When Gloria, an employee, first gave me the quote, I wanted to compare it with other companies. The first one I called, no one answered. The second, they asked me to leave my number but they never called me back. The third company the person who answered the phone did not speak English and could not find someone who spoke English to come on the phone. I stumbled across Melissa looking for a new insurance policy, at Great Florida insurance. Ive been on the phone for 2 days giving me crazy quotes. The company that I was with constantly raising my rates, so its time to look for another company who is reasonably priced. She gave me a quote that was better than I had. That I had originally got from a company 4 years ago. So I decided I need to see her right away before things changed. I only had a few days left before my policy expired.
