I can honestly say I enjoyed myself. I kept to myself the whole year I stayed here. Parking was the only problem. I feel like there should be assigned parking especially for the people that stay by the pool. People would drive to get in the pool and you will have no where to park close to your building. Happened to me several times.. other than that it’s quiet, my kids were able to get out and walk and play on their hover boards during this place is very dog-friendly!! So if you have a pet I strongly recommend these apartments.

I made the requests before 9 am thinking it would take a few days. When I got home there was a note on my counter say the job was complete. Done in a few short hours AWESOME

Dont make things easy when trying to move out. They allowed me to pay my rent up months in advance yet kept insinuating that I would be breaking my lease even though everything was already paid up. Then when I moved all my things out and turned in all keys they told us we didnt owe anything, yet proceeded to send mail saying I owed them for several different things including things that were already documented as broke upon moving in. They seem money hungry and maintenance doesnt do anything only thing they actually fixed in my whole year of staying there was my water heater which began to flood & leak

Maintenance request was performed professionally and with a great knowledge of what he was doing. He had a great attitude and was very nice and funny with me. Thanks 😊 for taking care and being knowledgeable with me....😊😊😊

It nice here, very dog friendly, but most of the staff isn’t very nice. I found one person who is a very nice person was never rude or mean. I would enjoy staying here longer the only thing keeping me from it is dealin with very rude people.

First off I would like to say that the staff is Amazing here!! Chelsey is very sweet and will help you out much as she can, she went above and beyond to accommodate my quick move and she even helped with getting me in sooner that expected due to my situation. Allen is amazing to he is very attentive to any needs you have and willing to help you, there leasing process is super easy and fun no filling out endless papers they make it an effortless process. The Manger Mrs. Shaniqua is friendly and very helpful and accommodating as well they make me feel a home. The apartment is beautiful even more prettier in person I love my unit and definitely will be renewing my lease here. Maintenance is always on time and prompt. No complaints for this property I love it here!!!

My daughter recently moved into her 1st apartment here and she loves it! Her apartment is super cute and has updated features. From the day we visited and toured with Ms. Shaniqua, she made us feel welcomed and at home. She was very professional and answered every question/concern that we had. I highly recommend this place.

Apartments are nice for the price. (Especially the 3rd floor cause the vaulted ceiling). The staff while I was there was respectful and always did their best to help. Tucked away so its pretty quite for the most part. The main issues we had were never really the staff but the residents next to us. The biggest problem was the smell of weed.... some days it would be pretty bad and unfortunately the staff can only do so much to try and prevent that. That doesnt mean every complex is like that though. The gates need an update because every so often one would break and have to remain open. All in all a good place for a small apartment.

So far so good. I’ve had a really good experience with the Lexington Park team. They are very informative and honest. My experience have been nothing but the best. My move in was smooth and they even did a few touch ups to make sure I had the best of the best. I recommend this place over any other.

Weve been here two years. We are blessed with good neighbors and love how friendly the staff is here . They come and fix things,, & the property is kept up. Its gated and we have security too. We enjoy seeing neighbors walking around as well as kids and dogs. Good management. 💙🤗💙

This apartment is over priced. They dont respond to emails. They dont call you back when they tell you they will. Absolutely avoid this place. Also they discriminated against me bc of COVID when my husband clearly makes 3 times rent without any help on my part. Saying my unemployment wasnt sufficient and the letter from my employer saying I would be returning wasnt enough. Like who does that during a national pandemic? Disgraceful

I am currently a resident at Lexington Park. I have been a resident here over 2 years and this is hands down the best apartment community I have ever lived at. Im currently in a one bedroom and my rent is SUPPPPEEERRRR cheap for everything I get with my apartment!!! It has granite counter tops and black appliances in my apartment. The property is quiet, neat and well kept. The ladies in the office are the BEST! If you are looking for something reasonable and within budget THIS is definitely the place to live!

1. I was made to pay electricity bills that were tied by the previous tenant2. I was given insufficient information on a number of occasions3. Cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a priority. The rods on the stairways are Dusty; the cobwebs on the ceilings of the hallways are a norm; dogs difacate anywhere

Best apartment experience I’ve ever had! Leasing staff is very attentive and fun, questions and concerns are resolved with a sense of urgency, and they put a ton of time into community activities as well as communicating with the residents. Special thanks to Demetria and Kayla who were extremely helpful in my transitioning here on contract at the last minute. Would definitely recommend this place to ALL of my friends!

