I am extremely skeptical of dealerships as much as the next guy. There was hesitation to take my 2018 honda pilot in for service when I noticed a check engine light on. These guys were extremely prompt and courteous. They diagnosed my problem nearly immediately and informed me it was covered under my warranty.The service center was top notch in the handling of my situation. They have earned my respect and trust. I will definitely take my car back for any future repairs.Best part was that they did not try to up sale or try to make me buy something unnecessary. Straight to the point! Very well done!
My first experience with this dealership has been great so far. We had a couple of bumps during the purchasing process, but they did their best to satisfy this customer. The sales rep who assisted me was Neal. He listened well and answered all of my questions. Today, I am enjoying my new HR-V Sport.I left a different dealership because of poor customer service; its the service department that truly determines the quality of professionalism and customer care. I expect to have a great experience here.
I’ve been car shopping for the last few weeks. After having a bad experience at the Honda dealership in Little Rock, I felt discouraged with the whole car buying process. I was told they had a car coming for me from a sister store. After a few days with no update, I checked in and was told it was still on the way. A week and a half later I found out that they didn’t even have a vehicle for me and couldn’t seem to locate one. I decided to look at other dealerships online and found exactly what the other dealership had been searching for at Russell. I did an inquiry online and within an hour I had a call from Mary. Immediately, she was a ray of sunshine on the phone. She said she saw that I was interested in a new Honda and asked me exactly what I was looking for. I told her I had found a specific car on their site and wanted to know if it was still available. She said it was and we set up a time for me to come look at it the next day. The moment I arrived, she made me feel 100% comfortable. She was waiting on me and had my dream car pulled up and ready to go for a test drive. She even took the time to explain all the safety features on the vehicle as well as letting me know about the customized settings you can select to personalize your car to you. She answered every question I had with ease.Car buying is exciting but can also be nerve wracking. Especially, when making such a big purchase. While I knew exactly what I wanted, Mary was a huge part of why I purchased my new vehicle at Russell. Her, along with the other employees I interacted with made it such a smooth and enjoyable experience. Being in sales myself, I know how important customer service is and the Russell team was top notch. If you are looking for a new Honda, I can’t recommend them enough. I’m so blessed to have met Mary and look forward to referring anyone I can to her in the future!
I love my ride but very disappointed with this dealerships maintenance department. Recently went in due to recalls and they left part of my console off so I had to put it back on myself. Also this is the first time Ive ever got car back without being vacuumed and cleaned up. And to top it all off they tried to charge me for the work. I told them no and had to wait while they corrected the charges. Overall very disappointed and probably wont be recommending this dealership to anyone else.
I will continue to buy from Russell Honda again and again and refer them highly. Top notch customer service, straight forward, and pleasant. Neal listened to what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and made it happen... no over promising, no BS, no pressure and very thorough. Brent in finance did just the same. This was 4 years ago so memory is a tad rusty, But my mom purchased a 2016 Honda HR-V EX-L Navi finished in Mulberry Metallic, My mom was super proud because it was off showroom floor!Salesman was al. Although the car was traded in at another dealer (missed her old car) after a whopping 7 months, but during that time we loved it!My mom has 2 jeeps prior to the honda and once warm weather hit she was starting to miss the top and doors off so we traded in for a jeep.And a little extra detail, We now have a beautiful Lexus NX.I’m a car enthusiast so i’ll often pop by local dealers and we still see al, and one of my favorite things about al is that he treats us like a friend and not someone he sold a car too, even after 4 years and not owning the car.
I just completed my second car buying experience with Russell Honda, more specifically working with their salesman Wilbur. Wonderful service as always!Since buying my car from Matt in 2018 I have always stuck with Russell for my routine maintenance and as soon as it came time to upgrade to an SUV I knew exactly where I was going. These guys go above and beyond to get you the best deal, get you what you want, and get things done quickly. I literally cannot think of one negative thing to say about this dealership.I was hesitant to make the plunge on this deal, but it was too good to pass up. Wilbur was patient with me, never tried to push me into an alternative to what my mind was set on, and was overall just pleasant to deal with.I plan on doing exactly what I did with my car, scheduling my maintenance with Russell and when the time comes trading with them again. I had some car trouble on my way from TN to Tx. I was hoping to stop in to this place to get my car checked out bc I heard noise and paneling under car wash coming off. I was put on hold twice. No one even spoke to me.
Our customer service agent Carlos at Russell Honda went above and beyond to have a crucial part overnighted and installed. We had VERY little time to have the repair made but Russell got it done. We are so thankful.

