Total Professionalism. Thats the best way to describe NSH. Every thing they do is, well... done exceptionally well. Im particularly impressed by their well-orchestrated customer communications. This includes their responsiveness to inquiries (replies by a live person!), as well as their automated informational emails that keep me (the customer) consistently updated and informed. I always know exactly where I am in the lawn treatment process, with notifications about upcoming treatments and well written tips & instructions which help me maximize the benefit of these treatments. Andrew and his staff have transformed our lawn into a beautiful thick carpet of grass! When we started with him a year ago, we were dealing with insect infestations that had our lawn bare in numerous places. Andrew was able to quickly put his finger on the problem and follow through in such a way that the turn around has been amazing. I would give this company 10 stars if allowed.

This is the second year working with Natural State Horticare. The guys are knowledgeable and responsive if I see an issue that needs addressing. I like the fact that they use natural products and help keep our environment cleaner without harmful runoff from my lawn treatments. Our home is new construction 2 years ago so its been a journey to get rid of all the weeds and things that come along with new sod, but Natural State has done a great job.

These guys pay amazing attention to your lawn. I resoded my lawn this year and you cannot tell because it is in such great condition already. My lawn has never been the green and weed free. They have gotten rid of every single weed I have seen grow. And they communicate very well with you and work well with you. The organics they use gives me peace of mind for my kids. They are well worth the money.

Natural State Horticare has been great! They saved us from resoding our front lawn and saved our flowering plants in the back. They even discovered a leak in our irrigation when we were away. They are local and they really care about your lawn and your plants. Plus they really try to be organic in what they use on your landscaping.

Not only does my yard look 100 percent more healthy and have less weeds growing, Kyle took the time to educate me on the harmful chemicals I was using and how using organic chemicals was safer for my daughter and doggos to be around, as a father I really appreciated the time he spent going over everything.