My boyfriend and I were in a time crunch to move out of our current apartment due to bad management and communication to some where worth our hard earned money. Once we had a tour of the phase 1, which is nicer than most of the apartments I’ve seen and phase 2 the upgraded apartment we were sold. Whoever did construction was able to make the most out of the space(2br, 2bath (1058 sq. Ft.)). We absolutely love it and can’t wait to move in. Previously we were about to sign on the dotted line with another apartment in maumelle some days prior but the management was extremely rude and left a bad impression and that’s before we signed the lease and we didn’t sign the lease. So we could just image how they would treat us and they’re current tenants if we actually lived there so last minute we found Lexington searching on google and not only was the staff prompt and answered my many calls, they also were able to understand we wanted to move in ASAP and have been working with us to move in. We filled out the application on 5/13/20 and waiting to hear back hopefully on Monday. They said once we get accepted they could have the apartment we wanted (phase 2) ready on the third floor by 5/18/20. I will keep this review updated on the rest of the experience :) but so far I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and professionalism they have showed us thus far.5/18/20 update: we received a call back and in the process of moving in. Will keep review update of parking, noise and etc in the complex area.

This is literally the best place I have ever stayed! When I came to apply, Kayla and the rest of the staff greeted me and my fur baby with open arms. I can honestly say that I made the RIGHT decision. My pug and I are enjoying the dog park. I am in an upgraded unit on the third floor with vaulted ceilings and a great sunroom! My neighbors are super sweet and theres never a problem with parking.

Be careful when moving in, I unfortunately did not stick around in the apartment when viewing it before moving in to hear just how terrible it is to live on the first floor. You can hear every step taken, drawer opening, and door closing of the tenant above you. The staff here is friendly and accommodating but the living condition is rough.

So I just moved in to Lexington Park and let me just start off by saying the staff are some of the best people I have met I my life!! They are so sweet and professional! They helped me and my daughter to find a home and I will forever be grateful for their kind services! We are especially excited for the resident events we have heard about!! This is definitely a place to be.

I visited Lexington Park with my wife and we were so amazed at how helpful the girls were in the office. They answered all my wifes questions about the area. The location is perfect and not far from the interstate. Demetria and Kayla, you girls ROCK!!!

We have constant problems with spiders and other bugs (two scorpions even). We kill at least five big spiders every week (as big around as a quarter or larger). Spoke to maintenance and was told the exterminators were coming out in a few days (which they did), but I havent noticed a difference in my volume of daily bug kills.Furnishings are cheap. For example, our dishwasher leaked when we moved in. It took three service calls, but it no longer leaks. It may run now with no leaks, but it doesnt really clean. I can put Cascade gel into the dispenser and when the cycle is done there is still gel in the tray.Management staff seems to change pretty frequently. I dont really have a complaint there, but its normally a bad sign. When Ive spoken to them, they have been nice, but they either dont fix the problem, or dont know how to.The neighborhood seems to be getting rougher than when we moved in just a few short months ago. Ive seen several people walking their pit bulls and there is a grandmother that seems to be running a daycare out of her apartment.A few simple changes and this place would be great, but as is, I cant wait for my lease to be up.

I have been living here since 2015 and the first management company was horrible. Maintenance wouldn’t reactive request but we were told they had. It was just really unpleasant. The new management company are AMAZING. Shaniqua the property manager is absolutely the sweetest person along with Shelby. Every maintenance request is answered on time and the maintenance men are always professional and do their jobs well. Thank you all for turning this property around and making it a great place to live.

Shelby was AWESOME. She showed us and she was super informative. We just went by just to see what the places looked like because we’re needing to move out by the end of January. She was so upbeat and friendly. She is the reason why this apartment is on the top of our list right now.

Bri is AWESOME! She made us feel right at home since the first time we walked through the doors. Her sense of humor is what made the tour so much fun! After seeing a few more apartments and their customer service, I knew that this was our new home! So excited!❤️

We just moved in,case management owns it. We love the size of the apartment, staff is friendly, willing to help. The pool is beautiful and even have a place to exercise here, with equipment. My favorite so far, is the staff who saw my husband sitting out on our patio and they brought him a bottle of water. Just my thoughts for our first 5 days here.

Absolute worst apartment experience. They don’t know how to fix things they tell you they can’t and they don’t care. They don’t knock just walk in. No privacy and your complaints aren’t even taken into consideration. Go pay 100 more down the street it’s well worth it. Apartments that cost half these have less problems. Moving here to save that one month of rent will be a very poor decision. Maintenance must be related to the management because they can literally only change light bulbs and steal. Anyone would of fired these people by now. They’re about as smart as rocks. Bottom line AVOID these apartments all together please.