I would highly recommend the Russell Honda Service department! We were on a cross country road trip over the holidays when our car suddenly shut down on us in the middle of the high way. When we started it back up, the check engine light was on. Not wanting to drive 13 more hours with 3 kids 6 and under without ensuring the vehicle was in good condition, we frantically searched for a Honda dealership nearby. Despite it being 2 days before New Years and the service center being swamped, they were able to fit us in within 30 minutes and had our problem checked out and fixed in under an hour. I would especially recommend Carlos who was kind, friendly, and empathetic to our needs! They even had an amazing kids waiting room that my 3 kids loved!
I bought my first vehicle on my own from Russell about a week or so ago. My sales person was Eric Flowers. He was very patient, answered every question I had and it was the best experience.I had been to another dealership that was uncomfortable and I felt very forced to purchase a vehicle I wasnt crazy about, but luckily was able to leave.My deal with fair and future costs were even brought up in regards to tires when comparing to another vehicle.This is the second vehicle I have been involved in purchasing from Russell and will never go anywhere else.Thank you so much to Eric and Russell Honda!
I had literally looked all over the country and online for a Jeep Renegade. I called multiple dealers and very few were helpful or nice. Right when I was about to give up, Russell Honda had just gotten one traded in and it was exactly what I was looking for. Now for the review...the people at Russell Honda were awesome! I was driving from Mississippi to pick up the car and Eric and Emily were so helpful and nice the entire buying process. On a side note, Russell Honda does a great job at detailing as well.
From entering the dealership and meeting my Salesman, Dennis Ryan, and one of the Finance Managers, Brent Graham, the rapport was respectful, kind, honest and no pressure. They were both very knowledgeable, listened to me and helped me to select the perfect vehicle for me. The Finance Managers, Bill Uttrich and Ronnie Adams were above considerate and helpful. Five minutes after I left the lot, I was rear-ended. The General Sales Manager, Richard Wyatt, personally came to the accident scene. He was very reassuring and helped to calm me down. He even spoke to my Family by phone to let them know that I was okay. My entire purchase experience was Excellent!
The customer service is fantastic here as to be expected in a big dealership. But I had around a 3,000 dollar bill and I get home and my service light came right back on the same day. I took it to a different and more affordable mechanic and they got me fixed up and they didnt try to sell me on thousands of dollars of repairs either. I had to take a small loan for this 3,000 dollar bill and I do not feel 100% satisfied that I got my moneys worth. Again, very nice people here. But they are constantly trying to sell the biggest bill. Thats what dealerships do.
Slow to respond back on internet questions. Had to call just to see if my second email was received. On arrival at the car lot the salesmen acted like he had lead in his shoes walking up to us (we finally walked over to him) then sure wasnt in a hurry to go get the key for us. Then asked for my drivers license and proof of insurance for me to test drive a car. Ummm, no. Ive never, ever been asked that before. Keep your vehicle and lazy salesman. Ill shop elsewhere.

