They cleaned a set of vintage chairs for me and they came out wonderfully! I took another chair later and it came out way better than expected! I highly recommend them for furniture cleaning. Fast and friendly service.
I had UltraClean of Arkansas come clean the couch and chairs yesterday.The Boys in Blue could have done a much better job than they did. Their scheduled time to be at my home was supposed to be 11:30-1:30. The office called at 12 (already 30 minutes late) to tell me they would be late.They didnt get here until 2:50 because other customers kept requesting extra things be cleaned. They were here for only 20 minutes including unloading and loading their equipment. They didnt let anything soak and they didnt clean the furniture nearly as well as they should have. They cleaned the top of the left cushion on the couch really well, because I pointed out a stain. It was the worst and they got all of it. If they would have spent half that effort on the rest of the furniture, it would be like new. I pointed out a couple other places when they were packing up that didnt get clean and was told some stains dont come out when in fact, those spots were practically dry. Im sure they were in a hurry, because they still had other jobs that day, but theres no excuse. If other people wanted extra things cleaned, they should schedule that stuff another time. They sacrificed my customer service for other customers. I was also quoted a different amount for the treatment when I made the appointment. They gave me a higher amount when they asked for payment. When I asked why it was higher and explained I was quoted $180 they said thats the cost. It was $220 total. For that, I could buy a steam cleaner and do a better job myself. I wont waste money on their service again.
I will never use them again. Their employees came into my moms home with no mask and and lot of excuses of why they could not wear one. My mom has been dealing with piss poor service for too many times now this total disrespect of her and her home in the mist of this pandemic. I am in disbelief and done!!!
I had a very disappointing experience with a recent carpet cleaning. My main concern that I expressed was the darkness along the edges of the carpet going up the stairs and in a closet. This area was not treated. I was able to remove 90% of the staining in the small sample areas I tried myself with Spot Shot. In addition, the carpet was no cleaner than when they arrived. Debris was left all along the edges and throughout. A hand held battery vacuum would have done a better job.I called another company and they came, addressed my concerns and were able to make the carpet look great. I asked for a refund and none was given with the reasoning being that I should have called them to come back out. If the job was not done the first time, why would I waste my time on a second return visit. Had I known they were to have been in the home less than 45 min (including getting equipment out etc), I would have stayed and not prepaid. Lesson learned.
