The staff here was very sweet. They were very helpful. Offered me a outstanding deal better then ant deal I seen in Sacramento. I love how strict they and the ih not I rented was very clean even equipped with glue traps. I highly recommend this company best in the business.

This place is amazing! I called them around 4pm yesterday (8/20/20) and told them I had an urgent situation. I needed a truck but had a budget but this is what I was doing. The lady there told me she had to make a couple phone calls and shed get rite back to me.I had a friend lose her house in the fire and others that were evacuated. Fire came within .8 miles of my daughters home. I got on Craigslist and started messenging people for their free items. I was on a mission to get what I could for whoever I could and thought maybe Uhaul could help since they were able to for the Paradise Fire.Unfortunately they couldnt help compensate me for the cost of the truck or the milage but the effort these ladies put into it was absolutely amazing. One of the beautiful souls compensated my gas cost. I went over budget but was blessed in the process. Just know I will continue to do good deeds and pay this deed forward. Thanks again to the ladies at the front desk. I sincerely apologize I dont remember your names due to me being scatter minded under the heat of the moment or shall I say time crunch. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. Thank you a million times over!

Excellent customer service! They work very hard here to be the best, not for just truck rentals. They have a great storage facility with really good rates. They gave me my first month rent free since I rented a U-Haul through them. U-Haul process was very quick and easy. I used my credit card to avoid the $100 cash deposit since I used night drop and did not want to come back for my refund. Even though this is the first year theyve had U-Hauls, they know what theyre doing!! It was very convenient. All around: great experience. I highly recommend this location, just dont get them confused with the location that was shut down on Watt last year because this location, its staff, and the facility is awesome.

Terrible company. Came here on my Saturday to get my girlfriend moved in and the “system” was down. Spent an hour waiting and it never came back on. Wasted half of our Saturday waiting...I’m never using this company again

I wish negative stars can be given. U haul has become a joke. TERRINLE customer service. Continues to give us the run around. Had a terrible moving truck and experience. DO NOT GO HERE! The staff even said it was terrible.

The employees were very helpful in doing me up with the vehicle I needed for the moving I had to do and got me the best price deal based on the number of miles I had to drive.

I highly recomend this Storage facility.. it has the Best customer service and very courteous saff.

Trucks are always available if I need to rent one

I just call them and they were very rude . When I called they automatically assume what I needed help four. Which I never said what I needed help for. All I asked if they were a U-Haul company . When I was just asking if they had any used boxes. 🤦🏽‍♀️

The staff were neutral in most ways. It was more expensive than I had previously paid to rent a U-Haul...but I was told that it depends on time of year and a few other facts. Luckily my car already had the necessary hook-up devices (or it wouldve been even more expensive).

I hated this place because they put me in a van that was two sizes larger than I needed and an old version of the vehicle instead of the new version and then they maximize every possible charge that they could come up with when they billed me causing me to go into debt to them months later Im still owing him because theyre little shop and I guess they needed the money or maybe they didnt like how I looked they credited me at the corporate level for a number of the charges that I was given because they saw that they were unjust
