Took my truck in to get a 2inch level done and a set of Toyo Open Country AT 33s. Leon was very energetic and made me feel comfortable and excited to be there. I dropped my truck off at 10am and picked it back up at 2pm all ready to go. Guys thank yall so much the truck looks amazing.

This location is wonderful but i would always say before you go always book an appointment because it’s impossible to just roll in and get your car worked on because the gentleman are always working hard and booked. Yes I went to Precision Tune on JFK about 8 May 14th Ive never been treated so good in my life he is wonderful he told me things about my car I did not know what I should do about them he needs a race he was polite and very busy but he took the time out for each customer to give him special attention you need to send them a letter of some kind and tell them they are doing a great job my name is Melanie kid he is great I just wanted yall to nothing you can trust him hes honest thanks a lot

Such a vastly different experience from the other one near cantrell! They got me in and out within 30 minutes, and gave me wiper blades to go cause mine were still good.

Friendly employees, quick service and they give you a run down of what they did and what you may need in the future. JFK is a busy street most of the day, so it may be a bit hard to turn into the business if you are on the opposite side. Otherwise I have no complaints.

The staff here are so helpful and respectful. They’re very knowledgeable about vehicles and never try to trick me when I bring my vehicle in. They work quick and hard and offer great deals for anybody needing work done on their vehicle.

Fast friendly affordable

I went and used a Groupon and got an oil change a few months ago. I went back this week and the guy refused to honor the Groupon, he was rude, condescending, argumentative, tried to tell me I didnt use the Groupon I used a few months ago. I brought it up on my phone and showed him and he was still rude, said the previous visit shouldnt have used the Groupon. I left and now have to try to get my Groupon refunded. Me and my family will never use this place again

After trying Jiffy Lube (excellent service) and being told I had a loose drain plug and they could not assist. I was advised Precision may be able to assist. The lot had quite a few cars there. I was 5th in line at 8:00AM. I did not get names but every single mechanic was observed talking with clients, treating others with respect and just good people. I am so very pleased with the service I received. The gentleman at the counter advised me it would be maybe an hour and a half. He was true to his word. By 9:19 AM my car was done and I was walking out!

They do everything right at the NLR location! Great knowledgeable people that will Do the right thing! I wouldnt ever take my car anywhere else!!

Ive used them for routine maintenance for a year and a half now, honestly if it were not for the fact that the service once they get to you is very well done, this would be one star that said if you are not first in line and early to get there they will pretend you dont exist (no hello, no wave, maybe a mean look). I just spent my second visit waiting 30 minutes to just get my oil changed waiting on a lady to check out, the guy on register types with one finger each (which is not bad just unprofessional since they are his middle fingers), and goes in and out like he cant remember what is being done to your vehicle. If you like very good service to the vehicle and have 6 hours to kill for minor stuff go here prices are fair, otherwise go elsewhere Im now looking for a new place to get my oil changed since my time is valuable.

I have been coming to this location for years... After several bad experiences, I decided to go with another company. The bad experiences had nothing to do with the technicians. The work is always quality. After many attempts of trying this location, again, one of the 5 attempts was successful in making me feel like a valued customer. Every other attempt upset my mood and had this momma so frustrated, that I almost left a horrible review and called corporate. The manager almost had me in tears on more than one occasion... This being said, my fifth and final attempt was today... This is the first time in YEARS, that Ive felt appreciated as a customer. Leon is wonderful!!! His customer service skills are of kindness and concern for his customers. He is putting his heart into this and you can tell. We very much appreciate him today and will continue to, as long as hes with your company. I thank you for making this change!!! As for today, I know I will be walking out with a smile on my face. I always get good and fast service on my car.

The manager on duty was very nice. He honored our Groupon voucher with no issues and we were able to received everything we paid for which included an oil change with free wiper blades. My only complaint is the waiting area was extremely hot. It was 100 degrees outside and 90 degrees inside. That was ridiculous to have patrons wait for their cars to be completed in such a hot environment. The manager stated he has asked the company for tint on the windows to keep the waiting area cool however they have not complied to date. Shame.

