Had to get my engine replaced and DJ’s Auto Repair did a great job. When you walk into the shop, you can tell that everybody is having a great time with what they are doing. Even though they had an entire parking lot jam packed with cars, they always remembered me by name and could tell me exactly what was going on with my car during the replacement process. I always felt as though business was being conducted on a personal level. Although the replacement took longer than expected, I feel as though DJ’s Auto Repair was always acting in my best interests and didn’t allow small issues to slip by during such a complex repair. My car now works just as it should and they stressed that if something went wrong that I could seek their assistance any time and they gave me an emergency warranty that covers breakdowns anywhere in the nation. Special shout out to David who was my go-to person throughout the process, he and the rest of the team put me at ease.

DJ’s was honest about my truck. They did a complete inspection so they could make sure my vehicle was safe. I knew most of what was wrong. They gave me a fair price and warranty. I will definitely take my vehicles there to be worked on from now on.

Came in to diagnose an A/C problem. Even though they looked extremely busy they got us in within a day of drop off. Took about 1.5 days to diagnose because it was a very slow leak. Ended up calling the evap core bad, as well as the heat pump. Can’t say I didn’t think that’s what it was, I just wanted to be sure. They also did all sorts of tests on the Vehicle for free. Just like quality or oil/coolant took pictures of everything and pointed things out you may have missed. Uploaded it to a site they send you a link to and you can keep record of it! Super easy and helpful. Not to mention EVERYONE IN THERE HAS A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!! This probably goes the furthest to me.Last time I was in there I was informed that if you’re buying a used car, they will do the however many point inspection for FREE before you buy it. How incredible is that. Just acts of good faith all around.I have used DJ’s before and I’ll be back. Even if it’s only to diagnose my problems!

My wife DJs shortly after we move here from CA and now she no longer takes her Jaguar to the dealer for services and repairs. Wow! They were lifesavers! My car broke down on a cross country road trip, and despite the fact that they were slammed busy, they replaced my CV axle and helped get me back on the road the same afternoon. So incredibly friendly and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone!

My vehicle broke down while traveling. They diagnosed gave me the estimate and drove me and my family to the hotel of our choice while we figured out a solution. My vehicle was to old to put money into repairs so I decided to junk it. Anyway amazing customer service and all around nice people thank you for helping my family and me when we were stranded.

I visited Djs auto repair about two months ago after being turned down by a transmission shop. My car was giving signs of my transmission going out, so I went to Djs auto repair for a second opinion. They did a diagnostic test and they gave me a list of other issues that had nothing to do with the transmission. Okay cool, paid them $1800 to fix everything. I picked my car up and the same day it was doing the same exact thing. I took it back and low and behold it was my transmission. I feel like they knew what it was before hand but decided to fix other things. So in the end I wasted $1800 with them.

We came here desperate with multiple problems on a cross country road trip, and had the best experience. They took in our mini cooper, checked out everything, gave us honest feedback, and saved the trip. Everyone was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and they took us in despite being busy, and had the car out there getting the ac running when we got there. Cannot thank them enough!

Excellent service. Was in need of a device on my Audi while on vacation and being so far from my trusty California mechanic back home, I anticipated the search of a demandable German repair shop I. in Little Rock would be daunting but thankfully I scored by finding DJ’s. Had an issue with the online scheduling system and showed up at opening time with no appointment, but crew was more than accommodating. They have knowledge of German cars which I appreciated. Unfortunately, like when you go to the doctor and whatever ails you suddenly disappears when you are into he waiting room...that happened, and the issue my Audi was making could not be recreated during the ride along with the tech but they graciously told me if the issue persisted, they would honor the warranty. Awesome extension of generosity. Honest and dependable straight shooters, and that’s hard to come by when it comes to car repair facilities these days.

No one else could figure out why our truck wouldnt run right they fixed it and had to put a transmission in it and starter and fly wheel took them alittle time to do it but got it fixed brought home and it missed up on us they had it towed back to their shop and had to put a new radiator in it I think they did a good job

They look out for you and are honest. They communicate with me along the way and explain anything I ask about. Quality parts and skilled mechanics. If you have questions ask for David. He is a gem! Genuine good people there.

