it will probably be sooner than later. HEAT rocks!!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. they left a dent in my car and danny the assistant told me no you brought it in like that im in no business to lie to you and when i called them to claim this the manager told me i was correct and to bring it in to be fixed. Came back, first they told me it will be ready the next day. i come back the next day and im told to come back in tomorrow morning. They left a scratch on my bumper and hood that they refuse to fix!! The manager carlos walks away from us when speaking about this and told me it is not their problem. TERRIBLE SERVICE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!

They have to make their minds up. Either run a business with proper quality of work or run a cheap Latin club. It looks like they worry more about their obnoxiously loud music than the actual cars that people pay them to fix. Very disappointing and really unprofessional. I took my car to prestige auto paint and body in Dania beach and honestly they are 1,000 times more professional and made my car look brand new. If they do have music is at a moderate low level where you can tell workers are actually more focused on their work rather than busy listening to music which is how they make mistakes and mediocre work like how they did to me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they actually know what theyre doing in a professional manner- prestige auto paint and body in Daina beach. Youll leave there smiling I promise. Don’t waste your time..

Great service Period !!!! My car was fix a whole week in advance faster. They also detailed and cleaned my car. My car look like brand new off the lot! The staff was very professional and kind. Jessica was very sweet and helpful during the whole process. I will definitely go back if ever I need work on my car. Very satisfied with their service.

So my wife got in to an accident and was referred to this heat collision by the towing company that picked up the car from the site. Now mind you my wife has never been in an accident before so she is flustered and freaking out and not really in her right mind at the time. She had no idea what to do so of course she took the first advice given to her which was to take it to this place. There was a few scratch off tickets of mine in the center console (I’m the husband) that she did not remove before giving the car to the repair place. They took pictures and there was proof of them being there after we had given the car over. It was about $120 in scratch off tickets to be exact. Which is quite a bit of money. Long story short they were missing after we picked the car up and no one knows where they went. I had to call 5 days in a row to actually get a response from someone and they finally told me my wife signed a document stating that whatever is I’m the car is not their responsibility for getting lost. So why are they going in the center console in the first place to clean? Lol. Blows my mind what the center console has to be opened for to clean in the first place. So in this case I WILL be taking legal action and not for the money but for the principle. This is a very shady situation and hopefully this stops further issues. The work on the car was great unfortunately the experience was terrible.

My truck was in the need of a paint job after suffering scratches to the bed and dents. I dropped it off on a Wednesday morning and it was ready by Friday just as planned. Perfect job. Cant complain with the quality of work. They were nice enough to wash and clean the inside of my vehicle. Overall I am extremely happy with the customer service and service received. Definitely would go back if it was ever needed again.

Quick and Efficient!They made the process from beginning to end very simple for me. After dropping off and having the rental on the way. They had my vehicle for two days and called me each of those days for updates. Back in April I needed body work on my Lexus 460LS. From the very first contact with Mr. Pelayo Cerulia giving an estimate to getting my car back two days later as promised it was a joy. This place is a gem. My car was hit from behind and needed repair. Aside from wanting the work to be done correctly, I was concerned over the color of my car which looks black but in the light it has a slight multicolor shimmer. Jessica at the front desk new exactly what it was and assured me when they were done, my car would be new. True to her word, the car looks amazing! Just as it did when I bought it. The best part, they dealt with the insurance company, had my car ready ahead of schedule and whenever I called the service was great. And the actual place is spotless!! I’ve never seen that before in a collision center. The experience was just WOW all around!! A big thank you to the whole Heat Collision members that made this experience so great!

Came to get a quote and check out the place and was met with obnoxiously loud music I spoke with one of the reps I assume? And could barely hear him talk or hear him nor hear myself talk, very unprofessional and took my business else where. Don’t waste your time I saw some cars on their “lot” and you can tell they don’t take care of their customers car.

They did a good job but i was highly disappointed to find that a sealed package that was in my car was broken and the contents within that package was stolen. Word of advice for anyone that is getting their car tended to over night at any body shop or mechanic, please remove ALL of your valuables from your car.