Excellent!!! All service people were professional, polite, and respectful. The service advisor explained what was needed and showed me an issue while my vehicle was on the lift. Ladies, you know that sometimes servicemen can be hesitant to address females, but these men treated me as fairly as they would a man. My 1999 CRV is riding well; feels solid. They added a free vacuuming, car rinse, and cleaned out some leaf debris from the wiper area. Very nice. The service was expensive, but I have a greater peace of mind as big issues were addressed. One caution, no service people are wearing masks, and social distancing seems difficult. I’m in a high risk group for COVID 19, so that made me a little nervous.
We have an older Honda, and the radio went out on it. We brought it in and they did a diagnostic test checking connections and such, at least that is what they told us. Couldn’t find anything wrong and told us we probably just needed a new radio. After we install it, we think our problem is over because the mechanics at a Honda dealership told us this should fix it. Well we were out later in the day and it goes out again. Husband as mad but he thought just maybe since he had never installed a car stereo before the wires jiggled loose. Turns out all it was, was the wire that connects to the battery. After he tightened that we haven’t had any problems. This is a man with very little car knowledge. Why didn’t the mechanics check it?! They had NO problem recommending 4400 dollars worth of other work though. We will not be coming back here.Only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one is because they didn’t charge us for the diagnostic test when they couldn’t find anything.
Truly, the service at Russell Honda is exceptionally fantastic! Cydney with sales and Brent with finance are courteous, direct, and make a deal promptly. The vehicle is perfect for me personally! Absolutely, I am very thankful and I do recommend Russell Honda!
Buyer Beware !! I purchased a used Toyota Tundra from these folks. The first day after purchase I noticed a shudder in the truck. Thought maybe a tire out of balance. Yes. This was a no warranty as is purchase but this vehicle was on the front row and youd like to think theyre a safe purchase. After 2 weeks the shudder got horrible so I took it to Toyota dealer to have it diagnosed. Turns out it had already been diagnosed at another Toyota dealer needing the torque converter changed out. Looks like previous owner went straight to Russell to trade it off. I notified Russell dealership of this by phone and visit. Was told repeatedly that the owner / general manager would call. At this point Ive only had vehicle for 3 weeks. No call. I was hoping maybe they would buy vehicle back, maybe help with repairs or at the least call and say tough luck its Buyer Beware. Vehicle now has to have transmission and torque converter replaced. Thats over $7000 through Toyota. Currently having transmission rebuilt. Im not saying they knew about the transmission but its looking more like they did. Anyway Ill pay to get it fixed and move on but its a pretty Sad, No principles dealership when they cant even call you just to say were sorry or Hahaha we got you. So just remember this as you look at their used vehicles and theyre being so nice to you. Theyll forget you like a fart in the wind when you leave with your purchase. I bet this dealership responds with a I should come by or call them. Remember Im still waiting on them to call me back. I was told by the salesman that the owner would call ME. Dont be fooled by them acting like they care.
Bought a CRV here in 2016 from Al. A very positive experience. They knew I did not have a lengthy amount of time to make a deal, and they made the process go swiftly. If you want to buy a Honda, go see Al and the nice folks at Russell.
I decided to get a car and was set on buying one from Bale Honda in Little Rock. But once I was ready to purchase I started to have problems. I asked questions and got half answers or none at all. They were not helpful and when I got to finance my price jumped from what I had expected. They still had to clean the car so I wouldnt be able to pick it up until Monday so I wasnt going to pay my down payment until then. In the meantime I contacted some other dealers and I told Russell Honda in Sherwood that I didnt feel comfortable with Bale and they offered me a lower price. When I called Bale to back out of my deal their price dropped dramatically. Special deal going on this week. Sure... Bad experience all together. Buying a car is a big decision and you should be able to go into a place and leave with peace of mind. Luckily I found Russell Honda. They were nothing but helpful and didnt include any bogus charges. My questions were answered and I am now a proud happy customer of a New Honda from Russell Honda. So Helpful and friendly!
All I can say is WOW!! While out of state on vacation our odyssey needed some serious repairs. Fortunately it was covered by warranty, but bad timing considering we were supposed to be on vacation!! Nick Tate in service was amazing! He immediately pulled up a work ticket, and got us into a courtesy car a 2018 odyssey within an hour, and we were back to our vacation. He kept me posted on progress and advised me on every detail going on with the service. This service was so stellar we are considering returning all the way from Florida when we are ready to trade-in for our next odyssey. Thank you Russell Honda of Sherwood! Your team is amazing!!
BEST Honda Ive ever been to! Was on the way to a wedding in Arkansas, and 3 engine/emergency lights came on on my dashboard while driving on the interstate. Being from out of state, we had to look up a Honda in the area. Called this Honda dealership immediately to see if they could fit us in, and they said yes. When we arrived they diagnosed my car immediately and even let the master technician see it. In and out in 25-30 minutes in time to get back on the road! Best customer service Ive ever had with a car dealership/auto service!
My wife and I purchased four vehicles from Russell Honda including, a 2001 certified used Accord in 2003, 2005 Civic (new), 2008 Pilot (new), and 2014 Civic (new), therefore we have been consistently involved with Russell Honda’s sales and service since 2003 (12 years). Our 2005 Civic went 140,000 miles before its first repair was needed (that is amazing). Our Honda’s have performed great and during this 12 year period we’ve used Russell Honda’s service department at least 75 times. No more than 5 or 6 of those were for repairs (that is also amazing) – the rest were obviously routine maintenance. There were only three times when we did not get the service we expected. Twice they did not do what was promised and once we had to wait a long time before we could reach the service department. We mention this because in today’s world it is amazing that service could be so good; that is 96% (72 of 75) satisfaction without any further consideration. But what is important is that there was further consideration. When we brought the problems to their attention, they more than made good for the two times they shorted us, they took care of both problems and on one of those occasions we received a free set of tires. The one time we had to wait they apologized – considering the rest of our experiences we’re more than fine with that. We are both in our 60’s and have never known a more dependable auto dealer and service department. Anyone can have a good or bad experience with any dealership or service. We are confident to say that, given the chance, Russell Honda will more than prove its worth and truly has the customer as Number 1. We highly recommend both Russell Honda’s sale and service departments.