We’ve used DJ’s twice to repair my daughters BMW. Each experience was beyond satisfactory. Customer service is unparalleled and never an issue after repairs were made. DJ’s will get all my repair work in the future.

Quality work and service. I’ve been going here since 2017 and I’ve brought two different vehicles to them - a Volkswagen sedan and a Corvette. They’re good at scoping for good deals on parts and making sure you’re taken care of. Sometimes the front office can get a bit hectic with calls, so you may have to call twice or so to get updates on information, but they’re good at rectifying any problems and inconveniences you may have. Recommended!

I called and explained what my car was doing. The guys were really nice and even understood me when I was trying to explain the problems I was having being that I know nothing about cars. I brought it in and they were so helpful. Explained everything in a way that I understood. They were punctual. Reasonable. Very friendly. Not to mention funny! Had a bumpy start with a timing belt replacement and valve cover gasket leak repair. Everyone makes mistakes, but the great folks at DJs will not only admit it - theyll make it right. Don (the owner) and his crew make customer service a priority. They actually value your business and take care of their patrons. Youll have a hard time finding a better auto repair shop.

My husband was traveling out of state for work. (We live in Utah). I called and spoke with someone over the phone for appointment availability. The man was very helpful and described a few options to correct the issue that I could only give brief details about. My husband dropped the truck off the next day and they got to work on it extremely fast. My husband only had to be without his truck for 2-3 days tops. The work was extensive front end repair due to an original bad lift. The price was very reasonable and the mechanics worked through a weekend to get it done. We were extremely hesitant to get work done away from home but now wish we lived closer. This place is a god send. The truck now drives like a dream!

These guys are fantastic! I did not work with DJ, but both Corey and David were very friendly, knowledgeable, and did not make me feel pressured at any point. They assured me that they were not trying to have me pay for any repairs unless they were 100% certain that they would fix the problem, which they followed through with. Their diagnostic fee covers a full inspection as well as coming back to continue to look into issues. The interior of the place is very clean and they offer complementary coffee and water. I will be back here if anything else comes up!

My oil was leaking and my power steering was making a tat tat noise. I knew it was serious and took it to DJs auto repair yesterday. David Sayles, the Service Advisor was professional and trustworthy and explained to me the urgent need for repairs to my oil gaskets and covers and other mechanical repairs that made sense to me. Jarrell Smith, technician, worked on my car all day and by the time I took it home, it was driving like new again. Im extremely pleased with the excellent service I received and I will be taking my car to DJs for all my service needs. I give them 10 stars!

Shop is very disorganized. Work took 5 days longer than estimated due to them ordering incorrect parts. I had to call them for any kind of update. Were unable to diagnose suspension problem that turned out to be sway bar end links. Did not torque lug nuts to spec and over torqued the hell out of them. Wouldnt trust them for even basic maintenance. Over priced for their skill level that seems to be barely above apprentice.

They kept my car until they got it right.. Anybody else would of still had it and wouldnt know how 2 fix nothing.. I have been 2 all these half working shops around here... Its all about the money and bad service is all u get here.

Ah I remember now who you were. I took my suv on a Monday on a tow truck and you dont work on Mondays so I had to take it somewhere else. You dont work on Mondays, so how can I rate you higher since you dont work on Mondays.

Call to get a price on getting my transmission replaced in a 2011 impala. He told me it 18 hour job an it cost 1800$ to 2500$. It’s only an 8 hour job so he’s tried to charge 10 extra hours. What a scam. You do give prices over the phone. How did I come up with a price? You said it’s a 18 hour job, which it’s not, and 125$ an hour.

I brought my daughter’s car here based on reviews and I could not be happier. I worked with Jacob and he was so nice and explained everything to me in “human talk”. I then went back and spoke directly with the tech (Ryan) working on my daughter’s car and he showed me exactly what was going on with it. So far, all the repairs they have done have held up and I will be coming back with all my cars. It’s so hard to find an auto repair shop you can trust AND does great work and DJ’s meets both. They met and EXCEEDED my expectations.

