Always prompt. Very careful and aware of walls and windows. Moves the hoses carefully and MOST of all they get my carpets and furniture so clean!!! They are my go to guys for cleaning my carpeting and don’t bat a eye at my four dogs and kid filled home!!

Mike’s team was fantastic! They came to my house right on time and surveyed the rooms I needed done. I had time to explain my concerns and he provided really great recommendations based off of my carpet’s condition. He took the time to explain how the treatments work which is great for us people with little experience and knowledge in carpeting! While he was here, I inquired about some additional areas to be cleaned and they gladly made the time to add it to my scheduled services. Our daughters dog came to visit and decided to pee on our WHITE carpet in a few places. While it was a tiny dog (5 pounds) she left a HUGE stain on our carpet. Weve had other carpet cleaners attempt to get our carpet clean. Some of them nationally known brands. The carpet looks good until it dries and then the stain wicked back up through the carpet. It was embarrassing. The carpet is only 12 months old and we thought we were going to have to replace it.Then someone suggested Revive. They will always have my business. The carpet looks new again. Amazing job!

My carpet was a disaster I admit. But I asked prior to them cleaning it if they thought there was any hope in getting it clean. I could tell before they left that the stains were still there. I was highly disappointed in the results.I had seen their before and after photos and had really thought they would do a better job!However, after reading of my concerns, Revive reached out to me and asked I would allow them an opportunity to give it another try. They came back out and cleaned them again. The results the 2nd time around were more of what I was expecting! They definitely earned my respect and continued business by taking care of the situation. I have a chair that was handed down to me from a deceased grandmother. I was concerned about having someone clean it but after the dog sat on it I knew something needed to be done. Tyson was awesome and made sure I knew that he knew it was important to me. I also had several rugs with some serious puppy accidents and he cleaned and deodorized them and took the smell and stains right out. Revive was great and inexpensive! Contacting a representative for a quote was super easy, which made scheduling really easy. Not only were they on time but they were early. They called to make sure it was okay to show up early, which I appreciated. They made sure I know the process and also shared some safety tips for after - i.e., the carpet might be damp so be careful when walking on hardwood/tile. Our carpets, area rug, and living room furniture were given new life! I highly recommend and will keep them in my directory for future use.

We had Revive come out to our house to clean carpet in 3 rooms. We noticed an issue in one of the rooms a few days later, so I called, and they came back out to fix it. This is my first time using Revive. Honestly, I’m a bad carpet owner. I haven’t had my carpets cleaned in a long long time. My daughter is arty so she had a lot of ink on her carpet.
