I understand the need to sell the grass youve had the longest first but you should at least take steps to keep the grass from drying out. The grass I bought had been received the previous day and was in pretty rough shape. Even after watering for a week it is barely starting to green up

This has got to be the worst sod company in the state. Half my grass was dead. Customer service is awful. If you want nice living grass don’t go here

They sold me a bunch of dead sod that was infested with army worms. I watered that gras every day for two weeks. A little over week after I laid it down the army worms hatched. I would go anywhere but this place

Best sod company in Central Arkansas! The prices are so much better than other local resellers - because this is where they order their sod from. Zoysia & Bermuda at fresh cut & solid pieces of rolls. Fast loading & they’ll give you credit for a returned pallet.

The ladies that worked out front are wonderful they were really cool laid back I needed the last minute pallet of sod man she took care of me the guys outside or just good old boys good place thank you from the grass kicker

Great place to get sod! If they dont have it on hand. They can definitely get it within a couple of days! Use them all the time.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. they “misquote” prices, then charge you over double and say sorry about it and nothing they will do. They are $200+ for a pallet of zoysia when everywhere else is $125 roughly. Very infuriating for them to not own up to their “mistakes” and overcharge you purposefully.

I have done about half the back yard and quite a bit of the from yard in Bermuda sod from this company and they have provided excellent product!! The office staff is very friendly and very efficient and it’s easy to get in and out quickly. Would suggest to anyone.

I would recommend no one purchase a blade of grass from this place. Extremely rude, not helpful, argumentative, and refuses to deliver a small amount of grass. I understood there is a $100 delivery fee understandable because I don’t have the means of picking the sod up. Arkansas Sod & Turf Farm owner refused to deliver a small amount of grass even tho one of their employees said previously that this could be done. The worst business owner I’ve ever had a conversation with, screaming on the phone, comprehension for grammer is lackluster. They loss my business and I hope large businesses that want small or large orders know it’s a inconvenience for them to deliver even thou you pay the delivery fee.

When I needed a single piece of Sod they had it for a great price, but also when I did a yard for a friend I bought all the Sod here

You could tell that the sod had gotten too dry...Didnt look nowhere as good as our other stuff.

Good grass if you can get them to answer the phone to make the delivery.

I bought 3 pallets of sod. Almost 10% of it was straw with very little soil that ended up in a dumpster. About 50% was good. The rest was somewhere in between. When I called to complain, I was just told how great their sod was, yelled at, and accused of trying to scam them somehow. They refused to give me credit for the bad sod. They only offered to replace the 1 pallet that I hadnt put down yet, with no guarenty that it would be any better. Plus they were going to charge me another $100 delivery charge. The 2 women that I talked to were extreemly rude!I bought 5 pallets last fall. 50% of that ended up in the dumpster. You couldnt even pick it up off the pallet without it falling apart. I should have never given them a second chance.

My husband and I worked so hard in 100 degree heat last weekend spreading the most gummy dirt, with no sand mixure due to our lot being on an incline and drainage problems, on our front yard. After that major task we bought 2 pallets of Bermuda grass and spent that afternoon putting that down, and to find much of the 2ft pieces of sod have nut grass!!!! I just want to cry! Was so proud of our hard work and now its disappointing. I called the office and the attitude was, owell it happens!!!

We bought one 100.00 dollar pallet of sod. They offered 3 with ours being the cheapest of the 3. Maybe it was just my bad luck, or wrong time of year to buy sod. It was terrible, maybe 60% was ok the rest was rolled up grass with little dirt so it broke into small pieces. Wish i would ve bought the 300 dollar one now..😞 / update the sod did turn out beautiful

I experience bad customer service and probably would never do business here ever again. One lady was very rude to me and was not understanding. One minute you can not deliver sod and the next minute you can because you have to eat the cost. As a customer it is a level of respect that you should give and that was not giving to me in my case.

I was promised a pallet of sod the day before I went to pick it up today and was told I was not on the list and I would have to wait till next week the ladies that work there are very rude