Very surprised by excellent service and way above par staff attitudes. From the looks of the lot I was in for a wait, over-worked staff and mediocre workmanship, but I was very impressed. Got my 4Runner back very quickly and did more than I had expected checking all fluid levels, tires, etc. Ralph was fantastic at customer service interactions -- said thank you and went above the call by introducing me to a dent guy he knew -- very cool.

I originally gave this company rave reviews. Wow, was I wrong. I had to take my daughters car to another mechanic to fix the problem they claimed they fixed. I paid them over $1800 and the car has the same issue on top of a new issue. There was no offer of any compensation since I had to take it too another mechanic. I just wanted back what was fair.

This place takes VERY good care of their customers. Once you start doing business here, you’ll never have to worry about a second opinion, or even THINK about going anywhere else.

I had my vehicle towed there due to issues getting it moving one day. Everyone there was very polite and helpful with the process of getting my car looked at. When the problem could not be duplicated at their shop and was running fine again they were very upfront and earnest about it. I was even provided a detailed list of potential maintenance areas needed for my car with pictures included. There was never any pressure to have these performed it was more so that I could be aware of what they found while inspecting my car for its running issue. I would definitely recommend DJs to anyone needing maintenance on their car in the area. These are good folk wholl do right by you.

Everyone here from front of the house to the back of the house is amazing. David always explains everything and makes sure you know what will be done & the cost before they do anything. 2018 Toyota Rav4 - I had been very unhappy with the dealership’s service dept & vowed to not return to their service dept. As a Hospice RN, I drive a lot for work, and need to have a reliable vehicle. Fast forward brakes were bad, no surprise, it was that time. But, surprise!, i know nothing about vehicles, just enough to get by. Clearly I know what bad brakes sound like. You know, that grinding that makes you hope no one is staring at you as you pull up to the stop light and pray no “helpful” 99 year old man that shouldn’t be driving hangs out the window to tell you “Honey I think you need to get your brakes looked at”....Thank you sir, I had no idea🤦🏼‍♀️ (insert forced smile). I was looking for someone to help me out quick bc, let’s be real, I’m a procrastinator. But I needed to find someone I could come to on a regular basis for maintenance and wasn’t going to take advantage of my ignorance and treat me like I would have to pull out Nurse Ratchet mode and provide them all a free service of a rectal temp. I googled services near me this one came up with multiple good reviews...why not. I called, they got me in the next day, and actually completed my brakes,oil change and coolant whatever by the end of the day. I just had to wait to pickup the next morning, due to my own reasons. Anyhooo, the guys were great, put up with my bad jokes and held to what they quoted me. They communicated, were friendly and i feel like I can take my car back for regular maintenance and repairs.

My husband and I were looking for someone to diagnose my air conditioner and Google landed us on this page and we were not disappointed. The guys here diagnosed my vehicle, called me with thorough updates and repaired my air conditioner perfectly. The prices were amazing, the customer service was stellar, and my repairs were done timely and accurate. I cant see myself taking my vehicle anywhere else for repairs.

I was so happy that I found these guys. Corey, Don, and David are HILARIOUS!!! What I loved most was that I felt valued. It was a personal interaction. From a female perspective, I received the utmost respect and help that I needed. Everything was put in terms that I could understand so that I could make an informed decision. Mostly, I love the fact that they have financing! My repair happened the day after my birthday which is a month before the holiday season. I didn’t have to come out of my pocket with a wad of cash all at once. They even checked on me a few months later. They didn’t ask about new repairs. They simply wanted to check to make sure I was doing OK and to see if my van was still doing great.

