Had a appointment to get my hair colored for my vacation and being i work all day Monday through Friday and Saturday being my only time to go i get out there and the girl doing my hair forgot my appointment and had already left made no effort to come back so my business with super cuts is completely over very bad business thank God another salon took me in ...

If I could give zero stars I would. Came in with my 2 year old son and boyfriend. Both of them needed a hair cut. He set my baby down, about to start cutting his hair and my son move his heat a little and I then I start talking to my baby to calm down. (As he always does) and Britney the styles on 13517 Crystal hill rd. NLR, AR. REFUSED to cut my son hair and she gave me an attitude. I have never experienced such of horrible customer service. They have lost a customer. Toke my business down the road to Great clips. And they treated my son with love for him to cal down. I do not recommend this business to any momma out there.

Took both of my boys in this afternoon and Jennifer was great! The cuts are adorable but better than that she had so much patience with them. Made the whole experience that much better! We will definitely be coming back!!

I’m unsure if it’s just the type of people they hire or part of the training they do here but the majority of the stylist do not know one thing about customer service or being polite. If you have a toddler you will get excuses why they can’t take you. If you call to see if there is long wait on the list you will get a rude disrespectful response with tone. Now, they’ve lost a long time customer of 4 years. ✌️

Good cut - fast. Because there was no one there or call ins .That is my biggest complaint. Call ins get priority over you even though you ve been waiting for 45 min. Bad business model. 1st come 1st served super cuts .not call in 5 min earlier and you get bumped. GRADE F---

So I came in to get a haircut and I meet Cheyenne who was just incredible with her skills. She did so great highlights that I’m actually thinking of having her as my haircut stylist I refer to for color!!!! Love her bunches!!!

We arrived at 6:30 before the store closed (7:00) and the doors were locked. A guy was walking from the back towards the front reception desk and did not look up once or try to explain why the door was locked as we stood there for a bit to see if he would come to the door. No sign was posted and store hours were not adjusted to make them closed at this time. We were sitting in the parking trying to set up an appointment at another place and the employee (Jacob was the stylist listed as active on the website during this time) walks out and leaves at 6:40. 2-3 other customers drove up after he left and attempted to go inside also.

Staff up or shut down... last three times been in just two stylists on duty. Was told we cant do anything but cut today. Rude as well. Used to be a good place with friendly people. No more.

Im usually not too picky with my hair cuts and I wanted a regular hair cut 1/2 in. on the sides and 1 in. on top but I accidentally got a fade from this place that makes me look like The Great Ruler of North Korea :(Ahh what the heck Friendly service though ( good thing hair grows back)

Good but pricey haircuts. Pretty bad customer service.Last time I went they were busy when I walked in. They told me it would be 45 minutes before they could service me (to which I agreed). After an hour waiting a dude walks in with a call ahead (or whatever they call it). He got the next haircut and i walked out.

Terrible!!! I went in to have my hair styled and,it was awful. The customer service hotline was even worst, they promised to email me with an invoice for a full refund and it never happened!! I had to go home myself after paying 20 for them the flat iron my hair and nothing else . When i got into my car and got a good look at my hair and called the manager to express my dissatisfaction and request a partial refund she abruptly said no and hung up on me. I will never go there again abd strongly advise others dont either!!!

Okay Im not saying everyone at this location is a bad hair stylist, but aggie did a terrible job on my hair. It looks plain horrible its embarrassing, it literally looks like Im missing hair in certain parts of my head. I was very specific and clear about how I wanted my hair cut but it didnt work. She rushed through the whole thing like if it was the end of the world, and was very sloppy dropping scissors, along with comb. It wasnt busy at all to be in a rush. I dont know if it was her first time giving a bad haircut but I hated it. Waste of 15$

I have been going to Super cuts for 6 to 7 months, no one is perfect but may I say the price is the price whereever you go and if it isnt right let the staff know immediately in order to give them a chance to fix it. My husband, son, and I go here. My last experience was with Oliva the manager, she colored my hair and I have had it done a month ago and still non stop compliments!!!! Thank you so much Oliva!