We’ve been going to them for sales and service for over ten years and you won’t beat their prices on Honda’s and you won’t beat the quality of care they provide in their Service Dept for maintenance and upkeep on your Honda vehicle. I had a 2006 Odyssey EX-L that I finally traded in for a 2012 Pilot Ex-L in 2013. I can honestly say I loved being a mini-van mama and I also love my SUV. I agreed to take it down if they refunded my mom.Well five years later, shes still waiting!Bad review is back!These guys are liars and thats the only thing that matters
Scheduling the service appointments was done quickly and professionally. The work to be done was thoroughly reviewed prior to the technician beginning the work. It was done when promised, or shortly before. The cost has been reasonable. I have been comfortable referring my family and friends to the dealership with only positive results to date.
Mother bought 3 Hondas from Russell. She had nothing but EXCELLENT and honest service from the sales staff to the service department, even when trading up, they gave her top dollar.
I have been a customer of Russell Honda since 1987. I drove a 1982 Prelude until 1997 when I bought a 1995 Prelude which I still drive today. Bobby Sweet was working in the service department my first visit in 1987. I have always received excellent service from Bobby and the Honda service staff. I will continue to be a customer as long as my Prelude continues to run and maybe even after that. Hondas are great cars!
The most recent service visit at Russell Honda was like every previous service visit. The service manager was friendly & carefully explained any issues that were discovered after the technician had started working on the vehicle. I have been well pleased with all work performed & have never been pressured to have additional work done on the vehicle. They have always offered servicing options in the event that I do not want to proceed with more extensive repairs that do not need to be performed immediately.
Stopped in on a cross country trip needing an oil change. Carlos, the service adviser, got the car in immediately even though I didnt have an appointment. Excellent customer service!
Rating for Service Dept. only. Have had my older Honda here for various service on several occasions. All the intake mgrs and mechanics are well spoken and give clear details on what they did or may need to do. Not your typical dealership. UPDATE 4-30-18 Beware. I had cause to change a tire after having an alignment done here. COULDNT BREAK THE LUGS LOSE WITH A STD LUG WRENCH!! Had to use a breaker bar and cheater pipe. Turns out, lugs were tightened to TWICE recommended torque and some stripped. Well see what they will do about it. More later.
Always get top notch service at Russell Honda! Bobby Sweet is excellent & the entire department is great! I dropped in without an appointment to get a brake light fixed and a low tire alert. They graciously took me in & completed it very quickly. Now that is customer service!! I have had 5 Honda all from Russell Honda!
I am on my 3rd Honda and they have been purchased and maintained by Russell. The Service Department at Russell is top notch, Bobby runs a tight ship. I have pulled in before and told the Service Tech that I needed a Front End Alignment and instead of breaking his wrist to write it up he asked me what makes you think you need this, one time I hit a deer and even though there was no visible damage to the car took it to Russell and they checked it out at no charge, they replaced a Transmission once and it started leaking again so they along with Honda decided to put a brand new one in. I have complete faith in the work they do and if they tell me my car needs something I dont worry that I am being taken advantage of.
After purchasing 7 vehicles from this dealer I brought my last Honda Civic in they appraised at a certain value left a deposit for the new vehicle. After being told the vehicle would arrive in 3 weeks then 5 weeks etc etc it actually took 2.5 months. That part was not their fault but was their fault is they broke the contract once the vehicle finally came in they wanted to give me less than what we agreed to in writing. The Honda Civic that I was trading had less than the national average in miles and still had far less than the national average for a 2 year old vehicle when the new car arrived. I was told the reason Used vehicles depreciate every month by the math they were offering the Honda Civic I was trading would be worth only 20% of its original value at the end of the 5 year term regardless of the miles. I even tried to talk to manager and they told me It is a fair offer on my trade in Buyers beware!!!