Absolutely AMAZING service beginning to end. Dropping my car off was an absolutely breeze. Tom did the inspection/car check-in and I left some things in the car so I circled back to pick them up. When I got there the car was already being worked on and it was in their possession for 20 minutes. I called in to check on the car and a gentleman answered the phone (maybe an Andrew or a Juan? My memory is horrible) and knew who I was and what car I was calling about without me even saying my name. He was awesome! The work was finished three days before the promise date and I couldn’t have been happier. I just picked up my car from repair. I had a horrible experience. Firstly, they were very pushy, gave me no notice when my car was ready, and demanded i pick it up that day or else there would be a storage charge. I brought my car in with 1/4 tank of gas, when I picked it up today it was on less than empty. After spending $13,000 on repairs they should have refilled the gas they used so I could get home. Lastly, when I picked up my car I was told there was nail in my tire and it was going to be flat. When I dropped off the car there was no nail in the tire or air tire pressure low warning. When I received my car back from them there was no gas and a low tire pressure warning. This was not how I dropped off my car to them and would never use them again. They were rude and obnoxious. The work was good, but my experience was horrible. Would not recommend!

Great place with very helpful staff. I would have given 5 stars but they missed a spot on my truck. As soon as I called them about it they asked me to bring it back in and they fixed it immediately. Other than that one detail I think they are very good at what they do.

First of all hands down this is the only auto body shop I would ever take any of my cars to. I personally have been going to them for a few years and I recommend this shop to anybody I know. These guys have quick turn around time, excellent quality of work, fantastic customer service and overall just a great experience with them each time I’ve come to them. I just had the mirrors on my truck painted to match the body color and they came out perfect and identical to the body color. On top of that my girlfriend just got into an accident a few days ago and the progress they’ve made so far is great. She’s extremely happy with the way they’ve taken care of her and her vehicle. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave this shop you’ll be taken care with the upmost care and respect. Great job guys!

The friends here are always ready to help and answer questions and concerns because they know how important our cars are to us. The first time I went they took care of my car in 3 days. The second time I had some hit and run damage it took less than 48 hours. Jessica took great care of me at the front and Pelayo assured me of the work and other details. After having my vehicle worked on twice by the awesome people over at Heat, i would call my self a frequent visitor. The work they do is impeccable and the service they provide is top notch. Most bad quality bodyshop on Miami

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Being new to Miami...I was super nervous to trust my brand new BMW to some body shop that I knew nothing about! From the second I walked through the door...the girls up front were super sweet and helpful! They all had smiles on their face! That’s big for me since I own my own business and customer service is everythinggggg!! The guys in the back did not know a lot of English which was totally fine...but they did amazing at trying to understand me and communicating with me! I went to them because they are with the Insurance company that I filed through(not my insurance company) but I would absolutely choose to come to them time and time again!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Over the last 20 years I’ve had my fair share of dealing with bodyshops. I have to say that this is by far the most professional and competent organization I’ve ever experienced. My truck had significant damage and Heat Collision did a terrific job replacing all the parts with original manufactured parts and they also had my truck completed when they said they would. This is the second time Ive come to Heat for my car. The first time I was referred there after an accident; unfortunately, I was in another one, and this time I chose to bring my car there myself. Great service done here. My car which I only had for 3 months ended up rear ended and I was distraught to see the damage from behind, it was so bad my trunk wouldnt close. It took them about 8 days to do the job, but it was worth the wait to see my car looking like it was brand new.

In fact, the day after I got my car back, I noticed one of the features wasnt working, so I stopped off there to have them look at it. While the Progressive rep (Hans) was trying to brush it off as the button was bad, Osvaldo Hernandez wouldnt give up, and eventually found that it was just a fuse. He replaced the fuse, my accessory was working again & I left a happy customer. Osvaldo went out of his way to ensure that he did everything possible to try and rectify the problem & because of this, he did resolve it.I would definitely use Heat Collision again and would recommend them to anyone needing body work.

I was referred to this body shop by Windhaven Insurance company because my car has a minor hit on the side. The claim was approved and checks were scheduled to be sent to this body shop for the repairs but the shop called the same day saying the claim was “cancelled” and that they would not be performing any work. They tried to make it seem like if the claim was cancelled on my end so they could keep the checks without rendering services and were incredibly rude. They have been reported to the insurance company and we will not be going to this body shop again. My claim was not CANCELLED and what the body shop replied is UNTRUE. I asked to have the work done elsewhere due to their shady business.
