I love here. The staff is efficient and courtesy. The maintenance is always on time and no complaints. Lived here for year and definitely renewing my lease.

I just move into legacy Lakeview apartments the office and maintenance staff are so nice I highly recommend this apartments to anyone that is looking for a wonderful place to live .

I love living at Legacy Lakeview for 10 years. The pros to living here and what keeps me here is because this community is maintenance savy. No roaches or rodents. Not sure why someone posted a complete lie concerning Legacy. However, it is totally untrue. The staff here is always nice and professional. Ive had all sorts of situations and management has always satisfied me as a tenant. The con is its hard to move because i am too use to being taken care of not to mention no rats or roaches. Thats very important to me because i am a clean person. I strongly recommend Legacy Lakeview.

I am very satisfied with this community . I feel safe here . Ana our property Manager is very accommodating and responds promptly to request . I also extend my satisfaction to her Maintenance Team. They are very respectful and courteous and responds promptly to issues .

This is my first review of Legacy Lakeview and it will be kept brief. I do not recommend this community. We were abruptly woken up by the landscaping company on what is supposed to be a 3-day holiday weekend. It is extremely hard to call a place home when you can’t even get rest on a holiday Monday. Whether it was poor planning or an unfortunate schedule mishap, this is extremely unacceptable.

Property manager is SOOOO rude!! They want you to lease and literally will never answer the phone after that. You’re better off renting at ARIUM Hampton Lakes across the street.

This apartment complex is great. The office staff are respectful and courteous and address issues as soon as they possibly can. The maintenance team is AWESOME! They are very respectful of your home. They do their best to fix things properly the 1st time around or at least properly inform you that they will need additional tools or supply. Grounds are kept clean and it’s mostly quiet. Neighbors are also relatively quiet and friendly. The parking has been a bit annoying since COVID since the patrol are not as diligent as they used to be, and sometimes people have a lot of guest, so you’ll have to park further but outside of that it’s an overall great place to live. Btw the manager Ana is excellent. Even if she has to give you an answer you don’t want to hear she still does it respectfully.

Very disappointed in the handling of my departure with Lakeview. Management Ana alleges the unit was left unclean, I have video proving otherwise, as a result my security deposit has been deducted over $400.

I have lived here for a little over 2 years and anytime I have any issues, maintenance is quick to respond and resolved my issue with a smile on their face. Ana the office manager does an awesome job creating a fun community to live in and brings people together. It was nice to come home one day and find a bag hanging on my door that contained hand sanitizer, masks and gloves during these toughs past months of Covid-19 that was very thoughtful and shows me that Ana does care for us.

Different name same issues. Since living here the ceiling has leaked on 3 different occasions. When I went to the office to speak with Ana the property manager about it she told me “ It was no big deal”. The first year the maintenance team was ok, then the older gentleman stopped speaking english all of a sudden. My car was vandalized with the security guard parked just a few cars away but she didn’t “hear or see anything” when asked by police. This incident happened between 8pm-9pm with security on ground within sight! There is currently another car parked with the same issue! With that, parking is limited so at night you have to park further away from your building. At times it can be scary with random people walking throughout the neighborhood and security being no real help. I have a beautiful view of the lake but very rarely get to enjoy it due to people walking by looking in my window or the maintenance staff riding by on the golf cart slowly. I have left over 5 voicemails and have never been called back about any of them. As stated in previous reviews everything is all sweet when signing or renewing a lease then shortly there after things change. Maintenance enters your home without permission. My home camera has showed them entering. After leaving I got a notice for $325 for a a/c filter that should be changed anyways. On top of that I have had to put in multiple orders for the a/c unit while living there. Ana is unprofessional and the biggest issue I have had. No need to change the name if all the staff is the same and same issues!

Nothing has changed about this place except the name and owners. Management are still unprofessional and don’t know what the found at all. The apartments look new but still have a/c issues, bugs, and rent is not worth the price. This is a war I g for future residents do not waste your money or time here. The only thing management is good at is planning parties!!!

I have lived at different places but living here has been such a great experience. From Ana to the maintenance men they are all a pleasure. The communication is excellent and they even have an after hours line to call for emergencies. Parking has never been a issue and the entire community is very clean and quiet! They host different gatherings for the holidays and recently I was really amazed how they even gave each household masks and gloves due to the pandemic. To top it off, today I come home and there was a Mother’s Day gift on the door! No other community is as thoughtful. You can tell the staff truly loves what they do! Lakeview palms truly stands out from all the rest and provided an exceptional experience living here.

We have lived at Lakeview Palms for three years and I must say that this has to be the best place to live. We over love the office manager Ana and the maintenance crew. They always responded when needed and were most efficient. My favorite thing about living there was all the small events and gifts for almost all occasions, free gift wrapping stations, back to school give aways, treats for moms and dads, pizza parties and more. This place really felt like and home. Thank you!

I moved in maybe a month ago now prior to I was homeless with my 3 children from the moment I walked in the office I was greeted by Ms.Ana Aceituno property manager she treated me with respect and showed sympathy due to my situation she made it her business to make the process quick she called me regularly to give me updates on the status of my application her exact words were dont worry we will get you and your babies a home and she did just that! I could never thank her enough Im extremely greatful and it gave me hope that there still are good people in this world. Anyways Im here now and I love it! The community is well kept and quiet the maintenance team is awesome they respond quickly and respects that they are working inside your home. I plan to stay here until I buy a home. Thanks to you everyone at lakeview!!!

I am currently filing a compliant against this complex. Whatever you do-- DO NOT MOVE HERE. Like of of the other reviews stated they are nice until you sign that lease and then they are unreasonable, unfair and they will borderline harass you. Ana in the leasing office is not a people person and the maintenance crew are incapable of fixing anything. And do not even get me started on the parking. Do yourself a favor and move anywhere else!

