I have utilized Hot Shot previously to power my residence. Joe did a great job. I am a repeat customer.I called Hot Shot about a week ago to power wash the residence. Joe came out & completed the task. He communicated to me about a lot of cob webs during the power washing. He said he would come back out and take care of them, which he did the next day.I highly recommend Hot Shot. Great work! He is also professional and meticulous about the quality of his work.I will definitely be scheduling my next power washing with Hot Shot.

I first contacted Joe Belcher by phone in May, to pressure wash our house, porches and driveway.he assured us that he could remove rust stains from our concrete driveway, and asphalt black striping from our gutters.On Friday May 21st he sent Nolan to our home, Nolan stated that Joe makes a lot of promises he cant keep, mind you we were paying $275 for this job.After2.5 hours Nolan said he was finished, We noticed our concrete walkway and porch leading up to the front door was torn up and big black circles were left in the concrete. Nolan had no explanation, said it was wet.3 hours later after drying I called Joe and told him what occurred and what a poor job Nolan did.He stated he was in Florida and I would have to wait for him to return.I proceeded at this point to stop payment on my check.Joe returned from Florida and called me and I had him come over On May 31st Memorial day.He re-washed the house, got the gutters clean but left our vinyl siding very spotty and had no solution to fix our damaged concrete.2 days later he sent over a guy from finishing touch, who informed us that the repair was going to be very costly, and he left.2 more weeks went by and now Joe had his wife Cindy leave me a message on June 14th, stating that they were working on it and I havent heard anything since.Do not use this company!I am now stuck with an unsightly concrete walk and front porch that I have to pay thousands to repair.

Joe did an amazing job on our screened back porch and front porch! With the heat and humidity, it was so much mold and mildew on the ceiling and columns. Everything is white and clean again after he pressure washed! Excellent response time and work. Will definitely be using HotShot again!

Went on Angies list looking for someone to pressure wash my home. Joe contacted me immediately and set up a time and date within days at an unbelievable price. The job they did was outstanding and meticulous. Thank you for a great job at a great price. Will use again in the future!

Amazing Job! House looks brand new.

They were suppose to pressure wash the trailer with underpinning and the uncovered part of the back deck. They did not wash most of the underpinning nor the back side of the trailer. They totally skipped the deck after knocking over chairs and flowers and failed to close the gate.Would never reccomend this place to anyone ever! So disappointed!

Our home is 3 1/2 years old and we chose HotShot Pressure Wash to wash our home for the first time. We were concerned that our gutters would not come clean, due to the dark black streaks, but we were wrong! Nate showed up and did a fantastic job and was very courteous.