The model shown was nice, so I decided to pay extra & go for the phase 2 w/ all the upgrades. I just moved in this month & so many issues. Paints peeling off all the cabinets. The ceiling fans are all brass & look like they stepped out of the 80s. The sink faucets & bathroom shower heads are old w/ bad water pressure. The office ladies have been very nice so far so I am turning in a report & will update this review if they handle the complaint.

Lived at Lexington Park for quite a few months now and I cannot express enough how much I am enjoying my stay. The staff is very friendly and provide true exceptional customer service. We are now able to pay our rent online which is convenient because I can get this done from the comfort of my home or even if Im out of town! I strongly recommend Lexington if you are currently looking for a place to rent. It is away from the traffic noise and close to Walmart and gas stations as well as restaurants. If you have a furry family member, they have a dog park in process! I am Loving it!!! If I can give it 10 stars I would. Also check out their new management company. They are doing a lot of improvements. Our new manager is AWESOME!

Lived here for four months. I really like it. This maybe different in all building but it has been pretty quiet. The maintenance team works well but sometimes it is hard to get them to do certain maintenance request. This is the only reason I give this apartment complex 4 stars

My boyfriend and I moved here from Oklahoma without even looking at the apartment in person. The pictures look the exact same as it looks in person. Its a beautiful complex, and the staff is AMAZING!!! I would recommend Lexington Park to anyone and everyone. The Maintenance men respond immediately and are beyond friendly, and Nikita, the property manager goes above and beyond with outstanding customer service.

Ive lived here for almost 3 years now. Cosmetically it is great. The old management did their job well. Now for the reason behind one star. The new management that took over does not seem to care at all. I have open work orders for maintenance from 3 months ago and still not have even been looked at. Im talking about getting new blinds and other small things. They just do not care. Also, Ive never had a problem with neighbors unt about 3 months ago. They seem to be letting anyone in now days... Loud at 3 a.m. on weekends, openly smoking weed on the balconies, and also break ins to vehicles that I had to find out by the news. They didnt even alert us that things like this were taking place. I will be happy to move in November and watch as this area destroys itself. DO NOT RENT HERE.

Ive been here for 6 months. My friend used to live in the new part phase 2 but I moved into phase 1 as they call it. Nice overall but some minor improvements could be made. I dont have enough bedroom closet space. No linen closet. My coat or living room closet doesnt have lightening. Staff are very nice but you have to call 3 or 4 times to get things fixed. A leaking sink took 4 Days. My leaking ceiling is still needing repair is been 2 weeks. Still no garage code. Jus minor things. But my rent went up when I signed my new lease go figure. Oh no wet wipes in the gym. That bothers me. Yes it is very quite. White collar type of neighborhood. And no I wouldnt move unless I was buying a home or a High rise condo. Having said that. Scale or 1-10. They get a 8! Good enough in my book!

When I moved in they told me to inform them on everything that was wrong with the apartment. I did that the second day and after 3 weeks no one came to fix the broken things. I had to call and complain for them to fix it. After that, I noticed that my dryer wasn’t working and I have been waiting 2 weeks for them to fix it.

I just left from touring and applying at Lexington Park and wow!!! Just WOW! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making me feel right at home. My husband and I cannot wait to move!

I just moved in a little over two months ago and I absolutely love this place!! Every time I have ever had any issues they have addressed the issue right then and there. The two girls in the office are some of the most hard working and driven ladies I have ever met! They are great at putting their residents first and always remaining professional no matter the circumstance. After working in property management myself a couple years ago I have learned to appreciate a team that can come to work with a smile on their face no matter what else is going on. I love going in there and visiting with them! The manager Shaniqua is always smiling and is always quick to make sure all my needs are addressed. Honestly when I moved in I felt that my apartment was not as clean as I had expected so I came back to the office and let the staff know and all 3 of them jumped on it and called their housekeeper to come back over THAT same morning!! It was great to have such good service, I had been other places where they TRULY did not care but that is not the case here. I would most certainly recommend this property to anyone and everyone that wants a good community with a management team that goes above and beyond!

