Dont waste your time here, they want to give you the run around & take advantage of you. Do your research & buy your car insurance for cheap online. You would have wished you done it far sooner. Saves so much money. I got asked to change my review from corporate. They would rather deal with well earned negative & bad reviews than deal with & actually fix the real problem. Goes to show what theyre about & how they have their priorities.
