DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. They garnished my check and I paid them off fully and then they waited 5 months later to say that I owe interest of $600 on top of paying off $6440. When I asked why wasn’t it included in the initial garnishment amount they had no answer. I really feel like I been robbed!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

Don’t buy a car from them. They are over priced flood cars with badly rigged parts. Sold me a ragged Camry needed a new engine. I took it to have serviced nobody ever called an tried to help me get it fixed. They gave me a repo. Stuck it back on the lot! Sold it for 9000 and auctioned it off last August for $500 and now they garnishing my check for 85000! This place is the biggest rip off there is! I pray I can get past this! Idek how this is even legal. Why should I pay off a car I want get back this is ridiculous. They never even reported any of my payments

Dont go here. Back in 2017 my job closed down and for a terrible 6months I was jobless. I thought i was doing the right thing. I lost my job and instead just not paying. I called and told them that I lost my job and Im going to bring the car back because Im not sure when Ill find another job. They took the car back and said that it would be auctioned off. Now its about to be 2021 and my job calls me on my day off to tell me that JMC Leasing has put in a wage garnishment. We are in a pandemic and struggling as it is to get by. This company doesnt care. The reason they say the get people into vehicles when no one else will. Is because they destroy your life as long as that means their wallet is getting bigger on over priced cars. I had a estimator look at my car and he told me my car would barely be worth $2000 they wanted $9,000 before interest. To anyone looking through these reviews to see if this a company you should do business with. Its a definite no. The low 2 out 5 rating speaks volumes. Dont make the same mistake as many of us have with this company. Had a cousin who worked for this company and they quit because he said this company has no moral compass.

This company jmc leasing are a very bad company to deal with. Turned in the truck and they are still trying to get money. They overcharged for the truck. Dont buy from this company

I purchased a vehicle from this place in 2013. I voluntarily let it go back with the understanding that I wold not be liable for the remaining balance. Per my conversation with the sales department.In may of 2018 I received a letter from their legal department stating I owed them $4,000.00+, that I needed to set up a payment arrangement to pay off my dept. About two months later my wages started getting garnished for 25% of my pay. They took that much every paycheck for a year. Then the garnishment stopped. Fast forward to now. I have received another letter stating they have a judgment against me for the amount of $2739.91. And requested documents of my current address current employer and my current banking information. I attempted to look up and Information on this so called case against me but have turned up empty handed. There are no records of this case being filed or a judgement being granted against me.It has been 8 years since this vehicle was returned. It’s is not even a negative mark or a repossession on my credit report. I am tired of being harassed threatened and demanded by these people. I however have found several court cases and judgements against their company. I wouldn’t recommend anyone doing business with these crooks

I have purchased 2 amazingly great vehicles from JMC, and the people there always do me right. Given I never did fall behind on my payment. My nissan, eventually had the transmission go out on it one year left from paying it off. They financed the repair and went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of in a way I could still afford the car. We recently purchased a Ford escape and it to has been amazing. Now we are in the market for a 3rd car. Im unsure why all the reviews are bad. But if your straight and forward with them, they have always been the same for me.

Saved my life when I needed a car and very helpful since. I imagine if you dont make your payment they will like all other businesses hound you for their $. I have been late making my payment before and they were very understanding and patient. Great employees!

The absolute worst place to get a car. Please do not get a car from here. The worse cars and service. The contract agreement is really bad. I got my wife a car from them and not even a week of driving it messes up. 5 months pass and now the transmission is bad. Please go anywhere else it’s not worth it.

These people cost me my house my job my car and my family they can burn in hell for all I care. They sold me a car that had a lot of issues they were going to work with me on repairs until they told me that I had to pay the full price of the repairs up front with the car payment and the insurance and I couldnt do it so that meant that I faulted on the car and they sued me. what was owed on the car was $7,000 l but now Im being sued for $10,000 so thank you so much for screwing me over.

As a person who is in the customer service field they are rude they call and harass even when you contact them they demand payment.Also they dont try to work with you, they just call and call until you pay. Glad to never have to use them again. Be warned they will do the same to you be smart save your money and get a cash car.

Definitely dependable and affordable

After contacting Nick Nash from Facebook..and did a credit check..all seemed to be good and only thing I had to bring in was a down payment..I expected the first credit check on my credit report was all fine and good. Now while I am writing this I am working and on my lunch break..they called and done another credit check on my credit..I texted the guy Nick and he said they only did it once..when I checked my credit report, sure enough my credit been hard inquired once again..I dont trust these guys and I do recommend people going to Car Mart or to a new car dealership..just have a hunch all the other reviews are accurate..by all means, stay away from these people!!!

Rude rude rude unprofessional! This place needs to be shut down! Their customer service is ridiculous, they are beyond rude! I cannot wait to have this ‘experience’ dealing with them behind me. It has been nothing but a headache the whole time. DO NOT waste your time or money on these CROOKS!!

Rude and harassing employees. They show up to repossess a car when payment is not a full day late. Then try to extort an additional $600 for the tow.... scandalous pieces of fecal matter....And Im hearing its because a lady is making a name for herself... several other people getting their cars took today.Take your business somewhere besides these cockroaches!

Bunch of dirty thieves who I plan to sue asap I am currently searching for contact info for Aaron Christie the vice president over the company due to my defamation lawsuit and vehicle that has been refused redemption due to an altercation with one of their rude employees. I cant wait to get this ball rolling I have recorded calls of the lies and verbal agreement lies that they told me and then broke. I cant wait to laugh in Liz face! Coming soon!