The staff and office managers have been awesome with me. Yes, some things are slow to get fixed, but others are fast. It is the same everywhere you live and for me work. Short staffed and loads of things that must be done. No need to whine about it, the staff do an excellent job as far as I have seen. Yes, so ready for the gate to be finished also. Closets are really small, would be my only complaint besides the ridiculous pool! Why they made the pool like they did, all the kids end up in the tiny space that isnt less than 6 inches of water. Maybe a six foot hole for everyone to end up at. I totally hate hate their pool. I will be moving asap just for that reason. As far as spiders, i havent seen any, and hoping I never will!!!!

Police are out 2-3 times a week! Many many domestic disturbances and theft of property reports are filed here! I would not live here at all! People who aren’t on the lease live in these apartments up to 8 people in some, does management know, yes, do they do anything nope! If you have children and want to be safe this is NOT the place for you!! Beer bottles everywhere, lawn guys drunk and passing out, (pictures were sent to managers and cooperate)! Maintenance won’t fix anything, gate always broken, tons of traffic which means drugs and yes they are everywhere out here!! The new hood is here!! Ask NLR PD!!

Just renewed my lease for another year.. Love how they are constantly making improvements to the community. Wish there was more closet space and linen closet.. Management has always been helpful no complaints... Also good to get a head start on the awful Maumelle traffic. Will probably stay here until its time to get a house.

I live in 7605, I must say this staff is amazing. Anytime I put a request in the day I put it in or the day Nekita tells me they come and fix it. I dont see how anyone can say this is a bad place, because to be honest its the best apartment I have ever lived in. I love how quiet it is at night. You dont have to worry about a disturbance, which people saying its loud are crazy, because its far from that. I love this place, its hands down the best place I have ever lived.

Toilet didn’t work for first 2 months the dryer is old and near useless... dishwasher leaks still after being looked at twice been here 8 months and there charging me 300$ to move to the apartment next door if it wasn’t for the location I would leave.Update 1 month in my 2 bed room apartment and AC has gone out 5 times

Last night after I was very aggravated because what I thought wastaken care of had gotten worse; the faucet in the bathtub was leakingworse than before after it was supposedly fixed. So I called last nightand reported it and Alonzo came over and after working on it for quitesome time fixed it finally. While he was here he also took care of a minorproblem in the kitchen. So after having given a bad review, I wantedto let it be known that I am happy with the response even though itwas after 9:00 p.m. when I called.

My upstairs neighbor was noisy and i complained several times to management about this. It got to a point where my neighbor was having sex at 2 in the morning and the apartment manager simply said there was nothing she could do for me. I was stuck in that place till my lease was up. I decided to not renew and move. the place is clean overall and the maintenance crew in excellent about making sure the residents needs are well taken care of. Kristen, the assistant manager is also an amazing person who goes above and beyond to make life better.

We recently moved out and all i have to say is this apartment complex is literally a joke. The stairs always have trash on them or they look absolutely disgusting, there’s always loud noises and cops come at least 2-3 times a week. Management doesn’t do anything, the roof leaked all the time and they would “fix it” but the next time it rained it leaked in the exact same spots. It’s not worth it

Worst experience I have ever had in renting.1. Continuously tries to over charge for rent and when brought to managements attention their response was oh sorry thats a mistake however this continued every month we lived there.2. My husbands car was broken into in addition to multiple other neighbors vehicles and when we spoke to them about the crime - the response was oh yes and some have had their doors broken down too - however no measures were taken to try and help make the place safer.3. Had multiple issues with the neighbors downstairs.4. After moving out and paying final expenses - the leasing office continuously calls and harasses stating they never received the payment to the extent that I sent copies of the cashed check by their leasing office.NEVER rent from Lexington Park Apartments until new management and an entire new staff has been hired.

****NEW FLASH*****OK UPDATEI gotta admit I had been pretty tough on LEXINGTON PARK, in the past couple months. and as I had voiced my opinion, I now stand corrected and am giving praise and thanks to LP Staff, Mr. Dan in the office, Thank You, LEXINGTON PARK is the place to move to if you want, Quiet peaceful evenings -clean grounds-and most of open door policy, to voice your issues or concerns.So Lexington park offers a nice and upscale apartment Home -mstr bedroom with mstr bath is plenty big, spare bedroom and bath also, kitchen /laundry room /and sun room are perfect for my needs,as far as costs go I dont think you can beat it anywhere, I keep air on about 62* / run dishwasher/daily / laundry a lot & and my electric bill avg about $65.00 monthif your thinking about a very nice place out of the hustle and bustle of little rock, yet close to everything, you better get to LEXINGTON PARK before they run out PEACE OUT FOLKS come get your at LEXINGTON PARK APT-HOMES youll be happy you did !!!!!!!!!!!PEACE OUT

