The cleaners arrived on time with their own equipment and cleaning supplies and got right to work. They weren’t bothered by my dog and worked thoroughly and professionally. My house looked fantastic afterwards and smelled clean and fresh. It’s so great to come home to a clean house!

I had been gone for over a month, so the house was especially neglected. The Team was thorough, and professional. My home is spotless and I am happy. Thank you, CA!

Very efficient and effective. Showed up on time, went straight to work and worked hard for three hours. Supervisor came after the cleaning team left to check on work and added a few touches. We were impressed with the care and attention to our house provided by this organization. We are delighted with the process and the results.

Do not use this service, paid for a deep clean of our house before we moved in which cost $300+ and was way more then anyone else but they promised exceptional service which didn’t happen. They didn’t clean the fridge and left dirty floors. Avoid at all costs, sent them pictures after they were done and no answer.

If you desire consistent, thorough and detailed cleaning- DO NOT HIRE this company! If I could rate zero stars, I would.We specifically asked at the time of quote for services to have the same team come each week for consistency and to be able to address any issues.After the first two required deep cleanings, in the span of six visits over about two months, we had 5 different teams, of which 3 of those times we had to have another team come out the next day to address the areas that were not cleaned properly.On on visit the scratched our hardwood floors. The other times which were areas that were supposed to receive extra attention to detail, we had floors that were not mopped- just rugs moved around and dust left on surfaces. The final straw was the last visit which was supposed to include extra cleaning of the kitchen area.Upon arrival home that day, the first thing that caught my eye was grease splatter on the back panel of the stove, and a burner cover not put back on! How can you state that the area received extra attention to detail and miss such an obvious area?I immediately called the manager to report and request cancellation of future service and request a refund. After no follow up for several days, I finally emailed and was only offered to have another team come back out and reclamation. I declined due to the previous two times the quality manager came out, she still didn’t resolve my areas of concern regarding consistency and quality of cleaning.Here it is now- two weeks later and I still have yet to get a refund from this company. My advice is to find another company if you want consistent quality, responsible, and thoroughly cleaned home!

Very happy with the ladies effort today. We had a plumber doing some work, so the water was turned off. Great job in spite of the inconvenience.

A great clean! Came at 5 till noon and we’re done with two bed rooms, two full baths, kitchen, dinning room and living room by 2:30!

The Cleaning Authority is always very professional with their service. I get a text reminder pre-cleaning day, they arrive on time, the clean itself is thorough, and they finish within two hours. The owners are always extremely responsive to emails, as is the office manager Jessica, and I always recommend this company to friends and family. They are a fantastic value!

They have shown me they really take the time to clean all the areas in my house. They are polite and courteous. Just wanted to say how amazed I was at the quality of service that I received (today was my initial clean). I had lost hope of one of my showers ever being really clean (I had definitely lost the fight against the mildew). When they got done with it though, I was just floored - it looked nearly new. All rooms looked fantastic, and would absolutely recommend this company to others.

We hired The Cleaning Authority about 2 months ago to begin cleaning our new home weekly. I have never had a regular cleaning service until now.The office staff quickly responded to my inquiry and Miriam was so nice and professional the entire time. She explained clearly how their rotation cleaning works and asked numerous questions to get to know me and the cleaning that I expect.We were assigned Team 13. Our first cleaning took the two girls about 4 hours. They arrived on time and ready to get started. Our home is about 5 years old, 2 stories, 3 bed/2 and 1/2 bath, over 2,000sqft. We have 2 children (8 and 12), 2 dogs (1 is a 3 month old puppy), 2 cats, and a turtle. My husband and I both work from home and my kids both do school full time virtually. As you can imagine, our home can be chaotic. I love our new home and would like for it stay as clean as possible, but I was finding it hard to keep up with everything. My only free time was on the weekends and I would rather spend that time with my family rather than cleaning. Team 13 makes it easy for me to do that and they have competive rates. My home always looks showroom worthy when they are done. I would highly recommend them!!!

We just had our second deep clean with Cleaning Authority, and they are just fantastic. The two women we had worked the whole time, house looks super. We moved here from NY and the cleaning authority is light years better than the firm we had up there. Highly recommend!

Everything was clean and loved the extra details in every room that they were supposed to clean including the toilet paper, paper towels, bedding, hand towels, living room blankets, etc...I hope that my puppy, Riley didn’t bother you too much with whining. Ive had The Cleaning Authority for a little over a year now. They are so much better than the previous one I had. They clean thoroughly and I like that the focus on certain rooms/areas in a rotation. Team 15, Paola. Keisla, and Sandi, did a great job this week. I dont always have the same team, but this team went above and beyond this past week, when they saw clean sheets sitting on an unmade bed (not left for them) and made the bed for me. They did a really nice job, overall, cleaning.

I had the most wonderful experience with the Cleaning Authoritys services in Charleston. The team that came regularly to our home did an incredible job every time, and they were exceptionally personable. This was over a year ago, so I cant remember our team leaders name, but she was always so friendly and kind, and even remembered my childrens names. They consistently went above and beyond, pulling toys out from under the beds, even washing bottles now and then.I cant recommend this service highly enough.

The Cleaning Authority of Charleston does a great job and are very reliable and flexible. They work around our difficult cats, and I am often happily surprised by an extra consideration, such as sweetly arranging my daughters toys, washing up a few miscellaneous dishes or finding the sheets and making our bed when Ive forgotten to put the sheets out myself. Team members seem to be changing up quite a bit of late, which makes me wish I could get to know our team the way we did at the beginning. Nevertheless, it is remarkable that despite the change-ups the work is always consistent and thorough. I will definitely hope that Valentina and Angelica will be back, and I can highly recommend the Team #5 members who have worked for us as well.

Maria M and Nora are fantastic! They are reliable, very detailed, and leave a very clean house. In the past I had some crews that were not as good, but this team has been coming for the past six months or so and they have been great. I also like the rotation system very much. It works excellently in a home that does not get very dirty in short time.

IMPRESSED WITH THE DRESS, BUT STOOD UP AT THE DANCE!!They plan well, but never follow it. As many here have said, extremely ! unorganized and communication with owners is horrid. Cleaning is poor at best 80% of the time because cleaners only go through the motions of cleaning, vice actually clean with grit and any attention to detail.Constantly had to check the quality of work because most of them will cut corners and often. Addressing horrible language barriers will be a low priority to the owners after they promise it wont be.It starts out good, but the honeymoon soon ends, company has turned into an inmates running the asylum scenario with employees picking and choosing where they will and will not work. unfortunate, cant deal with it anymore..