Russell Honda is the standard to which all other Honda dealerships should be compared. Outstanding service and sales, they actually build and maintain long term relationships with their customers. In a time when automobile dealerships have started claiming to be so customer oriented and all that, (why havent they always been this way) Russell Honda just keeps doing what they have always done, which is to simply give the best theyve got to each customer.

Love the sales side....well, at least the guy I usually use. I dont know about the rest of them. The service department though is not great and is getting worse. Family was on way home when Odyssey quit running. Called them, spoke to Adam in service dept. He had wrecker pick up the van and courtesy car pick up the family. It was an oil pressure switch that had gone bad. All fixed in 4hrs and they were back on the road. They treated my family like their own. They were great! Thank You, Adam.

Bought a brand new 2017 CR-V from Russell Honda. The oil was leaking from the plate cover for the timing belt. When my wife took the car in for repair they changed the oil and fixed oil leak. When we took the car back in for a oil change they said the the complimentary one time oil change had already been used so we did not get this one free.I wonder how Honda would have liked it if we would have just let all the oil leak out instead of getting the leak fixed.I do not think that we should have had to use the one time complimentary oil change for our 1st visit to replace the loss oil that had leaked out because of a faulty gasket.
Service techs were excellent. Office staff not so much. When asking about any coupons, was given a $5.00 off my service when there was a $10.00 off coupon available.
Ive been taking my vehicle the since I bought it. Theyve always treated me nice and didnt try to over sale anything. That has earned then my roast business.
Went on my lunch break to look at new Accord and told lady at receptionist desk I only had a few minutes to look at vehicle and 20 minutes later I was ignored and forgotten. I went to other Honda dealership in Little Rock two days later and was helped quickly.I looked at reviews but since it was so close to home didnt make since to go drive 10 miles out of my way. Big mistake, live and learn.Follow up on my review. What is quite concerning is the fact that you are copying and pasting the same canned response to the bad reviews. I guess when you run a business like you do it shouldnt be surprising the lack of effort you put forth on reactive fixes.
This was my 2nd time I visited Russells Honda service center and I am fully satisfied with their prompt and complete service. They are very friendly and eager to help all the way they can. I had follow up questions over phone and they are so happy to talk and help over phone too. I recommend Russell to anyone !

Russell Honda first came to our aid repairing a used car I had purchased from a friend in the auto body business. Later the battery pack gave up the ghost. Seeing that I was confused by how to respond to such a major repair, after returning me to the office, our technician, Nick Tate, confidentially discussed the situation with the company ownership and Matt Fowles so that we returned and were presented the option of trading in the broken vehicle for a new Civic we could drive home that day. It has been a great car and I always return to Russell Honda with a smile.
I bought my Accord here six years ago and the same people have always worked here. Theyve taken great care of my car and me and Ive always trusted their work. Will miss them when I move.

Was ok except that they said they wont do financing for you there. Honda wanted us to go find our own financing then come back. Not very customer friendly on the financing part.
I asked salesman to pick me up in little rock to submit the paperwork to fax to my special needs trust, and was refused.if they dont want to drive a few minutes to show me the car and submit the the bill to my trust i guess they dont need the 13,000plus from me. whoever told me they have good service lied.
Great dealership, it’s the only dealership that I will take my new Acura MDX for service. You heard right, they service Acura Products to, as they are a Honda product too. Ask for Bobby Sweet, he will take care of you. I say this with all sincerity, as I am a retired American Honda District Manager of 35 years. You won’t be disappointed.

Buying a car was nice. Bart did a great job with me. However, the service was a different story. I went back to get a complimentary oil change. Called and made an appointment. Told me 40 mins. I waited for 2 hrs. Very bad taste in mouth. Had I known, clearly I would have rather just paid someone else to do it in 20 mins. NOT WORTH IT!!
This was my second time to get my wifes CR-V serviced at Russell. Ive never seen a better service department anywhere. Its usually a pain to take her car for service...especially when she had a VW. But I would recommend Russell to anyone. Extremely polite service writers, not pushy trying to sell you extra service you dont really need. Went to Russell Honda last weekend and went to the Accords looking for V-6 model. I found what I was looking for and usually by then someone would come out to meet you but after 10 minutes or so I went inside and asked to talk to salesman. I then waited another 15 minutes or so and no deal so I left. Dont waste your time at this dealership.
Excellent Customer Service and they also explain, to those of us who DO NOT speak mechanics, what they are doing to your vehicle thouroughly 🙌