If your looking for a honest mechanic shop, this is the place. Don and his staff were extremely nice and took the time to explain the work and options on the repair. My father recommended this place since he had a great experience. Since his visit, the staff has changed and there are some extremely unqualified mechanics working there now. I was told my car had 2 separate issues all to ultimately be told after about a week that my engine needed to be replaced. When I just wanted to get the car back, they expected me to pay for the work they had done already. That’s ridiculous. None of the work they had done was the root of my issues and I refused to pay them anything. I was not paying for their incompetence. I let them keep the car and just purchased another one. They had my brother’s truck there so my Dad made sure to get his truck and take it elsewhere. Myself, my family, and anyone else I know will never patronize this establishment again. If I could give them no stars, I would.

Called in to ask for estimate on repairs water pumpand timing belt which I know theyve done plenty. Also they have computer software that gives you estimates of parts and labor, anyway guy is trying to hustle me talking about 100.00 diagnostic fee ?? already told you the problem, 110.00 hr labor but doesnt know how many hr cause its a Big Job gtfoh

This place is absolutely amazing. I had just bought a car and the next day I had to put it in the shop so everything was last minute and they worked with me even offered me a ride pick my car back up from them. They had my car fixed and ready to go in one day and I have had no problems since. If they work on your vehicle they offer warranties and and other perks. I will never go to another auto shop again. The all around work, price, and customer service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend going to them if you want someone who cares about you and your car. Trust me you wont be disappointed.

DJ’s offer exceptional service that goes above and beyond. I was lucky enough to find them a couple of years ago when I had major engine trouble. They offer very reasonable prices and actually care about doing their best while taking care of me. They recently replaced my starter and discovered a few other problems that could have become a very expensive repair. They fixed them, saving me a lot more time and money. You won’t find better people or service than DJ’s auto repair, I swear.

These guys are amazing!! My poor car has had issues for A WHILE, that had progressively gotten worse. I left my car with these guys and had a call back within a couple hours telling me what we needed to do. We got the part in, got it fixed, great price, she runs like a dream, and really.. every person I spoke to here was amazing. Super friendly and I felt like they all truly cared and wanted to help. I sent my girlfriend to this auto repair shop on referral from a friend. I guess I should have taken her vehicle in myself. Maybe this experience would have gone a different way. You claimed to have found the issue and “fixed it” twice, well I took her vehicle to another shop (was not going to let her pay you another dime) and they’ve corrected the real problem in only a hour. I wouldn’t let this shop fix my kids match box car. You should know and do better if I could give a no star review I would. Oh please supervise your employees, if they remove a pin or fastener make sure the put it back, found the zip tie. Not cool.

I have taken my car to DJs 3 times for 3 totally different Reasons. And each time they have given me nothing but exceptional service. They do a full analysis of your car to let u know what u may need done in the future, which I absolutely love. David is great! I never seen a man so calm and reassuring and puts your mind at ease about whats going on with your car. I could go on and on about how great they are but I will stop here. I had my truck towed to DJS and they got on it immediately. I was like OK great. But, they over charged me for services Im not sure they even did. $1600 I got a front end alignment and car wax pulling to the left still. Took the truck back for them to fix. They had my truck for 4 days and didnt fix problem. I had to call them multiple times to see what the deal was. I honestly believe they are shifty mechanics at this place posing as a qualified establishment. I will never go to them or recommend them to anyone. I need to call 7 on your side and report them...

Outstanding service on our company vehicle and outstanding customer services. David went above and beyond to service our company vehicle. When it was time to pay, i found out they didnt accept our company credit card, American Express. David didnt hesitate to let us take our vehicle back to work without paying and was very patient with use as we navigated to get them setup in our purchase order system. Ford Crain tried to charge me 400. They ran a diagnostic test and said it was emissions issue and they’d have to drop my whole fuel tank. I went to Djs and they said it didn’t even instruct them to do that. They sprayed some fluid around the gas cap to clean it, the light went off. They did it for nothing. Will be using them in the future!

Received a phone quote to replace 2 exhaust manifold gaskets. Quoted 10 hours at $110 per hour, and I assume plus parts. Way, way overpriced. Got a quote from another shop for the same work at $300.