Moved here from out of state and this place sucks! From our initial walk around in February we told the management that the dishwasher was nasty and not working properly. It is now June and we still havent gotten our dishwasher fixed. We put in a maintenance order also for a couple of other things like leaky windows. When it rains it leaks through and now the window sill seems to be warped. Now when we moved in in February they looked to be installing a security gate for the entrance and exit. Again its June and being held open by zip ties. Like seriously what kind of place is this. I dont have enough time and would be beating a dead horse because people have already written a lot of cons here please just take our word for it this place is bad. I cant wait till my lease is up.

My review is going to be unhelpful, because it is not about the complex. It is about my downstairs neighbor, who has called management on me twice in 2 days for imaginary sounds: today, she called management for loud music that was never playing because I was asleep, and on Friday, she called security for a fight that never took place (not to mention the countless other times she has called management in the 2 years Ive lived here).I dont know what to do about her. Ive talked to her to figure out her problem with me, and Ive talked to management about her, and nothing has been done. She has become a nuisance to my living here. Because of her and managements unwillingness to do anything about her incessancy, I will not be renewing my lease.

This is the crappest apartment ANYONE could ever live in. This is supposed to be LUXURY? They obviously don’t know what the definition of luxury is. These apartments are nasty, CHEAP, run down and just NASTY. If you want safe you’d be better off going to Little Rock. My neighbors get into fights nightly and do they care? No. They don’t care about anything but their pay. Their management is a bunch of little highschool girls who don’t care. Don’t waste your money on this apartments, you will regret it. Oh yeah and they just “RANDOMLY” change the price of water monthly. Last week I was told my water was $45...”somehow” now it’s $57...Talk about liars....prorated my butt.

I have been a very happy resident of Lexington Park for 2+ years. The staff is friendly and responsive. The location is great with easy access to North Little Rock, Little Rock and Maumelle.

The maintenance lied about coming to my apartment to replace my fridge. I havent been able to cook like I normally do because I cant buy refrigerated foods. Ive been eating canned foods and non perishable foods for 3 weeks. I complained about the foul smell, nets, net eggs, and filth in the fridge 3 weeks ago. Last week, I finally requested to get the fridge replaced. Its the day before Thanksgiving and I cannot cook dinner for my child because maintenance did not return to my house to replace fridge as they promised me twice today at around 1pm and again at around 5pm. This year has been horrible for me and my son already as we were effected by Hurricane Harvey and reluctantly came to Little Rock. This incident has made me depressed and disappointed as I am also grieving the loss of my grandmother who passed away earlier this year. This has been a year of loss for me and Im sick and tired of people making promises they dont keep because they dont care. These people dont care. They only care about themselves and not the residents. If you were in my shoes, would you want to be without a fridge during the holidays????UPDATE: They ended up finally bringing my fridge the day before my birthday. However I didnt like the fact that maintence left the bedroom doors open when I arrived at the apartment. My roommate and I keep our doors closed at all times especially when we leave home. Theres no need to open the bedroom if the only place youre going to be working in is the kitchen. This is Very unprofessional. The staircase and porches are filthy. Ive requested a powerwash but was told a request to corporate would be made but never seen them. Smh

Only have been living here for about 6 weeks and love it. Quiet neighborhood for the most part, maintenance staff is helpful and friendly, Darrell is their head guy and nice to talk with. Biggest thing was Shelby and Bri; i was moving on a sunday, superbowl sunday at that, and got here at 9pm because of a jetski trailer tire blowout. These two took time on their day off to let me in the apartment and set up my snakes as well as my food so it didnt go bad. Beyond helpful and i couldnt thank them enough. Only downfall i could even mention is, when after the heating element being replaced in the dryer, it still dries slow. Either way, this place is awesome, love the staff, and dont pay attention to the previous negative posts. Great bang for the buck here.

So I read the reviews prior to moving in, I did a tour and even randomly drove thru to see the grounds. I’m not trying to discredit anyone who has had a negative experience here, but I have not at all experienced what some of the people writing reviews have stated.Office staff are always friendly, they walked my apartment with me before move in, double checked on me after I moved in to see if everything is ok. My neighbors are very friendly, and the building I’m in is very quiet and trust me I’m an extremely light sleeper. Very friendly dog complex, I always see maintenance driving the grounds, and yes I have seen cops on grounds but all they were doing is a drive thru to check on things. (Which I appreciate)I viewed well over 15 complex’s and I chose Lexington because it’s convenient access to the interstate, the grounds, and the awesome staff.