First of all, I like the fact I dont have to have an appointment. The staff at this one makes you feel great when you walk in the door, appointment or not. The staff is friendly, professional and fast. I feel they genuinely care about me and the safety of me in my car. This last visit (2 days ago) they found a frayed belt that everybody else had overlooked. I was most thankful for that. Plus, they quoted me one price (which I accepted) but it was actually a lower price, which they informed me on, instead of just ringing up the higher price. Now THAT is great customer service. As I walked out, they said goodbye and hoped to keep my business. Not a problem. I drove almost 15 miles to get there, while there is another oil change shop just down the street from my house. They forever have my business and my thanks.

I’ve tried to schedule an alignment to be done. Both central Arkansas locations equipment to do alignments is broken. So I called the location on the Air Force Base and their equipment is fine. However when I got there. They informed me that they don’t honor the Groupon! I’ve been informed that it’s been months since they’ve let corporate know about the equipment!

You better get there WAY before 6 if you want your oil changed. I tried to take my car in at 5:15 and they told me they were closed. The one in WLR is much better.

Our first experience was fine. Second experience was not great. They were rude and left our glove compartment off of its hinges with our stuff all over the floor mat. They were supposed to have aligned our tires but our mechanic friend said they didn’t even try. Would not recommend this place. Sorry.

I usually have nothing but good things to say about this company. Theyre qwick, efficient, and courteous. This last experience wasnt so pleasant. With that being said, I will use them again unless I end up with bad service.

LOST MY BUSINESS! I became a regular, until I needed radiator work done. I called the one on JFK and the manager TODD, he said they can do all I asked and was friendly. However, when I got their he was rude and claimed I didn’t speak to him and he didn’t know anything about doing any type of work on radiators (even though it says in their list of services) and kept claiming I never spoke to him. Must be another worker with the exact same name and voice. But never again will I do business with someone so rude and unprofessional.

If I could rate this a zero I would. I called this place a few days before my boyfriend and I even went up there for our Dodge Charger. This guy told me that they would do an alignment for our car and I didn’t have to make an appointment it was just first come first serve. So a couple of days later we go up there and they had one person there, we walk in and the guy doesn’t even greet us, he just looked at me and said I’ll be right with you. He ended up telling me he didn’t know how long of a wait there was, couldn’t even give me a estimated time or how many customers were even in front of us or anything. No information. Was honestly really rude and could tell he could care less for our business. We told him okay we will just go somewhere else and he began talking again saying how he try’s to keep his guys busy and how he can’t help that, but he can help how rude he was being. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Horrible customer service. Let’s just say they’re not too fond of darker complexion customers. As soon as I walked in the door one of the “technicians “ if that’s what you want to call him. Started over talking me and being flat out RUDE. No wonder I was the only car in their parking lot. Taking my money somewhere it’s appreciated.

***DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!***If I could give negative starts I would. Let me first say that I’ve been using this location for years and that I have am driving my car out of town tomorrow. The way I was treated at this location makes me question if the old stigma of woman being taken advantage and treated differently at car service places isn’t still an issue. I had pre purchased an oil change from Groupon specifically for this location. Upon arriving at 3:00 I was told that they would not be taking any more customers because all of the technicians had other obligations that they had to attend to. (There was only one other vehicle there.) I was also informed that all the technicians leave at 3:30. After asking the manger about the closing time posted for 4:00 online and the door wasn’t accurate he said “I stay until 4:00 but the technicians leave at 3:30.” He was rude and acted like I was asking for so huge favor for them to do the work I had already paid for. Once he told me he would not do the work I asked about a refund for the purchase I made and was informed that Precision had nothing to do with Groupon and that they did not issue refunds. He turned away at least three other customers who where leaving when I arrived. The manager suggested that I try calling the location on West Markham to see if they could do it for me but then told me they probably wouldn’t. THANK GOODNESS I DIDN’T LISTEN AND CALLED THEM. The manager at the W. Markham location not only told me he could get me in but he also apologized for the way I had been treated at the JFK location. I WILL NEVER USE THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!Update: I got in touch with the corporate office regarding this issue. The manager named Darrell contacted me. He was very rude and started the conversation with making excuses for why they did what they did. I understand that shops stop taking customers at a specific time but I also understand turning away business. I hope the franchise owner understand that this company is allowing them to loose large amounts of their money.
