I love the apartment i just moved in, The space of the apartment is just wonderful, just the way the house is set up is perfect for me pacifically. Natalia at the front desk who helped me through the process of getting into this apartment was very helpful due to the fact i had very short timing to find a place & get into one as i advised her, she moved very fast through the process of getting me here in her customer service is awesome I now have a few more people who would love to move in now.

Very nice, chill, and comfortable surrounding, I recently moved in and my apartment is very spacious, homey, and cozy; the ladies in the office are very friendly and responsive, the maintenance took no time to come fix the drainage in the tub and which he did to perfection. He was very kind, patient, courteous and quick. 👍🏾👍🏾😃

This place is ripping people off on the application fee. They are Collecting application fees from different people. And the manager need to go back to training to learn how to deal with people. She very rude and unprofessional. Please save yourself the headache, frustration and save your application fee.

Within the last year or so, I guess management had some cleaning up to do. Its now a more peaceful place to live now that drug activity is no more. Ive been here for four years my apartment is nice and when I have a maintenance problem management sends someone right away, never waited more than three days I dont think. The women in the office are nice I havent experience any rudeness out of them. Excellent location if you have no transportation, everything is in walking distance or a short bus ride.

This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in! The staff is friendly, the maintenance people are prompt and fast, and my neighbors are absolutely awesome!They go to great lengths to maintain and take care of this property and are in the process of upgrading all the apartments and have already given the outside of the apartments a fresh coat of paint and brand new roofs.Youll find no complaints from this guy.

I love this community for the obvious: The grounds are always well manicured, we have all the typical, comforting and elaborate luxury amenities and its location is prime; easy highway access, super close/convenient grocery shopping, etc, etc. However, nowadays, these comforts are not that difficult to find if you take the time to do a little research before your next move.HOWEVER, what this place has, that VERY few places have the luxury of affording their tenants, is an amazing staff. Im actually the type of person who has very high expectations; a person who wants to make sure that they get what they’ve paid for. If I have to fight with my lock, dont like my water pressure, have to flush my toilet twice or wait too long for hot water, maintenance is knowing about it.NOT ONCE have i dealt with condescension or indifference by maintenance or the office staff. Quite the contrary, each time they come, they are friendlier and seem better acquainted.I worked in property management in my youth and understand the culture. The office knows and characterizes its tenants. In my experience, Im generally a difficult one, yet the ladies here in the office have been nothing but amiable and attentive; real expert problem solvers that either come up with quick, acceptable solutions or, at the minimum, understand how to properly and effectively communicate association requirements and expectations.My running joke is that I found out the two main ladies that work the office are Aries. The fire in them is real... Woman of real action and positive change.This is one of the best maintained, controlled and managed communities Ive ever lived in... As a traveling nurse, Ive actually looked into making my current situation more permanent only so I can try and to stay here, where i am dealing with professionals that get things done. I need the immediate action and attention that seems to be of paramount importance here; the foundation of action that separates this from other luxury living communities.You literally just have to walk in here to immediately notice the energy shift from other luxury apartment living options. Highly, highly recommended.

This place is No place to live. That lady Maria in the office is one of the reason I left. The Apts are so outdated with 0 upgrades. Not to mention they raise there rent every year. Plus high late fee. The washer and dryer hardly ever clean your clothes because they are so old. I dont feel safe on the grounds. Leaving here is the best thing I did!!

I been here for a while and certainly I have been seeing improvement the new manager and the management all togueter are improving this place.It’s nice to go to the office and have the ladies there smile at you when you walk in even when you have a complaint.... I like it here and I recommend it!

Terrible & unprofessional living place, I wish I could give no stars. I lived here for a year recently moved out thank god. Its roach infested & everytime you call to get maintance that Spanish lady has the nerve to ask do you wash your dishes & take out the trash ? Shes very very very very rude. And are you kidding me what kind of customer service is that ? Of course we do are you implying that were the cause of the roaches ? And the roaches werent just in the kitchen they were in the bathroom all in the cabinets & crawling all over the walls & in & out of the fridge. For the amount of money you have to pay for rent here you would think everything would be excellent but in this case its absolutely disgusting and filthy.

Overall alright. Management are somewhat pleasant and neighbors are respectful. Kids go in when street lights go out. Convenient plaza across the street with foot locker, publix, golden crust, and burger king. Gas station at the top of street and a BP up the street for those picky people. Apartment is an alright size. Good for first time apartment owners outta college. Plenty off parking space though. Lol

Called and asked if they had a one bedroom and was told they did. so I drove over and waited for her to get off the phone to tell me one would only be available in 3 weeks.

If I can give this place NEGATIVE ZERO stars I was expected to move into my apartment on OCTOBER 1st and the APARTMENT wasnt ready two weeks before insisted on minor things that needed to be fixed the office manager said she would handle it so I called her two days before my move in and she said they were fixed and I went to see the apartment and nothing I wanted fixed done so I requested to get my money back and their taking their time to give me my money back and it dried my pocket out and left me with no where to stay