The staff is horrible the rent is overpriced gate never work polices here 2-4 a week car break in drugs etc ..this new company that took over Is trash and just MONEY HUNGRY 😡 pay online doesn’t work so you have to go out of your way to pay rent at a Walmart location etc...went to pay rent and the Manager stated I have to pay a extra 670.00 due to them filing fee for eviction when she knew I was paying rent a little late due to work issues she stated she just filed eviction about 30mins to hour before i Came In to pay and i asked she could remove the fee and she told me no you should paid your rent ON TIME...THAT WAS VERY RUDE AND LIFE HAPPENS...the showing apartment is beautiful but please don’t be fooled and get stuck at this place..a lot of kids that are very noisy and disrespectful... this are just a few complaints I have about this apartment complex will be filing a complaint with th me BBB.

They took my 400.00 from and did not give me a dime back they were very crude and told me that i was not my anything but because they dont do that that is not a place you would want to because they dont care about people they treat you like some blank blank

I have been living here about 2 years. As far as the apartment goes its decent. The breezeway is always dirty and the fire extinguisher and lights are always out of broken. I put a simple maintenance request in 3 months ago and continued to submit it each time I called to pay rent. I finally had it fixed myself and then called in and canceled the maint. Request. Later that day they sent someone and entered my apartment. They said the cancelation didnt get passed down. I have called numerous times to complain about the weed smell that takes over my apartment each time my neighbors smoke in their bathroom that shares a wall with my master bath. They turn on the vents and it directs it directly into my apartment. My son think we have a resident skunk living behind our building. My rent and garage are constantly increasing. There are cracks in my wall. And now we have the creepiest trashiest people moving in. They installed a new gate in March ( now June 1st) it still does not work. But be assured they passed down the cost to us. The new management here is just in the dark as to what they are doing. This place has seriously gone down hill. I cant wait till my lease is up.

Finally free from here!! I had the Same experience as many. Looks like a great place but once you move in you may run into the following: extreme noise from neighbors, lack of caring from management, maintenance crew that constantly changes, lots of brown recluse spiders, paper thin ceilings, and unfortunately all main bedroomsare by a stair case. No one seems to care and the management was horrible and is always changing. I would not recommend this complex and in my opinion it has gone down hill drastically. Despite any cosmetic to the exterior. Lease renewal offer for the 2 bd rm phase two was $989 for a two bedroom. Renter beware.

This is the worst apartment complex they dont have a park for kids and the manager is mean a hateful

Poor Office staff, no one likes to come fix anything! Neighbors are too noisy. We pay too much to live out here and have poor maintence and management!

After two days of living here. My apartment has not been fixed.

Been waiting a MONTH For maintenance to come fix everything on my list. Called every week and still nobody has came. I expected the best paying the price im paying ! This is the second time I’ve walked outside to trails of booboo in tissue in the walk way. Dog booboo all in the grass. Breaking my lease THIS Month.

Poor management, poor maintenance crew. Response time is a couple weeks. Moved in to the apartment and it was not cleaned. Toilet did not work and still does not work. Ask to speak with the owners of the apartment and mangment which is the older black woman in the office, told me to write a letter and give it to her...(Huh????). Then on top of it all. We did a 13 month lease but we had to complete the 14 month instead of the agreement. They change maintenance every 4 months. When looking at the apartment, it was perfect but now its was a big sells pitch. But hey got a free tv. The only good thing. I would not tell anyone about these apartments bc it is a joke. Dont move here.......

I love my place and the staff is very professional.

My mailbox is still broke, and its been a couple of months. After asking to have it fixed three time and being told it was fixed two of those times, I gave up on asking.

The front gate is always broken and the appliances are always broken but don’t expect them to get fixed when you submit a request, they will “complete” a work order multiple times with out ever fixing anything.The stairs are always gross and the lights don’t work on the stairs at least once a month which is a hazard.The staff is friendly but they don’t do anything to actually help you get anything fixed, it takes weeks to get anything done.

Ghetto, ghetto, ghetto. Dont move here. I guarantee theyll be on the news within a year because someone got shot there.

Sercuity is very unprofessional it’s disgusting can’t wait to speak to management about this ..waited 2-5 hours just for someone to come open the door he had an attitude took his time this is absurd I pay way too much to get disrespected by security I willB contacting the better business bureau !!