Jimmy Landrum (SALESMAN) and the staff were very professional and knowledgeable.Purchased new 2017 Honda Ridgeline. Most of the deal was worked out electronically through Jimmy. We worked out my trade in (if my trade in matched my description) and ridgeline price before going to the dealership. AFTER arriving the deal went smooth and quick. Thats the way I like to do business.
I went in to this car dealer to buy a car and I didnt have much to offer in terms of down payment since I am still a student and working only part time. I had an old car to offer as a trade, something this was probably not worthy of a trade. Bobi Taylor, the salesperson who I met and who was working with me was one of the best sales representatives I have ever seen. She never pushed me towards one car and she asked me many questions about my likes and dislikes. She was not rushing me at all either. Long story short, even though there was no car deal due to unforeseen circumstances, Bobi never gave up on all the options I had asked her to explore for me in order for me to be able to afford the car. Shes definitely who you want to meet with first and I highly recommend her!

Keith Tilley, Carlos, & Joseph Sowell in the service department are A+. Neil Nesler was a fantastic internet car salesman. The Russell Honda extended family are the reason why I drive from Hot Springs (1 hr. and 54 minutes, 110.6 miles, at a fuel cost of approximately 1/2 tank of gasoline; round trip under excellent driving conditions) just to get an oil change. And NO, I do not have free oil changes for the life on my Accords ownership. Save yourself some time, buy your vehicle from Russell, and make sure you attend the Honda Owner Workshop. I promise, you will walk away with something that will benefit you as a Honda owner.
My wife and I travel through Arkansas often in one of our many Hondas over the last 25 years without any break downs. This year I noticed oil on the back of our Element so I pulled over and got a room in Carlisle just outside Little Rock thinking Id call a dealership next morning realizing it was Memorial Day, next morning having no expectations. Much to my suprise Russell Hondas service advisor Nick Tate was on the phone giving me directions to their dealership. I have dealt with many service departments but Nick is one of the most professional people I have ever met. He went way beyond any Service Advisor I had ever dealt with he got my car right in and on the lift and brought me back to show me what the problem was he told me they didnt have the part in stock and the other dealerships were closed. Nick hands me my keys tells me where to find food and a motel till Next morning naturally I expected him to hand me an invoice for diagnosis and fluid top off but he said no sir I will call you first thing in the morning and we will replace the seal for the price he had already worked up earlier which I might add was very fair. I was very impressed because what I have not mentioned yet is I am a retired Master Salesman from Swope Honda in Kentucky. I have dealt with dealerships all across the U.S. and rarely do you find a Service Advisor like Nick Tate so my hat is off to you Nick awesome job, hard to find people like you anymore!! Customer service was rude, and although I scheduled an appointment, they looked at me like I had come from Mars. I was assured I would have a courtesy vehicle ready, which was false, and then told to wait until someone shows up. When I asked if I should reschedule, the customer service person wouldnt even answer me and acted as if I had insulted his mother. In the end, they didnt even call to alert me my vehicle was ready. I am not sure why they would not address these problems with their staff, it doesnt make a good impression.
I went in to get the lowbeam bulb replaced on my Accord. After they did that they reset the Navi system and that the radio part was bad and would have to be sent out. I went to another Honda dealer and they properly reset both radio and the Navi. I will not use Russell for any other service at all. Further consideration? None
The advertised price on their website is either right at or just below invoice price according to Edmunds. Hard to beat that.
Best dealership for new car purchases and trade-ins ever.
Made a deal on a car today. Was going to buy it but the electricity went out. Sticker price $25,900. They said theyd give me 600 above my pay off on my car and sell me their car for $24,000 taxes paid. Looked online and they have the exact car listed for $23,275. Tsk, tsk, tsk.... Bad business practices. Someone was looking out for me today. They wouldnt even let me drive it home even though I had been pre approved. Said its the Russell family rule to not allow demo contracts. Everyone just go shop Everett. Everett let me demo for 2 days, but I just didnt like the car. Shame on me for looking else where.
I have a certified used Honda from this location. Their service is both very high quality and reliable.