My family and I recently moved to Lakeview Palms and I must say that my experience has been a delight. Ana and Thalia, at the office, are a great team and have made me feel right at home from the start. From paperwork to give aways, they kept a professional yet friendly attitude. I believe a nice atmosphere goes a long way when running an establishment, and at that they do a great job. As for the maintenance guys, they always manage to follow through with requests, so to my pals, que lo queee?

Weve been living here since 2015 and absolutely love it here! The management and maitnence staff are super sweet and very helpful! Ana is always hosting fun monthly events that really bring our community together! We would give more stars if possible! We just renewed our lease for another year :)

Our experience at Lakeview Palms as our first home has been by far the greatest. One of the reasons why we choose Lakeview Palms was because of how Ana treated us when we first came into the property. She was very personable and engaging with my wife and I and has remained as such; always remaining courteous and attentive to our needs and happiness as a tenant here. The community itself is beautiful and lovely and we enjoy every last bit of our time here at Lakeview Palms. We could not be much happier with our experience here and would recommend the community without a doubt.

This would be my 6th year at Lakeview Palms Apt.. Staff is always willing to assist, especially the office manager Ana. Always a courtesy call when maintenance is coming out for repairs. Continue with the good work guys, great job upkeeping the property.

My experience at Lakeview Palms has been great so far. My apartment is in great condition, whenever I send a work order, the following day the job is done. Anna, the office manager is nothing short of amazing. The property is well kept, there’s a security guard on premises everyday.I would say this is a very family oriented property group that gives back to their tenants; pictures of events that occurs on site speaks for its self. I was amazed to know that they have “Back to school” giveaways, pizza parties, BBQ, and Breakfast months for the residents.There’s a playground for the kids, the Hampton Park is a 2 minute walk, Walmart 5 mins walk, gas stations and grocery stores all walking distance, less than 10 minutes.

I am very happy to see you living in this beautiful property for three years. the administrative staff, the maintenance staff are all excellent people, a very trabquila property, come to all the calls very respectful and punctual with any requirement. thank you

If you want a community that treats their tenants like garbage then move here. The property Manager Ana is all nice and smiles until you sign your lease and need actually help regarding your unit. I have never rented from a place that didn’t show you the property before you signed the lease. Upon getting my keys, the office forgot I was moving in ( a time they verified). So I had to wait for the unit to be cleaned. Once inside there wasn’t a washer. The dryer they did have left burnt marks on my clothing and sheets. It was a fight to get a replacement. Ana is anything BUT helpfully. I am a serving member in the Military. I was called away to duty and had the proper paperwork to put my lease on hold. Ana made SURE to make it known that I would be charged late fees for rent and went as far to give me an eviction notice. Trying to solve the issue and explain to her that service members are protected from these things was an absolute nightmare. In short Ana told me “ just because you are in the military doesn’t mean you’re better than everyone else or exempt”. I have never been so disrespected and treated unfairly in ANY place that I have rented from. Also unfortunately if you aren’t Hispanic please note you will NOT be getting the best customer service nor help from the office. I hate to say this at all but it is very true. The treatment is unfair and biased due to her personal feelings about the community in which she works. DO NOT RENT HERE. Save yourself the headache and the fight. It’s not worth it.

Lakeview apartment is one of the best apartment ....great views from your rooms...all the staff is great....

My sister moved here a few months ago from Tamarac, and boy has it been a nightmare. She’s been having an issue with the toilet in her master bedroom since the moment she’s moved in. This complex sends maintenance workers who only provide a temporary fix. She has made over 5 work orders for the same bathroom, in which still has yet to be fixed. After repeatedly making work orders for the same bathroom one night that same toilet overflowed ruining items in her bedroom, closet and her living room. In which could have all been prevented if this community would use fixed the issue in the first place. In addition to that issue, the first dryer that was placed in the unit caused the dryer sheets as well as some items of clothing to have burnt marks. There are cracks all in her unit, in which bugs are crawling through. This place is a complete nightmare. And during the daytime, you have young kids knocking on your door and running. I hate that she has to go through this horrible experience, this is very unprofessional and work orders should not have to be repeatedly made to have an issue resolved. Not to mention, one of the Maintenence workers doesn’t even speak English. He carries his phone so that google translator to interpret the English words for him.

Terrible place to live. Run as far as you can.. No guess parking, no assigned parking. The Office staff are terrible at handle calls. Worst place I ever lived. Did I mention they have on call parking. They do not nothing, they do not patrol area for suspicious activities but they do tow your vehicle so you can pay them extra money. Boy I can’t wait for my lease to be over.

The apartment is the perfect size and updated throughout, theres always parking, maintenance is nice, and theres lots of shops and such in the area. Only issue is that you need a parking pass to stay overnight or youll get towed, which is honestly fair but good to point out.

Where do i began, after continuous months of noise from the bad kids that like to play in front of my building from early morning on weekends to on weekdays sometimes until 9 or even 10pm, I finally said enough is enough and called the police this morning. These kids will knock on your door and run, try to go through your mail box, and don’t think about postal carriers leaving a package in front of your door..it will be stolen within the hour if you’re not home. In addition to that, if you have a guest over night and the “on call” app is not working properly, be prepared to come out of the pocket over $150 even after walking around trying to look for the onsite security guard, which btw is an older gentleman that mostly sits in his car. And when you report the glitch to to OnCall support, they respond and take no accountability for their app and are rude obnoxious, oh and then block you from responding.

A large apartment community, everything very clean and tidy, you have different areas in common, swimming pool, playground, barbecue area and a small lake, they also accept dogs, and the property manager, Ana Aceituno, a very kind and understanding person, read I recommend this community
